Extremely helpful, supportive & great service!
Great experience with Unscripted. Booked a Masai Mara Safari with them. Lewis the representative from Unscripted was super helpful throughout the entire process of us finalizing the trip and package. We reviewed around 3 quotations from safaribookings.com & decided to go ahead with Unscripted only because of Lewis' responsiveness, support and willingness to accommodate all our needs. Our guide was Daniel, who had enough information and knowledge about everything along the way, and was good to talk with. He was polite, patient & didn't seem the kind to cut corners in any way. There was also a delay on our first day to reach Masai Mara, due to an accident on the highway from Nairobi, but they profusely apologized and compensated us with an extra lunch.
Overall a great safari trip! It was our first time and it couldn't have gotten any better, and Unscripted is to thank.

I did a 3 Days safari with Axis Africa safari and my experience with was so great , My our Rodger was very kind , funny and also kept time . He went out of his ways to make sure we have seen all the animals. The jeep was so clean each day .

Amboseli 3-days short tour with everything
We had a 3 day tour of Amboseli with Buffalo Steps Adventures sighting everything from a clear view of Kilimanjaro during the game drive and in camp. We saw many classic savannahs animals including lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, elephants, hyenas, gazelles, wildebeest, warthogs, ostriches... ... Our driver Geoffrey was very knowledgeable in pointing them out. We also stopped by a Masai village and market. Very good value for money and an unforgettable safari in Kenya!

Brilliant, collaborative and experienced
Serengeti smile worked closely and patiently with me to create the most enjoyable holiday itinerary for mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar. Our safari tour guide lovely man called Walter was incredible. He had in depth knowledge of the wildlife and safari in general and he was instrumental in making the safari run so smoothly. He went out of his way to make sure that we got the best photos and he gave us incredible lessons about the wildlife. He was spectacular!!! A real gentleman. This was my second Tanzanian trip booked with Serengeti Smile. I visited before in 2023 with my son, I had a lovely time with another equally brilliant safari guide called Deo. It was so good that i knew that I just had to get my wife and daughter to have the same experience. So I brought them to Tanzania in 2025. They both said that it was their best holiday ever!!! Thanks Serengeti Smile!!! Africa is a special continent that gives the world so much joy!!! Hopefully this will be reciprocated and Africa respected in the future.

Going above and beyond..
From start to finish the trip was fantastic. The warm welcome from the transfer team, even at 5am in the morning to then our insightful tour guide, Clement who we had the pleasure of having as our guide for the duration of the day.
Very fortunate to have seen exactly what I was looking to have seen during the day with up close encounters with elephant, rhino, zebra, cheetah to name a few.
Highly recommend this operator and a massive thank you to the team involved for making it a very special day.

Wonderful experience!
The experience we had with Safari Moja Matata was truly outstanding. Before we booked, Matata explained everything to us in detail and answered all our questions about the safari. Matata was also very accommodating regarding the price. Our extra requests regarding the accommodation were solved effortlessly by Matata, without any difficulties or additional costs. Matata was very sympathetic and understanding towards us.
Now, about the trip:
We were picked up by Matata, along with our wonderful, lovely, and professional tour guide Richard, at 4 am. The drive with Richard was extremely enjoyable and pleasant. Richard is a very sympathetic, experienced, and witty tour guide. During the drive, he didn't refuse any of our requests, and when we asked him to take breaks for prayers, he kindly agreed. Furthermore, the selection of rest stops for lunch was exquisite. Upon arrival at the Mikumi National Park, Richard made sure we had the best time. His expertise and professionalism ensured that we saw many animals (although a bit of luck was also involved). In particular, his idea to go on a game drive early in the morning proved to be a great opportunity to admire the animals once again. The time spent with Richard, both during the safari and during the breaks, was wonderful and extremely enjoyable, and we laughed a lot. My sister and I are completely satisfied with Safari Moja Matata and recommend that everyone book a trip with this company.
