Once in a lifetime experience
Our tour was so much fun! Humphrey was our guide and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to show us around. He was very knowledgeable and a joy to be around. In the evening, after he dropped us at our hotel he would clean and make sure the vehicle had proper maintenance and ready to go for the next day. He was passionate about his job and that made our experience a trip to remember! The lodges that we stayed at were top notch. The staff, food, facilities were incredible at every location. I highly recommend this company and they are a locally owned company, which is a huge bonus!

An Unforgettable Safari Experience
We have just returned from our incredible Kenyan safari, and we are still struggling to find the words to fully capture the magic of this journey. A huge part of this amazing experience is thanks to the exceptional service provided by Ways.
From start to finish, the trip was meticulously organized. All the lodges and camps we had booked were expecting us, and check-in was always seamless. This allowed us to fully relax and immerse ourselves in the experience without a single worry about logistics.
However, the true star of our safari was our guide, Said. His expertise was nothing short of phenomenal. With his eagle eyes and profound knowledge of the bush, he consistently spotted wildlife that was completely invisible to us at first glance. He could decipher the slightest movement in the grass or a distant shape under a tree, transforming what seemed like an empty landscape into a stage for incredible animal encounters.
Thanks to his incredible tracking skills and dedication, we were thrilled to have encountered four of the Big Five! We witnessed a majestic lion pride lounging in the sun, a graceful leopard draped over a tree branch, herds of formidable Cape buffalo, and several magnificent elephants. While we knew seeing a rhino was unlikely as we didn't visit Nakuru, achieving the "Big Four" felt like a monumental success and exceeded our wildest expectations. Said didn't just find the animals; he shared fascinating insights about their behavior, making each sighting a unique learning experience.
We are immensely grateful to the entire team at Ways for crafting such a perfect adventure. We will cherish these memories for a lifetime and would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone seeking an authentic and well-executed safari.

Excellent company. I have never regretted my choice. They delivered on everything they promised and more. The entire team did a great job on the Kilimanjaro climb. The porters were very friendly and cheerful, and the cooks cooked delicious food. Special thanks to the guides, including the leader Dixon, Noah, Wilson, Bob, and Bonnie. They explained everything clearly and helped with everything. They were also very cheerful. Without them, our team would not have been able to reach the summit. I highly recommend this company for traveling in Tanzania.

I booked a 5 day safari to Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru & Lake Naivasha
and had the most amazing time. Our guide was driving us to spots he knew we would have the best luck of sighting animals as well as listening constantly to the “wildlife radio” for hints from the other guides to make sure we do not miss anything. He always made sure our journey was comfortable and our needs were met. When i decided to extend my tour for two more days i was also immediately supported and everything was organised quickly.

Amazing trip
Bonjour! Our safari with Heart of Savannah was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Everything was perfectly organized by Naitu, who took care of every detail with such attention and kindness. Communication was smooth, she was always available, and even made it possible for us to visit an children’s house, something that truly touched my heart. Our driver Jennifer was amazing, always on time, incredibly professional, and full of positive energy. She shared so many fascinating things about Kenya, which made every drive a real pleasure. Our guide Paul was simply wonderful, so passionate and determined to help us see as many animals as possible, making our safari magical. All the lodge/hotel we stayed in were fantastic, especially the one in the Masai Mara, which was absolutely beautiful. Everything was included and perfectly taken care of, so we didn’t have to worry about anything during the trip… it was a real holiday! The whole Heart of Savannah team went above and beyond to make our journey unique and full of heart. I will never forget their warmth, generosity, and smiles. Best experience of my life
Esther went above and beyond at every stage of our holiday. Her organisation, skills are outstanding and she kept us informed at every stage of the safari. We couldn't have asked for more. Our guide, John was a delight. He was knowledgeable and made the safari experience a lifetime memory. I would recommend resting at the beach for a few days at the Baobab to recover from the safari massage before returning home. Overall, the company could not have done anything more and I'm sure you will have an experience you will never forget.
