Seamless, dependable, good value, excellent staff and itinerary - such a memorable trip
Pallid surprises us in so many (good) ways! While not the one with most advertising and social media posts, we chose them as we were happy with the itinerary and value they offered and the smooth communication from start to finish. We were an international group of friends (from europe, southeast Asia, and a kenyan).
Carolyn at the office was communicative, accommodative, and dependable. She made sure we got our accommodation secured as it was filling up fast, and even helped me arrange birthday surprises for other participants during the safari. At the end of the trip, she even came to meet us to ensure our experience was good and to take in inputs/feedback f any.
During the trip, our MVP was Sammy, our driver and guide. We fully relied on him through the 5 days safari. He was dependable, informative, courteous, and good spirited throughout the trip, even though this must not be easy work (driving on the road and then on the safari while also keeping us informed, safe, and ensuring that we have a good and happy trip). He also cares deeply about the park and its procols, ensuring that rules are followed and offering a helping hand to other drivers when they got stuck). He was a good wildlife spotter, we saw all but 1 of the big 5 (the one was a rhino, notoriously hard to spot) - for other big 5 we saw many, at multiple times (leopard was 1 time) and sometimes close up (including lions). And we saw countless other animals. Sammy came ready with information of these animals including less famous ones like differenr species of birds etc.
Lodges were great (Amboseli Sopa, Sawela at Naivasha, Masaai Mara Sopa). Food aplenty and caters well to both vegetarian and omnivore. The drive from one place to another was eye opening and allow you to see much of the country. Water is provided through the trip. Vehicle is kept clean. Restroom stops are just at the right frequency and clean.
In short, I have no hesitation to recommend Pallid to anyone considering a safari in Kenya. You will have a trip of a lifetime: safe, comfortable, memorable, well-curated).

Professional, well-organised tours
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour in Kenya. Sylus was extremely helpful in suggesting itineraries and making changes to accommodate us. The service from our guide, Albert, and the staff at the various lodges was excellent. This was a great way to experience this beautiful country and its wonderful people.

We had aa amazing safari. We saw an enormous amount of animals and all of the accommodations were great.
Everything went smoothly. Mbaruk was an amazing guide. Highly recommend him. He has a pleasant personality, was very accommodating and is very knowledgeable. He truly made our trip unforgettable.

A Truly Unforgettable 5-Star Safari Experience
From start to finish, this safari was an absolutely incredible experience that exceeded all of my expectations. The entire trip was seamlessly organized, and every detail was handled with precision and care, allowing me to simply relax and enjoy the adventure.
The hospitality was exceptional. The entire team was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. A special shout-out to our driver, Kelvin, and our guide, who were both phenomenal. Their knowledge of the wildlife and the local ecosystem was truly impressive, and they were experts at spotting animals we never would have seen on our own. Their passion for what they do was infectious, and they went above and beyond to ensure every game drive was exciting and memorable.
The hotels were really good—each one was a perfect blend of comfort and authentic safari charm. The accommodations were clean, the food was delicious, and the staff at every lodge were attentive and warm. It was the perfect place to rest and recharge after a long day of exploring.
What truly set this safari apart was the attention to detail. The game drives were timed perfectly for optimal wildlife viewing, and we saw the Big Five and so much more! The vehicles were comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a smooth ride even on bumpy terrain. The itinerary was perfectly balanced, with plenty of time for both thrilling game drives and relaxing moments to soak in the stunning scenery.
I can't recommend this safari enough. If you're looking for an adventure that combines thrilling wildlife encounters with top-notch service and excellent organization, look no further. This was the trip of a lifetime!

Organized, helpful and very knowledgeable about African wildlife.
We recently went on a safari with surprise adventure that exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, everything was extremely well organized. Amina, the manager, was always responsive, available, and incredibly helpful with all our questions and planning needs. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Our guide, Joseph, was fantastic, not only kind and accommodating but also very knowledgeable about the wildlife and environment. He went above and beyond to make sure we always had the best spots for animal sightings, which made the experience truly unforgettable.
This safari was truly a memorable experience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a well-run, exciting, and personalized adventure!

Amazing! Price-quality everything was perfect!
We had an amazing 3-day private safari through Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara, starting and ending in Zanzibar. Everything was perfectly organized from beginning to end.
Our contact person, Ushma, was incredibly helpful – she answered all our questions quickly and clearly, which made the planning smooth and stress-free. Our guide, William, was fantastic: knowledgeable and attentive.
We were lucky enough to see the full Big Five and had plenty of time to fully enjoy every moment. No rush, just space to take it all in.
Our stay at Moonbow Lodge was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious – both lunch and dinner were a real treat. The staff were unbelievably kind and welcoming, and the service was outstanding. Our room was stunning: spacious, beautifully designed, and brand new. We felt completely relaxed and well taken care of.
The visit to the Maasai village was a deeply moving and memorable experience.

Indescribable days!

A great experience
We had a great time with salt&pepper safaris in Taranguire, Ngorongoro and Materuni. Our guide Isaya was very friendly, careful and professional.
He explained us a lot and he obviously has a lot of experiences in guiding tours.
We would always go again with salt&pepper! Next time to Serengeti 🦓
