Our perfect 5 day in Tanzania.
We wanted something different for our holiday, and this 5-day safari with Greatday Safaris turned out to be the best decision ever.
With my girlfriend by my side, every moment felt twice as special-from spotting elephants at Lake Manyara to chasing sunsets in the Serengeti.
The Ngorongoro Crater gave us a front-row seat to Africa’s wildest stage. This wasn’t just about wildlife, it was about experiencing adventure together, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
Five days went by so fast, but I left with a heart full of gratitude and memories we’ll carry forever. It was our dreamed about an African safari, I can say from my heart-this is the one.

A beautiful day at Mikumi with our tour guide Godbless.
Yesterday we did a tour with our guide Godbless.
He made jokes, sometimes started singing Lion King songs, showed interest and had a lot of knowledge about the animals.
He also tries whenever possible to get close to the animals, where we got all the time to look calmly and take pictures.
Because of the bumpy road, halfway through the day the gearbox broke, which was a shame, because we did lose some time.
During lunch Godbless did everything to fix the car. Luckily he succeeded, so after lunch we could continue the safari!
During this lunch there was also a nice surprise waiting for my birthday, thanks to Godbless and all the other staff of Mikumi Safari Park.
We ended this special day at the hippos and crocodiles.
It is definitely worth it, thank you for the nice day!

An unforgettable time in Tanzania
We (two people) spent a wonderful time in Tanzania and Zanzibar at the end of August.
We began our trip in Arusha and enjoyed a 6-day safari through Tanzania. Our guide, Peter, accompanied us throughout and expertly guided us through Arusha, Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Crater National Parks. It was a truly unforgettable experience!
Peter was an outstanding guide. He always looked after our well-being and was incredibly committed to showing us the incredible wildlife of Africa up close. Thanks to his vast experience and exceptional eye for spotting animals, we were able to witness unforgettable moments — even managing to see very rare and well-camouflaged animals in their natural habitat.

We, a family of 2 parents and 3 adult children, thoroughly enjoyed our mid range 8 days safari tour in Taranguire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara, followed by 1 day spent on the foothills of Klimandjaro in Materuna. We saw all the big 5 more than once, as well as many other animals. We were also lucky enough to witness the amazing nature spectacle of thousands of zebras and wilderbeasts crossing the Mara river. Meru Slopes did a great job at planning (thank you very much Almachius for your professional communication and great responsiveness) and delivering this fantastic tour. Accommodations and food were all at least up to our (high) expectations. Our guide and driver Nuru was 10 on 10 : very knowledgeable and passionate about animals and biology in general, great driver always finding the best spots and angles for best observation opps and pics. And also a great person to spend 8 days with. Big thanks to Nuru from all the family. I sincerely recommend Meru Slopes to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania.
