An absolutely amazing Safari experience during the birthing season
We had an absolutely amazing 7-day Safari experience. Everything started off on the right foot with the incredibly smooth communication with Almachius in the early stages, which laid a solid foundation for the Safari. Almachius was able to provide customized solutions perfectly in line with our needs and budget. He also responded quickly and helped resolve any issues that came up, which was truly fantastic.
Our guide, Samweli, was another highlight. He was not only highly professional but also had a great personality. He could precisely and promptly locate the animals, and he had an incredibly sharp eye for spotting hidden surprises along the way. Thanks to him, we successfully saw both the Big Five and the Ugly Five. He also shared a lot of interesting and vivid facts about the animals, making the experience even more enjoyable. His positive attitude and excellent character added so much value to the trip. I highly, highly recommend him!

A Perfectly Tailored Safari Experience

A trip to Lake Manyara is beautiful.
We had a good guide who knows a lot about the nature and so we get interesting Information.
Near the lake we had a cooked lunch and enjoyed that.
The trip ends with the tree top walk.
For me, living in the mountains and hiking often it was nice but not important and the price is a little bit too expensive.
Thanks to our guide and our very good conversation about our different life style.

Unforgettable Safari Experience in Tsavo East
The safari was one of the most beautiful experiences of our lives, and we are so glad we chose Tim as our tour guide. He is very experienced, trustworthy, and made us feel safe and well taken care of the entire time. Tim is extremely knowledgeable about the park and its animals, sharing fascinating information along the way. He is not only a great guide but also a pleasant companion who respects your privacy, making the experience even more special for couples or families.
The national park is breathtaking, with diverse wildlife and stunning nature. During our three-day safari, we had many close encounters with animals like elephants, lions, giraffes, buffalos, ostriches, zebras, crocodiles, hippos, gazelles, antelopes, dik-diks, bush babies, monkeys, and beautiful birds.
A highlight of our trip was having breakfast by a waterfall, which Tim thoughtfully arranged for us.
We stayed at the Sentrim Camp, which we can highly recommend. The ‘tent’ felt more like a room with a lockable door, a proper bathroom, and a toilet. The food was included, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets offering a wide variety of delicious options.
Tim treats the animals with great respect, understands their behavior, and knows where to find them.
We had three truly wonderful, unforgettable days in Tsavo East and can wholeheartedly recommend this experience — especially with Tim as a guide! 🦒🦓🐘🌿

From start to finish Tapestry went above and beyond to make our holiday the most incredible experience. Matt was brilliant in supporting us with a plan tailored to our needs and what we wanted to see, the communication prior to the safari was brilliant which put our minds at ease before going on such a big holiday! Hilda was fantastic in ensuring we were all ready for our trip, arranging transport for us from the airport and throughout the whole trip checking in to see everything was going well, she was also amazing in answering any questions I had throughout the trip and arranging some extra add ons for us! Albert was also great and checked on us prior and throughout.
The actual safari was INSANE, honestly the best trip we’ve ever been on - George our safari guide was AMAZING and really made our trip. His knowledge on animals was second to none, and often we were first to a scene!! He has over 16 years experience and you could tell this is a passion for him not just a job. The safari car was brilliant, comfortable and spacious and we had nice cold bottled water at hand.
The camps we stayed at were amazing - the food WOW I’ve never eaten so well!! Breakfast omelettes to a full 3 course buffet dinner - and amazingly catered for vegetarians!
I have and will recommend Tapestry of Africa to all my family and friends - a bucket list holiday executed incredibly well - thank you!

The most amazing Uganda tour possible.
This was one of the most amazing experiences in my life. Wagtail safaris organized every detail of our entire trip perfectly. Not one thing went wrong. All was very well planned and perfectly executed. Our trip was super complete and we got to see some beautiful places, animals and plants. Communication was perfect, Martin was the best guide ever and he truly became a good friend! He was very professional and he took care of every detail carefuly while also explaining everything and knowing the answers to all our (many) questions.
