Amazing Experience with Alman Africa Safaris!
I recently had the pleasure of going on a safari with Alman Africa Safaris, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the initial inquiry to the end of the tour, their communication was top-notch. They were quick to respond to all of our questions and provided clear details about the itinerary, costs, and what to expect during the trip. I felt well-prepared and at ease even before the safari.
The service was exceptional. The guide was not only knowledgeable but also friendly, passionate about the wildlife, and eager to share his insights. He made sure we were comfortable and ensured we had the best possible viewing opportunities for all the animals. It was clear that Alman Africa Safaris really cares about their guests and the environment they work in.
As for value for money,we were pleasantly surprised. The pricing was reasonable for the level of service and the quality of the experience we had. The accommodations were fantastic, and the meals were always fresh and delicious. It's rare to find a company that delivers such high-quality service at such a competitive price.
The tour itself was incredible! We visited famous beautiful Masai mara and saw abundance of wildlife, from elephants to lions and giraffes. The itinerary was well-planned and gave us plenty of time to relax and soak in the beauty of nature, while also providing exciting opportunities to explore and observe the animals up close.Thanks to our Guide peter

If you want to have a perfect safari, book axis!
We had a great week!!! Our guide Rama always tried to get the best sights for us, tried to let us make wonderful photos! Provided us with information (available in 6 laguages!!! i.e. German) if we wanted, answered each question, seemed just to know where the leopard moves next (to our car😁) and was just as keen on the animals as we were. We had the possibility to choose the program, our guide was very flexible. And if you are flexible, too, it is much easier for to enjoy it at high level!
The tour was very varied, the planning was great and as well as relaxed and exciting. We had one sunrisedrive (depart from the camp at 6am) and some morningdrives (depart at 7 or 8:30). He drove as fast AND secure and as comfortable as possible!
Amboseli was really worth seeing (LOTS of elefants!!), but be aware that you spend nearly 2 days in the car travelling (one there, one back).

Experienced tour operator with knowledgeable guides and excellent customer care
Very experienced driver guide Hassani made this trip safe, unforgettable and special. Lodges, food, and service also contributed to the great comfort. We did not only manage to see the great migration but also spotted cheetahs, leopards, lions, giraffes and elephants etc. in their natural habitats and saw the most amazing sunset and sunrises. All was worth the price and everything (communication, programmes etc.) went smoothly.

We bought this tour vis Perfect Wilderness Tours and Safaris as we initially looked into a tour covering both Mara and Serengeti. Mama Savana was the tour operator during the full trip as we ended up prioritizing Serengeti/Tanzania.
We had great and very responsive communication with Betty from Perfect Wilderness Tours & Safari during the planning of the tour. And prior to tour start we also had a brief but comforting phone call with Alex from Mama Savana.
Despite the great Trip advisor reviews (the reason for initiating dialogue) I was still a bit nervous of booking directly with a smaller local company. But absolutely no need to be concerned. We got name and contact info to our guide before our trip started and when we landed in the small airstrip of Kogatende, Isaya was there to greet us and the adventure began. Isaya is a highly experienced guide who both knows his way around and is well connected in the guide community. And has talent and trained eyes to spot where to go next to get fantastic views. No wonder he has been guide for animal photographers.
We benefited from this numerous times: from our front row position witnessing a crossing to the time we were surrounded by a big group of passing elephants - and they did not mind us because the car was placed in the right spot with engine off well in advance of the elephants reaching the game drive road - and to the many close up encounters with the lions, leopard, cheetahs and their cubs. We appreciated he was attentive to giving us great experiences while paying attention to the animals’ needs as well.
The car was well kept and equipped with AC and a fridge to keep beverages cold. Isaya also had great binoculars we used alongside our own to get close up views (and photos).
A single small advice is to walk through the itenary with the guide up front - we had a brief confusion on duration of our stay in Serengeti - maybe due to booking via Perfect Safari but operated by Mama Savana. But easily sorted as soon as we realized cause of the confusion.

Gustav was happy, helpful, full of energy, and made sure we got great pictures.
Gustav was the best tour guide we could have asked for. Happy full of energy and made sure we were in perfect spots to get the best photos. We saw almost every member of the big 5 with Gustav today! This was a journey on our honeymoon and it was unforgettable thanks to some awesome new friends from Germany/Poland and Gustav!!

Excellent Kenya Safari
We all thoroughly enjoyed our 9-day Kenya safari with Dedan. He was a wonderful driver and guide. It's magical how he got us to just the right spot before the animals appeared, and amazing how knowledgeable he is about all the plants, animals and geography of the area. The company was very easy to work with and all the arrangements went smoothly. Our accommodations were excellent, especially the tented cabins inside the parks. I highly recommend this company.

We only had two days for Safari available to us. PenFam made those two days very fun and memorable. I couldn’t believe the number of animals that we saw, but they seem to know exactly where to look. They also arranged for excellent lodging for our team at a very reasonable cost. Everyone in our team was thrilled with the adventure; going home to share stories and pictures with families and friends.
I have been taking small groups over from our church in the U.S. since 2003. We have always hired the professionals at PenFam to guide us on our tours. They are the best!!

Excellent communication when making arrangements. The operator did everything they could to provide us with outstanding service. We actually did a 4 day 3 night safari with Wild Planet, in Kruger National Park. It was amazing! Our driver Chris was great. His knowledge of the park was remarkable, and he went above and beyond to seek out specific animals that we hoped to see. He has an extensive background in animal behavior which gives him an edge. His assistant and our chef was Hope. He is also a skilled guide, but his craft is hospitality, he planned and executed amazing meals for us, making us feel at home. Together they are a formidable team that provided a perfect visit for us. One day, due to their diligence we actually saw the “Big Five”, in a single hour early one morning! Heartfelt tanks and appreciation go to Hope, Chris and Thale at Wild Planet, for an unforgettable safari in Kruger.
