Amazing experience from start to finish - thank you
I cannot highly recommend Karibu World enough, from the start I had trouble with the changing dates (this was my own fault) and Tasneem sorted out getting new dates and booking everything quickly and efficiently. Everything was well organized from stepping off the plane to getting to the Serengeti. Along the way the driver was full of information about the villages we passed through, trees, birds and animals. I was there for 4 days/ 3 nights and managed to see loads, there were early starts but it was worth it to see the big 5 in the wild was truly amazing (something id never get to see back home). I only wish I had more time to use the facilities at the hotels as Karibu really do put you in 5* accommodation but I was restricted by work on the amount of time I could go for.
I would defiantly go back and maybe do a hot air balloon across the Serengeti in the morning
Thanks Tasneem and the lovely driver (im sorry I cant remember your name) for making my adventure most enjoyable, this is why I wont't go anywhere else to book trips because you guys are FIVE STAR!!!

A perfect organization: Virgo, the director very responsive and attentive to our requests.
Beautiful lodges each with their own personality and located in beautiful places.
Efficient and very kind staff.
A guide / driver who knows his country and the animals we meet.
And of course the magic encounter with mountain gorillas !

I would highly recommend this trip to anyone - great wildlife and accommodation.
The game drives were excellent and I saw heaps of wildlife. The accommodation was amazing - lots of places we could see the wildlife right from our room. Great food too. Dumi was an excellent guide, set our expectations well, and was on hand to answer any questions.

Excellent tour, delivered everything as promised.
I recently booked a 3 day Murchison Falls Tour and a 3 Day Gorilla Trek with Simba Africa Expeditions. The service was 5 star from the time they answered my first enquiry until the time they dropped me at the airport at the end of the tour. Hajarah answered all my emails promptly, and was happy to change details along the way to organise the perfect tour for me. The tours were everything they promised and more. The accommodation, the food, and the wildlife experiences were all better than what I was expecting, but the most amazing part of this company is it's driver/guides who look after everything for you and go out of their way to make the trip special. Jonah was my first driver/guide, he was an absolute gentleman and it was a pleasure to spend time with him. My driver/guide for Murchison was Xavier, and within an hour of him picking me up from my hotel, I no longer felt as if I was on a guided tour, but was instead travelling with a good friend. Xavier showed me everything Murchison Falls had to offer with lots of talking and laughing along the way. Thanks again Xavier, and if I ever get back to Uganda I will be sure to look you up.

Hiking on Kilimanjaro
First time in Africa, and never have we felt so welcome and met so friendly people.
It was a fantastic and very interesting country, even if we didn't have too much time in Moshi, i would definitely like to come back again. either to try to climb all the way up to Kili or to try a safari.
Loved the food, it was amazing, i didnt expect it to be like this, both the lunch box we got to the day hike and the food we got at the restaurants. Really good!
The hotel we stayed at was a hotel where all the profit went to school, right be the hotel, the school was for orphans. i wish we had know this, we would have brought some school article to them etc. but compensated by buying souvenirs etc from the hotel. The name of the hotel is Stella Maris a few km outside Moshi. Again it had the most friendly staff ever.
I will definitely recommend Tanzania, an experience like to other.

It was a good time for travdlling. Grass was green and trees with leaves. All aimals had small baby
We had very good guide from WATUs safary. Accomodation and food was good. We saw all big animals and was such interesting moments and situations: lion on the tfee branch, elephants near our cottage doors. Transport could be better in safari, but transportation from airport and return from safari was safety but long 6-7 hours.

Stole our money
We were supposed to do a Safari in Tanzania for my birthday and our honeymoon with It Started In Africa. They disappeared the day before we got there. Never answered our emails and stole our money!

Ben put together our dream trip within our budget. He stayed personally involved and responsive.
Five days of Safari is probably enough. Terangeri was our favorite and Swala Lodge in particular but they were also our first so we were still awe struck. We would not visit Lake Manyara nor do a night safari, walking safari or hot air balloon ride if we had it to do over but watching wild animals you can never tell when the amazing moments will occur. We highly recommend a safari when you have a good chance of seeing the Wildebeest migration. We only saw a small portion and a small river crossing and it was breath taking. We packed too much being unaware that the wonderful safari lodges were going to wash our clothes daily. The guides Dave and Michael were charming, knowledgeable and committed to our experience. The food is not as good as it looks but it looks amazing. The ambiance particularly at the Swala Lodge is opulent. We were giddy about the staffs habit of speaking softly to keep the atmosphere elegant, the Masai escorts, the chair in a Boabab Tree and the outdoor shower. The animal density was outstanding. It's hard to imagine seeing so many lions you just drive by without caring by the end of seven days.
Gorilla trekking in Rwanda is a magical experience unlike any other. The gorillas seem to enjoy entertaining the humans. We are still shaken by our exposure to the 1994 Rwanda genocide. We recommend having more to fill your days unless you want to spend time relaxing in your hotel., Our gorilla trek was only one half day as was our Golden Monkey trek and we struggled to fill the other half of the day.
