Daniel was an outstanding guide who made our safari experience truly exceptional. We spotted an amazing variety of wildlife—lions, elephants, cheetah, and so much more! Thanks to Daniel, we saw the Big 5 and a wildebeest river crossing in 3 days. Every moment was enjoyable, and we learned so much about the ecosystem.

Closer to nature than we ever imagined
We had an unforgettable 7-day safari tour covering Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, and Amboseli. Our guide, Isaac, was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly made the trip special for us. He always went the extra mile to position the vehicle at the perfect spot so we could get the best view of the animals up close. Over the course of the safari, he became like family to us.
One of the most amazing things was how close the animals were — sometimes just a few meters away — and how often they crossed the road right in front of us. It was breathtaking to see them in their natural habitat at such close range.
The safari vehicle was comfortable and clean, making the long drives comfortable. Accommodation was mainly basic tented houses — of course, it’s not a 5-star hotel, but for a couple of nights it was perfectly fine and part of the adventure. In Hell’s Gate National Park, we highly recommend renting a bicycle — it lets you see a lot more in less time and get very close to the animals.
On the last day, we were lucky enough to see Mount Kilimanjaro — a magical ending to an amazing journey. Even 7 days felt too short — we wished we could have stayed longer! We’re so grateful to Isaac for his warmth, professionalism, and dedication. Highly recommended!

A magic, authentic and wonderful stay in Mapumziko lodge
Amazing stay at Mapumziko Lodge with my daughter! The staff were incredibly kind and caring, the food was excellent, and the place felt truly authentic. We loved seeing the monkeys and other wildlife around the lodge. Everything was perfectly organized by Franklin. One of my best travel experiences ever !

We did the 6 day machame route Mount Kilimanjaro. We came as a group of six and another couple joined us to make eight. All eight of us reached the summit. Could not have done it without the help of the guys at kisaza tours. The entire experience was amazing. They made sure that everything ran smoothly through the entire process. The guides and porters worked tirelessly while we were on the mountain. They made sure we were prepared for every day. Cannot recommend using this company enough. They will get you to the top.

From start to finish, our 6-day trek on the Machame Route to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro was nothing short of incredible, and that is all thanks to the amazing team that guided us every step of the way.
The service was absolutely top-tier — everything was organized down to the smallest detail, allowing us to focus entirely on the journey. The guides were knowledgeable, professional, and always made sure we were safe, well-informed, and motivated. Their deep understanding of the mountain, its terrain, and its challenges was invaluable and helped us all feel confident and prepared, especially on summit day.
What truly made this experience unforgettable, though, was the spirit and kindness of the entire crew. From te guides to the porters and cooks, everyone was full of warmth, humor, and encouragement. They treated us like family, and their positive energy was contagious — no matter how tough the climb got, they kept us smiling and pushing forward.

Great experience attentive host
I booked a solo safari tour in Kenya during the high season, and overall, it was a great experience. Xavier, the owner, is incredibly attentive, hospitable, and genuinely cares about his clients. He picked me up from the airport and made sure every aspect of the trip was taken care of.
There were a few hiccups with the driver during my trip. It seems Xavier works with multiple drivers, so experiences may vary. My advice is to ask about the driver’s personality and experience beforehand, as that can really make or break your safari.
Other than that, everything ran smoothly. Xavier is a genuinely good person with integrity, and he went out of his way to ensure my needs were met.

It was a perfect tour! Rashidi does his job with great dedication and love for the wild animals.
We did our safari tour in November 2020, and it couldn’t have been better. From the very first communication, everything was smooth, clear, and reliable. Our guide, Rashidi, was simply the best we could have wished for – professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. We always felt safe and well looked after. Thanks to his sharp eyes and deep understanding of wildlife, we were able to spot an incredible variety of animals.
You can truly feel his passion for his work and his dedication to protecting and sharing the beauty of Tanzania’s wildlife. The food was supergood, and sleeping in the small tent was comfortable – we felt completely safe.

Great safari experience with excellent organization and friendly staff
We joined a 7-day safari with Royal Tiger Tours in late July, visiting Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara, Serengeti (two days), Ngorongoro Crater and Arusha National Park. Everything was very well organized from the moment we arrived in Nairobi until the end of the trip. They arranged all transfers seamlessly – between our Nairobi accommodation and the shuttle, in Arusha, and also for our return to Nairobi at the end of our holiday.
The accommodations were simple (as we requested to keep costs low), but clean and well maintained. The only exception was the public campsite in Serengeti, which was quite worn down compared to the excellent campsite at Ngorongoro. Communication was always smooth via WhatsApp, and any questions or requests we had were handled promptly.
One of our sons has gluten intolerance, and the team took special care to provide him with suitable meals. The cook prepared separate pancakes from corn flour, used the gluten-free bread we brought for sandwiches, and often made dishes everyone could enjoy. The food was plentiful and tasty throughout the trip.
Our guide and cook were both friendly and attentive. The guide always did his best to find the best spots for wildlife viewing, and the cook surprised our boys with small treats from shops along the way (lollipops, sodas, chips, even sugarcane). These little gestures made the trip even more special for our family.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Royal Tiger Tours to anyone looking for a well-organized, affordable, and family-friendly safari in Tanzania.
