Over and beyond service.
My recent travel to Rwanda wasn't the adventure I planned. Unfortunately, I got appendicitis the first day I arrived and had to be rushed to the hospital for an emergency appendectomy. Even with such an unfortunate incident, Taufique and Frank were there with me the whole time. I was traveling alone and Taufique became a brother more than a tour guide. The assistance they provided during the whole course from hospitalization to recovery were beyond what they were supposed to do and with that I am forever grateful to this new family I have in Rwanda. If I can give more stars beyond 5 stars in this review I would. I owe my life to them. Thank you once again and I will be back and see you guys again!

Very supportive !
I booked via Kale Voyage for my first safari, which I can say a successful choice.
Lucas, the tour operator, is very supportive and he reply me very quick whatever questions I ask and the payment is flexible.
Even the day before the safari, he took me to a local restaurant as I asked him.
For the safari itself, I joined the different tour company as it was low season and combining together with other tour companies is more cost efficient. Within the tour, I saw cheetahs, lions (babies too), buffalos, a serval cat, zebras, hippos, rhinos, and so many.
For the accommodation, if you stay comfortable, I suggest you take lodge as a camp / tent is more reasonable and shared toilet and bathroom.
I really suggest you to contact Kale Voyage as he is very supportive.

Truly a top-tier experience!
I had the absolute pleasure of booking a tour with Easy Budget Safaris and it exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, well-organized, and full of incredible moments. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt safe, comfortable, and fully immersed in the local culture.
The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, balancing sightseeing, relaxation, and adventure perfectly.
We visited breathtaking locations that only a local expert could reveal. Transportation was punctual, accommodations were top-notch, and the customer service was outstanding.
If you’re looking for a stress-free, memorable, and enriching travel experience, look no further. Easy Budget Safaris truly knows how to deliver an unforgettable journey. I can’t wait to book my next trip with them.

The team was great Monica and David was so professional and helpful and the gifts was so sweet.
Every thing was great except the lunch that was served in Penety resort was so bad and over priced.

Safari 365 is a top tour operator that combines professionalism with truly personalized service
Huge thanks to Safari 365 and especially Cearl for organizing an amazing trip to South Africa and beyond! Everything was exceptionally well planned, and Cearl was a pleasure to work with—professional, flexible, and always attentive.
As first-time visitors to Africa, we felt completely supported and impressed by the level of service. In fact, the whole experience exceeded our expectations and surpassed European travel standards.
While we had a few minor issues—like a shared transfer we thought would be private, and a dinner event that wasn’t really our style—these didn’t take away from what was otherwise a 10/10 experience. We would absolutely travel with Safari 365 again!

Phenomenal!!!
Our safari guide Assad was phenomenal, knowledgeable, passionate, and deeply connected to the land. Assad had an incredible eye for wildlife and made every moment feel meaningful. This trip would not have been the same without him- a truly unforgettable experience.

Professional-friendly and organized they delivers unforgettable, personalized adventures affordable
My safari with Super Eagles was one of the best travel experiences I’ve had.
Everything went according to plan, and the attention to detail was top notch.
The team especially Chanson, Gilbery, and Lubia were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the journey.
From the amazing wildlife to the comfortable accommodations, everything exceeded my expectations.
What stood out most was how easy and natural the communication was, I truly enjoyed our talks and felt welcomed like family.
The price was also quite reasonable for the value offered, making it an affordable and worthwhile experience.
Thank you for an unforgettable adventure.
I’d definitely recommend Super Eagles Safari to anyone visiting Kenya.

Life-threatening negligence & zero accountability
What began as a standard transfer from Masai Mara to Nairobi escalated into a life-threatening catastrophe due to Extra Miles Safari's unforgivable negligence. This is not a review - it's a warning.
At 9:00 AM, our driver collected us in a vehicle that immediately displayed alarming signs. Our ordeal started innocently enough.
The first breakdown occurred barely 15 minutes out of Masai Mara. At a roadside shack laughably called a "repair shop", mechanics spent 20 minutes hammering beneath the car. Our driver assured us this was "minor", but within 10 minutes of resuming the journey, the same horrific grinding returned. By 9:30 AM, we were prisoners in car for three hours.
At 2:00 PM, we foolishly believed the nightmare was ending. Then came the slope.
Our driver stopped the vehicle mid-ascent to "check something", casually exiting without engaging the handbrake. Through the rear window, we watched him walk toward the back - just as the jeep began sliding backward. My friend lunged for the handbrake, but it doesn't help. In the end, violent rollover crash occurred
The extra miles staff said countless sorry for what happened to us, but they refused to take any responsibility for it. They asked us to sign a blank insurance policy, asked us to recall the accident in detail, but refused to make any compensation.
This isn't about bad luck - it's SYSTEMIC FAILURE. Extra Miles:
• Operates decrepit vehicles unfit for safari terrain
• Employs untrained drivers
• Lacks basic crisis management protocols
To anyone considering Extra Miles Safari: Our shattered camera and torn clothes can be replaced. The image of that rolling hillside where we nearly died stays forever. Choose operators who value lives over profits.
