Great communication, amazing and knowledgeable guide.
Thanks to Clive and to our guide Elvis for an amazing experience. The tour was customisable and very clearly explained beforehand. Elvis was a wildlife expert with lots of facts (!) and accompanied us throughout the tour. He tailored the experience to exactly what we wanted - it was very full on but we had enough time to rest and recuperate each day. I really recommend a stop at Okonjima for the leopard-tracking and 'fancier' accommodation.

Our contact from February until the day that we left, the hotels that you chose, the surprise honeymoon dinner and your help ! whenever we need you , you were there! Our amazing driver and guide ,Herman who is our friend now! He tried to go everywhere to show us all the animals , always with a smile ! If you want to enjoy your safari , choose Meijo and Herman as a driver because at the end , one thing matters! Your safety! Believe me , because of high season,we saw many bad things even a jeep safari falling down the cliff! Choose people not only with knowledge but also people with empathy! Best holiday I've had
We found Serengeti smile on this website and had an amazing trip going through tarangiry park and going north through the Serengeti and I had an incredible time looking at the animals and especially when we saw a group lions eating an wilderbeast. Also are guide Champion was amazing and was always able to find us an animal that no other jeeps were around and he was also extremely knowledgeable about everything we saw.

Great service, fabulous safari, fantastic guide
When it came to booking a safari I wanted to use a local company and so got some quotes from a few, Serengeti Smile was the best value quote and really responsive to my (many!) emails amending the plans or asking questions. We were able to adapt the programme to suit our needs and definitely felt that we had a tailored bespoke holiday planned.
Our 6 day safari covered Tarangire, Central and Northern Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater and Lake Manyara and saw everything we expected and more, all of the big 5, the mara river crossing and the great migration. The accomodations we stayed in were all of good quality with lovely food and staff. The tented camps in Serengeti were great and gave us the feel of camping whilst having the facilities of a good hotel.
Our guide Champion was excellent, always full of energy and happy to explain things and answer our questions. He was great at spotting things from afar and we were often the first to arrive at a sighting. Some highlights were finding lions feeding off their mother, cheetah with its catch and very cute baby elephants but we saw so much it's hard to say what was best. We say something different everyday and Champion worked really hard to make sure we always had great positions for taking photos and viewings the wildlife. He also seemed genuinely excited and interested by being on safari and was always in good spirits and a pleasure to spend our time with.

An experience beyond any expectation.
Everything was perfectly organized from the very first moment.
Michel replied to all questions quickly and clearly.
The drivers were always on time and careful on the roads. The vans were clean.
Our guide did his best to show us as many games as possible. He was in contact with other colleagues to get infornation about the current possition of lions and rhinos so eventually we managed to see them!
The hotel was great, totally in line with nature scenery.
I highly recommend Indigo Safaris!

What a time we hade exploring the Pearl of Africa
We stayed on the Big5-8-days-Safari with Kajie and where super happy with them. From the first touch with Ronald, over meeting our guide Brian and afterwards discovering this beautiful country it was an exceptional experience. Ronald and his team answered super fast to all of our questions. All the accomodations and activities were schedueled perfectly and we enyojed each of them.
Our guide and driver Brian was also outstanding - he showed us his country and explained us history, wildlife and other things. He also drove us savely throughout the days. Also the other guides from Kajie we meet during our trip were super friendly.
In total we definitely can recommend Kajie Safari over the moon and we will be happy to go on tour with them in the future.
