Excellent experience to see all animals
Me and my wife planned our Safari with Serengeti Smile to Tarangire, NgoroNgoro, Serengeti (Ndutu) and Lake Manyara. I have to highlight smooth communication over Whatsapp with Eliad which helped us customise our trip and upgrade some accomodation as we requested. Hotels and camps ended up being great and bringing a lot of atmosphere to the experience. Among everything, it was all about our guide/driver Pius which went above and beyond with replying every question we had about animals, country, religion or culture. Pius drove us through all parks and we have seen Big Five and other animals such us lions, leopards, cheetah, elephants, giraffe, hippo and rhino! Pius is truly a nice person and I only wish he does this forever to bring joy to other couples likes us! We even experienced a mechanical issue with the car, but Pius was able to get us into another car which took us on a drive, fixed the damage meanwhile and next day we continued with him, go Pius! 💪🤘❤️

Once-in-a lifetime Adventure!!
The African Big Cats Safaris exceeded all our expectations. From my very first interaction with Joshua, their representative, I was impressed by the exceptional customer service. I was considering three different safari companies, but Joshua’s patience, kindness, and dedication to crafting the perfect itinerary for our group of six made the decision easy. He was highly responsive, even scheduling phone calls to ensure every detail was meticulously planned.
Leading up to our trip, Joshua kept us well-informed and made sure we seamlessly connected with our ride upon arrival. That’s when we met Obedi, our safari guide—another incredible member of the team. Throughout our six-day adventure, Obedi went above and beyond to take care of us, always ensuring we had water, beer, soda, and even fresh coffee and lattes during our game drives. His sharp eye for spotting wildlife was astonishing—he managed to help us see the Big Five in a single day, which was an unforgettable experience! His extensive knowledge of animals and birds added so much depth to our journey.
Beyond being an outstanding guide, Obedi became a great friend. He shared meals with us in the evenings and put in incredible effort to make every moment special—whether staying out late to find a leopard or driving for hours to give us multiple lion sightings. His dedication made each day truly unforgettable.
The accommodations arranged by the company were equally impressive, with top-tier hospitality that went above and beyond our expectations. Words cannot fully capture how grateful we are for the outstanding service and care we received. I wholeheartedly recommend African Big Cats Safaris to anyone considering a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, and I’ve already shared my recommendation with all my friends!

perfectly recomendable
I did the Lemosho Route in 8 days and everything worked out perfectly with Ladi as a guide. No problem whatsoever.
I booked directly through the internet with Almighty and got all the necessary information almost immediately.
Pick up from the airport and the first night in Moshi where a good start of what was yet to come.
Lemosho turned out to be a beautiful hike and I was glad, I had chosen it.
Even so I had booked group tour, I was the only one with Ladi as my excellent guide, Joachim the cook, who did a great job and four porters.
All were most helpful. Being alone with my guide turned out to be ideal, because we were free to go at our preferred speed and itinerary.
We made the summit with no problem at all, but it was very cold and it advisable to bring enough layers. Base layer Marino was perfect for me.
Only my hands were cold..... All in all a great experience with my new African rafiki (friends).
It was a bit of an risk to book directly in Tansania and not go through a Swiss travel agency but everything worked Hakuna Matata.

Went as a couple with a child to see the animals.
I chose who to go on safari with on tripadvisor based on reviews and ratings. Steve had one of the best ratings and the warmest reviews on it.
This is the complete truth! I was very satisfied with the experience.
He was very attentive caring, talked a lot( excellent English), we found with him more than a hundred elephants( stunning red elephants of the eastern CAVO), a herd of giraffes, dikdiks, hippos, lions, zebras, buffalo one was, many birds.
He has a safari vehicle a bit simpler than jeeps in classic form, but all comfortable with open roof, good driver etc.
Also he helped choose a lodge and booked it for us even made sure the room had a nice view.
Very punctual ( pick up from the villa, from the park and also pick up at the airport instead of a taxi) all perfectly on time, helped with luggage.
He is a lovely warm person who really loves his job. I gladly recommend everyone to contact him.
And of course he was great and fun to be around with my son - which is a special treat.
If you want a great safari full of animals and care - definitely go to him☺️

Kelvin with Goldfinch Adventures went well above and beyond to make sure that our Safari experience was nothing short of amazing! His initial response to a fairly short time framed request was quick yet very thorough. We changed our requested dates and he had a new itinerary over to us within a few hours. From the time we were picked up at our door, flights, accommodations, and attention to detail were top notch! Kelvin and Brenda handed us over to our guide Issac and from the very beginning we could tell we were in great hands. Issac was knowledgeable and fully engaged with us the entire time, and made sure we not only enjoyed the Safari but the culture and nuances of a country far from our home in the United States. Our accommodations were amazing and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner and morning breakfast with Issac, whom never tired of my never ending questions about life in Tanzania. The Safari itself was incredible, and Issac knew so much about the history of the land, the animals and the people of the region. Truly a once in a lifetime experience with so many great memories and photos we took back with us. Amazing experience
The experience was amazing thanks to our guide Wilson and manager Richard – we went during the low season and saw all the Big 5 in the first few days, plus many more animals we weren’t even expecting. Wilson was truly a professional, and made sure we always had the best view. Highly recommend!

We booked our tour with Terasis online from Germany. From first contact on Terasis was very helpful to arrange the tour according to our wishes and we booked a 14 day safari which we expanded during the trip for three more days. The communication with Terasis is nice and perfect in English. He responses quickly and offers a really good service in all matters. Payment is no problem and the price is absolutely correct, also fair for our extended days. He made all our wished come true and the car we had for almost three weeks was in good and reliable condition. Amazing what a car can stand in Uganda ;) Thanks to our driver - Yonah - we had an absolutely fantastic trip. Yonah made so many things possible and arranged everything for us perfectly. All accomodations were nice and offered good standard, good food, and friendly personel. Yonah not only took care that we saw the big five but also lots of wonderful things that were not even part of the tour itself. We had a perfect time in Uganda and still dwell in wonderful memories - thanks to Terasis and Yonah!

Excellent communication
First time in Tanzania and doing a safari so there were some logistics that we had to figured out. However, Edward and his team was great! The communication and flexibility was top notched. We had a wonderful safari and our guide Loth was awesome! He was friendly, knowledgeable and was always checking on how we were doing. The 3 days didnt felt long or tiring. The accommodations that we had set up through the tour was fantastic and all were very friendly. Thank you so much for being a part of our first time in Tanzania and our first safari adventure!
