This was an AMAZING experience. The process of arranging the tour went super smoothly and was clear. They had great accommodation choices and even chose the best spots were you stop for breaks and lunch. They definitely pay attention to details and tailor the experience in such a way that you feel super comfortable, safe, while you enjoy at the maximum. Wonderful safari
We were on safari in Serengeti and Ngorongoro and they were days that we will never forget because of how wonderful and magical they were.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Mellivora highly enough. The communication from the moment we enquired on safari bookings was impeccable and Francisca was very accommodating in helping us alter our trip throughout the initial stages. The service we received was fantastic, including all meals every day and drinks in the jeep whenever we liked.
From what I gathered however (as this was our first safari and an observation from our point of view), the quality of the guiding that we had with Mellivora was really exceptional. Our guide Elia was incredibly knowledgeable about the animals and worked extensively to find what we wanted to see on each day. Further, he seemed to have much more of an understanding of the animal behaviour than other guides as sometimes he would tell us to wait patiently near some animals as they were about to do something whilst other jeeps would stop and then shortly move on. Lo and behold they begun to hunt shortly after. This really added to our experience and made our safari after we saw both lions and cheetahs hunting (although we did feel quite lucky to have these encounters).
I would highly recommend going on safari with Mellivora and will be doing so to friends and family who visit Tanzania in the future. I myself was somewhat hesitant as they had slightly less reviews than a peer but I am very glad I made the choice to go with them (and the fewer reviews is one of the main reasons for writing this as I truly want to support this business)!

Edwin, Stan, Joseph - ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! They each were amazing and made everything smooth.
I couldn't have managed this solo work travel on my own. Benroso Safaris took care of everything for me from airport transportation to even booking a full day of adventure in Nairobi State Park, Shedrick Wildlife Trust, and the Giraffe Center. The team answered all of my many questions promptly and full of kindness. They even arranged assistance for me in navigating the airport. Edwin (my driver) was absolutely amazing! My safari guides Joseph and Stan were not only kind but very knowledgeable and taught me so much about the history of the park and many of the animals. They made my safari so safe that towards the end I began to fall asleep (I struggled with the time difference). Amazing company, amazing value, and amazing experience. I will definitely book again!!
