These guys are SCAMMERS ! I sent them money to process my Schengen visa, around April 2024 which was 250 USD, it was all good until my travel plans changed and I asked Nancy the CEO if we can change the dates or else do a refund. She took me for a fool and gave me pointless excuses. “Oh sorry I’m out of the country, oh sorry I’m at an expo” without addressing my concerns. She did this from April 2024 and now it’s April 2025. All their business lines are off and there’s no way to reach them. Pathetic service. Utterly shameful. Reach out to them at your own risk.

Hadar came up with the perfect tour for us. She was super attentive and provided us with the best service we could have hoped for.Everything was so well-organized, yet flexible whenever needed.We all fell in love with our guide J.P - Rwanda was not the same without him. Booking with jocky tours was really easy and was the best tour operator for our 6 day Kenya safari. What made the trip was our driver Steve. He knew everything about the animals and made everyday an adventure. Make sure to book jocky tours and ask for Steve! You won’t regret it

Tour company was good. Very organized and communicative. Only issue I had was that paying with card was a 5% fee which came out to be $35 on top of the $800 we had already paid for each of our individual trips. Other than that, they were on time and very organized. Our tour guide, Steve, was wonderful.

Dream fulfilled at Tanzania
Me & my wife were at Tanzania last year in September. What a lifetime experience it was courtesy our guide Mr. Julius. He got our pulse at the beginning and had given his best to ensure that our game drives at Serengeti & Ngorongoro to be memorable ones. Stay at both these places were decent. But real pleasure was Mr. Julius's approach which resulted in see all possible wildlife experience. I hope he also enjoyed our company too.
