A lifetime experience - Kilimanjaro and Safari
I would like to recomand Afrishare to everyone who’s plannig Kilimanjaro trek or safari tour in Tanzania. With my wife we had really great time with this company.
First we went to Kilimanjaro for 6 days by Marangu route with guides Kijaji and Habibu. These guides (and also whole crew) were really really nice, professional and friendly. With them we felt like with our family, they were very helpful, got us every single information what we needed, they was everywhere in time, stay with us and support us when we were tired. Thanks to Kijaji and Habibu we reached the summit succesfully. Also during the road they showed us different interesting things like flowers, animals, talked about local life. And with very good english! Thanks guys, it was a lifetime experience with you!
After great time in Kilimajaro we continued with Afrishare to safari. We had 4 days itinerar - Tanrangire, 2 days Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Our friendly guide Moses had really excellent driving skills and got us to the right place safely and in time. He had special talent to found animals and got us to them really really close. Also he mentioned interesting informations about the animals, national parks and local life and all with very good english. Moses always asked us if everything is allright and I could say that it was! If we want to stop somewhere to make more photos or videos it was no problem.
The accomodation during the whole trip were really nice, the luxury camp in the middle of nowhere where a lion goes around and wildebeests miggrate throw is something you definetely must have in your wishlist.
CEO of Afrishare Ibrahim was also very friendly and nice and he arrange all itinerar according to our wishes and communication with him was very smooth, he responds all our messages immediately.
Thanks to Afrishare our dreams came true!

Correct
We made a 4 night, 5 day safari at Masai Mara, Nakuru and Ambouseli National parks with Sir Charlie as our guide. The organisation of the tour from the communication with the agency to the tour itself was excellent. Sir Charlie is a very knowledgable guide, very good driver and made the trip very pleasant for all of us. I would like to strongly recommend him for any other visitors to this amazing country.

It’s the worst company from my experience
I cannot recommend this company.
We wanted to visit Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro, and Serengeti, so we booked a 3-night, 4-day private tour. We paid $3,800 in advance for five people, but three days before the tour, we received a phone call saying that their colleague had made a mistake in the quotation. They told us that if we wanted to keep the private tour, we had to pay an additional $1,000. Otherwise, we would have to join a shared tour.
We refused to pay the extra $1,000 and switched to the shared tour, but it was a terrible experience. We had planned a long-awaited family trip to enjoy a private and relaxing safari, but we were seated separately, making it difficult to even have conversations with each other. The itinerary and accommodations were also different from what was originally provided, and it seemed like there was poor communication between the driver and the office staff.
If you are considering booking a private tour, I would advise you should not choose this company. They will demand additional fees at the last minute, even after providing a quotation. I will never choose them again.

Perfect tour
In the beginning there was a little confusion about the pick up time and the flight and upon arrival at Mtemere about our game drive.
But they managed it and it became a perfect day.
Our guide and driver Ludovick was great ( safe driver, always took good care of us and great knowledge about the Park and the wildlife!! ) the student- guide Simon on his side aswell.
The Lodge also was a perfect choice.
And the Boat Safari also a special experience.
Only the flight back in a small one-pilot-plane was frightening.
But then our nice driver Hafidh was already waiting for us and took us back to the hotel safely!!
Overall an amazing tour and absolutly worth it !

Summiting Uhuru Peak at sunrise was breathtaking, and I owe much of that success to African Skimmer Safaris. Their seamless organization, personal touch, and unwavering support turned what could have been an overwhelming challenge into an unforgettable adventure.
If you're considering climbing Kilimanjaro, I highly recommend them. Their professionalism, dedication and warmth made the journey truly special. They ensured we had an incredible experience.

We were delighted to have booked our holiday through Compass Odyssey. We travelled to Victoria Falls, and then onto The Hide in Hwange National Park in Zimbabwe for 3 nights and then onto Botswana for 2 nights in Chobe, 3 nights in the Okavanga Delta and 2 nights in Naxi Pan. Darren created an interesting and streamlined itinerary for us and all of the accommodation was superb and different which enhanced the overall itinerary. We loved it!
Communication was excellent from the outset and there was a sense that we were in very capable and safe hands which was reassuring. We were provided with a wealth of information which was really helpful and Ruth and Mortimer who were our guides in Zimbabwe were hugely personable whilst providing a great service.
Darren was very flexible and charming providing us with a number of options and was never “ pushy” so we were able to fully tailor the trip to our needs and budget.
I did a lot of research into tour operators and can genuinely say that we think we secured a genuinely fine service which was great value for money. It was a truly special and memorable experience . We will definitely book with them again in the future !!

Exactly what we dreamed for
We had an amazing safari experience!
Our guide was super adaptable to last-minute changes. A few people canceled on short notice, but they made sure we weren't affected at all. Also, when our tent wasn't working, they quickly switched us to a new one without any hassle.
They were always checking in with us, after every animal sighting, they made sure we were satisfied, and they even asked about our favorite animal moments. It was great to feel so taken care of!
Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, and he was happy to answer all our questions. We learned so much!
The chef, Richard, was asking if we liked the food before cooking, and adjusting meals for vegetarians. Having a delicious and nutritious food is needed for the long days of the safari.
We got to see all the Big 5, and the whole experience was unforgettable.
Communication was also top-notch. As two women traveling alone for the first time in Tanzania, we felt completely supported. Linah responded to all our emails within an hour and was so responsive to our needs. The service was consistent and of high quality throughout the trip.
Big thanks to King David and Richard, you really helped us fall in love with the animals! We highly recommend!

Outstanding
Got more than what we expected. Our guides knew exactly where to find the animals that we sought. Whether hiding in the tall grass, or under trees, they couldn’t escape our guides sharp eyes.
