Hands on, thoughtful and efficient
5/5

Kerry along with our friend Polina planned the most outstanding Southern African adventure! We had an amazing time and achieved so much during the 17 days! So accommodating too! Thank you to JP, Mr. Clive and Nana too! Bless you all for looking after us all! Aziza

It was fantastic
5/5

The guide was fantastic, friendly, and very professional. In Umoja Samburu Camp the accommodation was acceptable and the people were extremely friendly. At the next accommodation, Buraha Zenoni Resort, there's nothing to complain about. The staff are very friendly. The last accommodation in Lenchada was terrible. The staff were very unfriendly and the toilets were in very poor condition.

Southern Africa trip
5/5

We just came back from the 16-day trip, visiting S. Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Eswatini with a group of 15 people. All our time was meticulously thought of, the transfers were seamless, all the hotels and restaurants A+ and every day provided beautiful views, emotions and excitement! We are very grateful to Kerry and her team from Pembury Tours for permitting us to live this African experience and we’re looking forward to come back for more!

I really liked
5/5

The experience was fantastic, including the Samburu and Masai Mara parks, with a stop at Nakuru Park. Everything was well organized, and our guide, Sadam, was incredibly attentive, organized, and respectful. He was always dedicated to providing the best possible animal sightings in all the parks we visited, as well as providing information about their names and relevant characteristics.

The included accommodation, Umoja Samburu Camp, was very pleasant and had very friendly staff. The Buraha Zenoni hotel was also very pleasant and had very friendly service. Lenchada Camp was the worst of the accommodations; the outdoor space is pleasant, but the tent bathrooms really need improvement.

Very knowledge, funny, and considerate.

Mary made it so easy to book my safari and Godfrey was such a great time being our safari guide! We had so much fun. Our hotel stays during the safari were so cute. It was my first time doing a safari/going to Africa. I would definitely recommend them to everybody!!

The best tour operator out there
5/5

Trust me you need Moloko as your tour guide. She has such a great instinct of knowing where the animals might be for a good sighting. Ask for her as your guide for the safari.

Wonderful. Perfect guiding and personal attention to all details at a very good price
5/5

We came to Ethiopia in the last week of August but new it was the rainy season.
The rain was intermittent and no trouble
I brought large galoshes for the occasional mud.
Etheo was fantastic.
Apart from a small deposit we paid on arrival and had wonderful personal service on a private tour.
In addition to a private guide who traveled with us local guides were provided included in the price and at one stage there were four people assisting my wife and myself.
They made certain that everything was to our liking and walked alongside us and explained everything and modified scheduling happily. I actually had three pairs of trousers that were a little long and my wife had two pair of safari pants that were a little baggy and these five pair were tailored while we waited in Addis for less than $1 per pair and much better tailoring than back in the States.
The tailor returned all my change and I explained that it was a happily provided tip.
The food and accommodation in Addis were outstanding.
In the country towns the air conditioning and bathrooms were perfect and the beds were comfortable, but it was a little tricky some days to get food that excited us.
We were driven everywhere in four-wheel drive Land cruisers.
In short we had wonderful TLC and excellent value and a fantastic time.
We were there at the end of August because we had been to Namibia and to Kruger national Park and although we were concerned about the rain it turned out to be only a very minor inconvenience.
These guys know their stuff and provide great value and wonderful TLC.
The five Stare Capitol hotel in Addis was outstanding and we loved our stay there.
Keep everything zipped including your cell phone at mercato markets. The folk show was exceptional and we wished we could attend again because the singers and dancers were superb. The whole trip exceeded our expectations.
The exhibition about the three million year old woman Lucy was Smithsonian standards.

A family safari of a lifetime with Zac nd Lambert from Serengeti Smile
5/5

We had the most incredible 7-day safari with Serengeti Smile this September as a family of three: my husband, my son, and I. Our journey took us through Tarangire, Lake Manyara, the vast Serengeti, and the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater. Every single day was filled with unforgettable moments, from spotting herds of elephants and lions on the hunt to admiring the stunning landscapes that make Tanzania so unique.

From the very beginning, everything was organized with care and professionalism. My husband truly made the right decision in choosing Serengeti Smile. We were fortunate to have Lambert as our safari coordinator his clear communication, guidance, and constant availability gave us complete confidence before and during the trip. On the ground, our safari guide Zac exceeded all expectations. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and passionate about wildlife, which made our game drives both exciting and educational.

This combination of outstanding coordination and guiding made our safari seamless and deeply memorable. I can’t recommend Serengeti Smile highly enough especially if you get the chance to book with Lambert and have Zac as your guide. They turned our dream safari into a reality we will treasure forever.

Professional, knowledgeable
5/5

The itinerary was amazing and we visited incredible places. What an adventure it was. Great lions safaris offered an outstanding experience from start to the end. Communication from before and during the trip was clear and professional. The trip really offered the real value for the money and I would definitely go on another trip with them.

Willing to go the extra mile for an authentic experience
5/5

We started planning our safari about a year in advance. I randomly found Passionate Guides Tanzania on SafariBookings after initially looking at more large scale companies' websites. After reading the reviews and receiving prompt replies from the founder Beatus, I did not even consider booking with another company. We were always quickly responded to throughout the entire process. The people were wonderful once starting our trip -- Monica and Joseph on Kenya side were beyond hospitable and kind with welcoming us to safari. The truck was spacious and comfortable even on long bumpy game drive days. Having a personal guide to find animals of priority and take extra time for perfect photos was everything. Athuman in Tanzania blew us away from day one. He always went the extra mile for us. Whether it was wine, getting us the perfect leopard shot, or even a surprise birthday cake, he is truly passionate about giving his clients the best safari experience. Beatus even gave us a tour of their headquarters and asked for feedback at the end of the trip. I could go on and on about our best trip ever... I am sending all my friends/family/strangers to PGT to plan their safari.
