Trip of a lifetime!
Family of four did a Tanzania safari with Serlyne Safaris, a family owned business ,and had an incredible trip. We did Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Our guides were Samwel and Kesalay and they are amazing. Their ability to spot animals, and give information about them, was remarkable. In addition, they truly made us feel like family. Our international flights had some changes (by the airlines) and Samwel adapted our schedule with zero fuss. Ours was an upper mid-range tour and after speaking with friends that have gone in safari, we received great value for our money. Bottom line: this was a trip of a lifetime and we wholeheartedly recommend Serelyne!

He guided us on this adventure, always patient with three women. He tried to satisfy everyone, even though we had different needs, which was challenging. He made this adventure as easy as possible, always in a good mood and willing to lovingly explain every detail of wildlife to us, including all the recommendations and lessons he gave. He loves his job, and you'll see it. Take this adventure with him.

Knowledgeable and responsible
Reliable company with really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful guides! It was our first safari in Kenya and Tanzania, and we had the best time. In Kenya, Rio was our driver and he was amazing. He was very clear in communicating daily itinerary with us, super knowledgeable about the animals, and always very helpful when we need any help. Super punctual at agreed times, and always making sure we get to see as many animals as possible. We collected the Big 5 just in the first 2 days of the tour! In Tanzania, Ely was our driver. He was energetic and thoughtful. He really vibed with my husband and made the trip really lighthearted and fun. With both drivers, we saw a lot of close up intimate moments of the animals. Their English was very good so there was nothing lost to translation. Apparently Rio even speaks Spanish and German! We had Arthurman as our driver for 2 hours when we were travelling to the Tanzanian border - he even gave us a short guide on the way! When we had any questions, Martin was always there to give an answer. Overall, we highly recommend shanjoy! The guides and drivers were more than amazing, and we can’t fault the company for anything!

We did our tour with Face of Africa and were delighted. The treatment we received from our arrival at the airport was sensational and we were treated beautifully during the 7 days of safari fulfilling all our expectations and proposing new experiences if we decided to modify the route.
