Incredible customer service and attention to detail
This was my first time in Eastern Africa and first time ever doing safari. I came to Kenya with my friend for my birthday. I was keen to have a unique and more private experience and Frank and Bonaface did not disappoint. They were kind and very patient and extremely knowledgeable about how to get the best out of our safari visit. We had an absolutely delicious lunch as well. I strongly recommend Frank who was our driver and guide to anyone interested in visiting Kenya and doing safari! You will not be disappointed!

Amazing Adventure!
I had an amazing experience on the safari! Our group of adults and students went on a four day safari through Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro. We saw so much wildlife! Our guides were very knowledgeable about the animals and plants in the area and took such great care of us. The chef traveled with us and prepared delicious meals. I would recommend Karibu Tena and would choose them again on another visit!

This tour is amazing and the team is excellent! From the start our operator Linah was amazing, she planned our dream honeymoon adventure. Her communication was fantastic, she was fast with her replies, polite and provided great details with her answers. Which made the whole booking experience with her so easy she felt like family. She was so helpful and planned our dream holiday, with such good detail from start to finish. She even went above and beyond when another supplier let us down by being so helpful and sharing her knowledge and kindness! This experience with her and Serengeti African Tours has been unforgettable, she is so kind and we could not of asked for a better operator. She is a one in a million. The tour offered a fantastic range in the different parks over the 4 days, which was fabulous. Our driver Kelvin was so kind and pleasant to be around. He ensured the tour ran on time and had excellent knowledge of the park and animals. He made sure we really enjoyed the experience and I can say we were lucky enough to see all the animals. The food was delicious there was a lovely variety of cooked vegetables, meats, pasta over the days and our chef Richard made sure we were well fed throughout the safari. Thank you Richard!
The car was comfortable and well equipped with charging points so you never missed a moment because your camera or phones battery was dead. We also had plenty of water, and drinks to drinks during the day.
If you are looking for a well planned, adventure with supportive staff, then this is the tour for you. This team care about you and will provide you an experience you will never forget!!!

Best experience ever! We loved every moment of our 11 day safari in Kenya + Tanzania
I just got back from an 11 day safari with Tapestry and our group of 6 had the most fantastic time! From the moment we landed everything was perfect. The hotels were beautiful, the food delicious and the guides were amazing. We were a bit nervous going at the end of May with it being the end of the rainy season and the grass being longer at that time. We were told not to worry and that we would have an amazing time and we did. It barely rained, and only at night time so we were unaffected. We saw an incredible amount of animals and had actually seen the big 5 by the end of our second day of safariing. Our guides George (in Kenya) and Joseph (in Tanzania) were fantastic. You could tell they truly cared we had an amazing experience and wanted us to see as many animals as possible. The schedule was very flexible. We could start our game drives as early as we wanted and end whenever we liked. Everything was so well organized we didn't have to do a thing. Throughout the trip we were followed... Read more up with several times to make sure everything was going as planned. Tapestry even organized a birthday cake for my brother's 30th birthday which was such a fun surprise. There are so many safari companies to choose from it's overwhelming but I'm super happy we went with Tapestry.

Seemless Organization and Great Itinerary!
Across the Wild put together an unforgettable safari experience for us, including our Dad who is 97 years old! Don't let your age keep you from this amazing trip. The drivers were so kind and had a real knack for finding the animals for us to see, while still retaining enough distance to not disrupt them. I would travel with them again and again.

Fantastic first safari experience !
I just got back from my first safari in Kenya and Tanzania. Our group had the best time! We were very happy with our experience with Tapestry. Right from the start they were quick to give us a quote for the trip and so good at responding to our emails. Their team is incredibly well organized. Our trip went so smooth there wasn't a single issue. We went at the end of May/early June and it ended up being a great time to travel because it was less busy but also not the rainy season. The hotels and food were great and we loved our guides. So knowledgeable about the wildlife and they knew the parks so well. We saw so many animals including the big 5. Would highly recommend this company. Part of their proceeds go to dental outreach which is also nice :)
