Excellent VIP trip with Asante Safaris
5/5

Renny and her team at Asante Safaris put together an excellent itinerary and executed it very well.
This was a VIP safari organized in large part around Mwanaidi Maajar, then Tanzanian ambassador to the United States, so an added element was meetings with H.E. President Jakaya Kikwete and other high government officials.

After being welcomed hearty we always felt comfortable and secure travelling around with ilmaasai.
5/5

Our tour was organized by my sister in law. As a local she recommended ilmaasai as relaibel, relaxed and sensible. Our driver was competent in answering questions concerning all kind of wilflife and the environment, etc. He brought us savley to and through all the beautiful tanzanian parks. Nice companion to travel with! Like our cook too! We enjoyed in his cuisine and more than once we were surprised about his performance late at night after a long day out in nature. Al lot of non-replaceble moments we finished our safari impressed deeply. Thanks a lot!

Superb Namibian introduction trip.
5/5

We enjoyed a short, 5-day trip with Nick from Nature Travel Namibia earlier this month. We were interested in an introductory tour of Namibia, to see some of the countryside, but moreover, to see the country's incredibly rich birdlife.
Nick organised everything from the trip itinerary, to accommodation and extra excursions. In our wildest dreams could we not have imagined that Namibia would creep into our hearts so quickly! The pleasant people, the multi-coloured countryside, the incredible desert vistas, the untamed animal life and of course the diverse bird species all impressed us immensely.
Nick was the star of the show, being friendly and professional at the same time. He quickly became a friend for life and we will definitely make use of his expertise in the future.

Well organized trip
5/5

I would like to thank my kenyan friend to introduce me with this company.
I found victor as very professional person in karibu safaris.
Our driver also made good efforts to search animals on our game drive.
The trip to masai mara was perfectly organized.
Their rates are also competitive. So if you are looking for a reliable local tour company, they are the solution of your trip.

Friendly, organized, knowledgable tour guide -perfect safari experience!
5/5

We did a 9-day private Safari with Charles including Arusha NP, Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro (including a day of hiking at Olmoti and Embakaai), Serengeti (including Balloon Safari), and Lake Natron in June 2015.
Charles is a superb guide: Well organized, always on time, responding to interests and requests of the travellers, keeping his vehicle in a good shape, responsible driver, fun to talk to and knowledgable.
When it comes to hunting down the rare cheetah in Serengeti he shows a hunting spirit as if it was also his first cheetah!

Thanks, Charles, for those memorable days on the Northern Circuit!

More elephants than you can shake a stick at!
Overall rating
4/5

This is a very popular park and it shows with the amount of people you will see there. There isn't a place where you will think you are in the middle of nowhere, the roads are mainly paved and you are never very far from another car.
There is a notice board near the main shop that lists the animal sightings for the day so it allows you to plan out your trip, Addo is enormous so make sure you take a whole day to view of all (if not more).
We drove for a while only seeing a couple of animals, then a single male elephant stode into view. We followed him until he turned a corner and we saw a whole herd of the magnificent beasts. This memory will stay with me forever. We found several other herds throughout the day each as amazing as the other.
This is an amazing park and there are plenty of other animals to see (lions, zebras, antelope to name but a few). If you like elephants then you will love this park.

Watching Elephants roam across the plain with Kilimanjaro as a backdrop
Overall rating
5/5

We stayed at Sentrim Lodge just outside the gate to Amboseli. We done an evening tour on our first evening and a full day in the park the following day. The park may not be the biggest but it certainly has a lot going for it. We saw Herds of Elephant roaming, Hyenas in a den, Lion, Baboons with young, Ostrich, Hippos, Giraffe, Wilderbeast and many other animals roaming free. A must is a picnic on Observation hill where you can watch over a lot of the park. All of this with of Course Kilimanjaro as a backdrop that unveils itself for the evening sunset.
