Beautiful and Diverse
It’s hard to find a trip that can match what South Africa offers. It provides something for everyone from chasing the Big Five in Kruger to sipping wines in the Cape Winelands to cycling the Cape Peninsula.
We read a lot about safety in South Africa but we never felt unsafe at any time. We did an incredibly well organized tour to Kruger with MoAfrika but also toured on own in the Capetown area. Renting a car was easy and safe, much prefer driving in South Africa to let’s say Italy.
I can’t imagine a better climate than you will find in Capetown. Always sunny and never too hot. I found it to be a cross between the beauty of Vancouver, Canada and the wonderful climate of San Diego, USA. Kruger can be very hot so I would choose a cooler time of year to visit if that is a concern.

Review about Tarangire National Park by Gosia & Lorenzo
Wasn’t interested in birding - but we still had a chance to see some.
The wild life was amazing- our first safari and we saw much.

An unforgettable Safari experience in my life!
I really enjoy the whole trip operated by African Home Adventure Safaris. Jared, the tour guide, is very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and considerate about all aspects. The acoomondations, the meals, the land cruiser, and the whole journey are amazing, the money is worth it. Highly recommended!

Amazing and professional company
Our safari tour with Serengeti Smile together with Pius has been nothing else than amazing! We saw so many animals. Pius took his time to explain about the animals, and he was just so great. At one time, we saw some lions sleeping, and while all the other cars took off, Pius recommended us to stay. Soon after, they stood up and we were alone and had the experience of our lives. They were so amazing, came close to the car, and we got so many pictures.
We have booked Serengeti Smile without any extern company, and it was very easy with payment. Albert always responded fast and answered all the questions we had. We even had pick-up at our hostel in Arusha for free.
Out greatest recommendations of Serengeti Smile to whoever that seeks amazing experiences!

Efficient, attentive and helpful
If you're looking for a travel agency that is both efficient and truly cares about your individual needs, look no further than African Skimmer Safaris. They recently helped me book my flights and hotel accommodations in Watamu and Diani Beach, and I was so impressed with their service. They were incredibly quick in their responses and always ready to assist. What stood out was their attentiveness – they really listened to what I wanted and were very happy to make adjustments to my itinerary to ensure it was exactly what I was looking for. Their helpfulness and flexibility made planning my trip a breeze. I highly recommend African Skimmer Safaris!

Attention to detail and cost, sincere effort to ensure an experience of a lifetime.
My friend and I planned a 5-day safari covering Central Serengeti, Ndutu, Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara and finalised with Ozon Light Tours over the period. February being a peak period, we booked well in advance. Yohana was great in helping us firm up the itinerary, selection of camps and the overall booking process. Yohana was prompt in his responses and met our needs through and through. We had a lovely time at each camp.
The two things I would have to say for the company to improve on are
1) Our vehicle tended to break down unexpectedly. It was a 6 seter but the middle and rear windows were jammed. We had to force our guide to open them during the Ngorongo safari. The binoculars were also a hoax.
2) Kessy our guide was positioned as very experienced. But since he had seen it all so many times, was quite uninterested. He was knowledgeable and courteous but very distracted. Kessy rarely used the radio to collaborate with other vehicles and find animal sightings. And very hesitant to take alternate back routes. Since he was just intent on completing the trip, we literally had to take matters into our hands and force him to stop at places.
All in all, we had a great experience with Ozon Light Travels. Yohana was a star, meeting our pre-travel needs for the safari and was kind enough to provide lunch hamper and sandbag for camera rest. We had enough water and drinks to last the trip comfortably. Yohana even picked us at the airport himself on our request and was instrumental in booking us in good accommodations as per our liking throughout.

Responsive and flexible, good travel company.
My wife and I had a wonderful 3 night stay in the Victoria falls area and Viccation did a great job in planning/assisting throughout our stay. They planned in advance and were attentive to our needs. They adjusted our itenerary on the fly to our liking.

Avoid Africa Kenya Safaris at all costs.
Do not commission Africa Kenya Safaris to organize your trip if you do not want to be scammed.
We paid in advance for a 13-day trip in Kenya and Tanzania and had to pay for the hotel in Masai Mara and entry to the park ourselves during the trip, because the company had not paid for it and over the phone they claimed that their accounting system was down and they could not make the payment on the spot. In two other hotels, we were informed that our stay had not been paid, or had been partially paid, and each time we had to call Africa Kenya Safaris multiple times before they finally paid for our stay.
Additionally, we had to pay for fuel for the car, because the driver did not receive money from the company. We were assured multiple times (via email and phone) that this was just a temporary setback and that the money was already being sent to us. This was a lie. It has been almost a month (the trip took place in the second half of February) and we have not received a refund. The people we corresponded with are Mary and Humphrey. They owe us $1260 and it looks like we will never get it back.
Avoid Africa Kenya Safaris at all costs.
