Dishonest company, did not show up
we booked a safari in january 2024 , paid over 3000 euro for a 4-day safari for august. when we arrived in arusha airport he never showed up and never answered our calls. we reported it to the embassy and police. we wait for this swindler to give us our money back, but he refuses.

Excellent Trip!!
We went for a 4 days tour with Moafrika Tours. They were very responsive and attended to any of our queries immediately. The entire trip was safe and well organised. We went for both the full day Kruger Safari Tour and Panaroma Tour. Tour guides are very knowledgeable. Highly recommended!!

Incredible Masai Mara Experience with P.M.S
Our Maasai Mara safari with Precious Memories Safaris was simply amazing! The entire trip was beautifully organized from start to finish. What made it even more memorable was the thrilling moment in Masai Mara when we had a (cheetah 🐆) come right in front of our safari jeep, prowling around looking for its next hunt. Our guide was very professional and made sure we felt safe while enjoying such a rare sight. We were able to easily see the Big Five, stay in a wonderful lodge, and enjoy great food. Precious Memories tailored the entire trip to our preferences and budget. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime safari experience!

perfect welcome, efficiency and safety
For our safari, we chose Africa Hub Serengeti, one of the options offered on this site. It didn't have many reviews, but when I contacted them via WhatsApp, Evaline responded and immediately won my trust. I was worried about booking a safari in Tanzania without knowing the team, but Evaline answered all my questions very clearly, clearing up any doubts. Everything was very clear; she immediately provided me with maximum assistance, both in choosing domestic flights and safari times, and convinced me to choose their team for our safari. When we arrived at Arusha airport, they were waiting for us with a new, very nice and comfortable 8-seater car, just for the two of us. They drove us to the hotel and waited to see if it was suitable. Unfortunately, the hotel wasn't suitable, and we had to change. Evaline found us an excellent hotel and, together with the driver, drove us at the hotel.The next day we set off on a three-day, two-night safari with our driver Agostino, also exceptional. He's been working as a driver and guide for 27 years, and he showed us so many animals in the savannah. Everything was perfect, even lunch and dinner, which were always well-cooked and delicious. We had a wonderful safari and were always super satisfied and safely.The return flight to Zanzibar was scheduled for the afternoon of the day after the safari, and the team accompanied us to the airport. We asked if it was possible to visit Arusha, and they arranged for us a car with a driver and guide, Kevin, for a small fee. Kevin was also exceptional, very polite, and accompanied us to the best spots in Arusha, also showing us daily life in the city. He was also super.
I want to thank all the staff at Africa Hub Serengeti for the wonderful experience they gave us. Just one piece of advice: if you'd like accommodations other than those offered, please discuss it with them. I highly recommend them.

An Unforgettable Safari Experience with Exceptional Service
My husband and I were visiting Kenya for the first time to do a safari. Brenda's professional responses and thoughtful communication made us feel at ease before the trip. We are also very grateful for our guide and driver, Julius, who took us to Nakuru Lake and Masai Mara National Reserve. He seemed to have an extraordinary sense of smell, as we managed to spot 16 lions, which was unbelievable! On the last day, as we were heading from Masai Mara to Nairobi airport, we encountered a huge traffic jam. Without Julius, I think we might have missed our flight. We were very lucky to have such a great operator and service for our first safari experience.

Our hiking experience on Mount Kilimanjaro was challenging but incredibly rewarding. The stunning views from the summit were worth every step.
