Very good quality of service and Itenary planning
4/5

Itenary was very well planned. Akoms team was very friendly and helpful. Ballon ride was fascinating . Our jeep broke down a few times which was the only negative part of the tour
Overall a very rich experience and worth a repeat visit

Highest customer care and hospitality in Tanzania Safari
5/5

Our Safari tour was planned and executed by Gorilla O'Clock. They took care of six of us from Pick-up to Drop-Off. Selection of restaurants, Resorts and tour locations were excellent. They seem to have good network of people. Highlight of our experience : We forgot a bag at hotel and realized it at the airport. The hotel was 4.5 hours away from the airport. Gorilla O'clock managed to send that missing baggage to select location. That was time sensitive. This I call as Exceeded-Expectations.

Soooo special experience
5/5

I have just concluded a 7-day, 6-night safari trip in Kenya. Even now, I can't stop thinking about it! This was definitely an unforgettable and wonderful travel experience.
Before coming here, as I was traveling alone, I did a lot of research. Also, due to budget constraints, I finally chose Pesaso from among many options because it offers great value for money, excellent service, and very detailed route introductions. Moreover, its response speed is extremely fast. Although there is a time difference, the promptness of its responses is something I highly value and is very important. In fact, this proved to be very crucial during my subsequent journey.
Let's start with accommodation. Since it was an economy tour group, we stayed in campsites throughout the journey. However, the campsites chosen for the group tour were quite good. They had great locations and decent conditions. For instance, the one in Maasai Mara was just a 10-minute drive from the entrance, which was very convenient and saved time, allowing us to spend more time in the park. The hotel in Nakuru was also very nice. We were offered welcome drinks and hot towels, which was very considerate. I was traveling alone and was very lucky that I was mostly assigned a private room throughout the trip. This was very beneficial for my rest and made me feel safe and at ease.
The food was much better than I expected. There were basically rich self-service options available, with both vegetables and meat. Especially, the beef and mutton cooked by several campsites were extremely delicious. The fresh milk was very tasty, and the coffee was also satisfactory. The breakfast at Nakuru Hotel was very diverse, and you could enjoy the sunrise while having breakfast, with a beautiful view.
The daily itinerary was also well-arranged. Although there were some days with long hours spent in the vehicle, the time spent in the scenic spots was fully utilized to satisfy our sightseeing. We managed to see all the Big Five of Africa. The driver, Bony, was very capable. He drove the car very steadily and safely. Moreover, he was very experienced in spotting animals and showed us many wild animals. He was an excellent guide.
Although this was an economic tour group, the overall travel experience was highly cost-effective and I had a great time. My European and American friends who came along were also very supportive. I'm also very grateful to Pedaso for the arrangements. They would kindly ask about my experience every day and respond promptly to any feedback. This made me feel very at ease, especially since I was traveling alone. This is a very reliable choice. If any of my friends come to Kenya, I will also recommend Pedaso!

Judith was a remarkably efficient, conscientious, organized, and continually helpful shepherd for us
5/5

We are so happy to have chosen Escape To Adventure Safaris for our first trip to Africa! It was extremely good value for money with more wonderful activities than we could ever have arranged for ourselves. We were very pleased with the lodges that were booked for us. KUDA, our delightful contact person for booking and knowlegable guide at Victoria Falls, was a star. He always replied promptly to my emails, answered all of my questions, and went the extra mile in our behalf. This tour company is dedicated to working hard to please its clients, and in my book, they get an A+. We love them. We would use them again. By the way, Judith is a terrific driver!

Nelson (Simba) and Lucy absolutely fantastic!
5/5

Our safari with Axis was nothing short of unforgettable, and we owe it all to the incredible team who made it possible.

From the very start, Lucy at head office went above and beyond to help us plan what truly became the trip of a lifetime. She was endlessly patient, kind, and accommodating, answering every one of our questions and helping us navigate multiple changes to our plans with such grace. Thanks to her support, we felt completely at ease and confident that everything would run smoothly – and it absolutely did.

And then there was Nelson (Simba), our guide – the heart and soul of our safari experience. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Not only was he exceptionally knowledgeable about the wildlife and environment, but he was also a joy to spend time with – warm, engaging, and full of stories that brought the bush to life. His talent for spotting animals that no one else could see was nothing short of magical. We nicknamed him “Eagle Eye Simba”, and it was thanks to him that we had some of the most extraordinary encounters, with ALL the big 5, we’ll never forget!

Together, Lucy and Simba made our safari extraordinary. Their passion, expertise, and genuine care turned our journey into something far beyond just a holiday – it was an experience we will carry with us forever.

We cannot recommend Axis highly enough. If you’re dreaming of a once-in-a-lifetime safari, this is the team you want by your side.

Safari Perfection: 10 days, countless memories, One incredible Team!!
5/5

Where do I even start – there are only good things to share!

First of all: We had the best Safari experience we could have ever dreamed of! Everything – from the online communication, WhatsApp updates, and even the calls with PIUS, to the actual tour with our guide DEREK – was simply exceptional.

We chose a 9-night, 10-day tour starting from Arusha, heading to Tarangire and Lake Manyara, then further north to Lake Natron, before exploring the northern Serengeti. From there, we made our way south through the central Serengeti and finally returned to Arusha via the Ngorongoro Crater. On our journey with DEREK, we saw almost every animal possible – from the Big 5 to the Ugly 5! His knowledge of wildlife and the secret spots they like to hide in was unbelievable. Thanks to him, we were able to enjoy a private two-hour lunch in the car right next to a leopard 🐆, the famous Mara River Crossing with some spectacular but at the same heartbreaking scenes 🐊 and or course some Lions and Cheetah's munching on their prey 🦒🦓 – Moments we will never forget!

The time management throughout the trip was perfect. We never felt rushed or as if we missed out on anything (except when looking for the elusive black rhino in the crater hiding in the distance – but that’s just the nature of a safari 😉).

Some final words of gratitude:
@ PIUS – Thank you SO MUCH for the time and effort you put into planning our honeymoon safari. We truly appreciate every detail you arranged for us!
@ DEREK – 15/10 ⭐rating! Thanks to you, we enjoyed every single minute of our trip. Perfect timing, amazing spots, and even a good dose of action!

We will definitely recommend See Endless Adventures to anyone considering a safari in the future.

Asante Sana! ❤️

Excellent. Recommended
5/5

When I started to research for booking safari at Serengeti, I found out Porcupine Expeditions and right from my first email inquiry to Anna until we departed from Arusha the experience has been so amazing. Was so easy to deal with Anna and her family who treated us like their family members and fed some tasty food. Aside that the booking on safari and whole experience to deal with the team has been awesome. Would love to visit again and highly recommended to book Porcupine Expeditions for your next Tanzania adventure. Special thanks to wonderful daughters of Anna who were so welcoming and hospitable towards us.
