Team-oriented, safe, and knowledgable
Papa John ensured ALL parts of the tour were included. He was timely and responsible. The fun attitude, driving skills and knowledge about animals was superb. I want to bring my mother to Kenya some day. When I do, I will be requesting Papa John. Thank you, Axis Vacations for going Above and Beyond our service needs.

Unforgettable Kilimanjaro Trek with Experts
I recently completed the 6 days Machame Route with Mboni, and it was an experience I will never forget. This was my first time on Kilimanjaro, and every moment from the gate to the summit felt like a “wow” moment. The guides were knowledgeable, patient, and always ready to answer any question, making us feel confident and excited throughout the trek.
The organization by Mboni was outstanding. Everything ran on time, and the team was always there whenever any challenge came up. The tents were comfortable, and even with the cold nights, we could request hot water for warmth during the night, a small gesture that made a huge difference.
The entire team’s support was beyond expectations. Whenever someone felt tired, they would offer to help with carrying daypacks and encourage us with warm smiles and kind words, making the climb feel possible even on the toughest days.
What stood out the most was the teamwork within Mboni. They truly care about each climber’s experience and safety, and their energy and commitment made the journey smooth and unforgettable. If you want to experience Kilimanjaro with a professional, supportive, and heartwarming team, I highly recommend Mboni Adventures. They made my dream come true.

Excellent, took care of everything, superb attitude, well planned course
this agency (we were with Hadar as contact person) is remarkable. all was well planned, course, hotels, food on the way, special attractions.
we reached Hadar via recommendation in internet (travel websites) and all said became true and surprisingly be real.
Hadar brought a remarkable guide that was also driving us from point to point, Noro. very special, pleasant and highly responsive and responsible.
the tour, 8 days, included all Rwanda attractions, was amazing. Hadar also combined non regular things, such as course for cooking in Kigaly (3 hours), markets visit, fishing and more.
Highly recommended!!!

Incredible friendly and experienced
As a couple, we spent three days on a safari from Zanzibar to Arusha, organized by Travel Wise.
Gerry took excellent care of all the bookings and organization beforehand. We stayed in contact at all times, and any queries were answered promptly.
We were picked up from our hotel on time and safely, the flight was well organized, and then Gerry and his driver, Ludovic, picked us up at the airport.
The two were knowledgeable about all the plants and animals, took excellent care of us at all times, and were incredibly friendly.
Ludovic was the best driver we could imagine. He is very experienced, and we were always the first to arrive at the spots and could see elephants and lions right in front of us.
We also saw zebras, giraffes, rhinos, hippos, and much more.
We visited Tarangire National Park on the first day, N'gorongoro Crater on the second day, and Lake Manyara Park on the third day. Each park was incredibly beautiful and different in its own way. The nature alone was fascinating. The selection was truly perfect.
The accommodation was in the camp, which was absolutely beautiful and clean.
The food was catered to our every need, and there was an abundance of delicious food.
The return flight and transfer to the hotel also went smoothly.
We would unreservedly recommend the safari through Travel Wise at any time! Gerry and Ludovic, in particular, were absolutely fantastic, and we would like to expressly praise them again :)

1 day safari - Superb Experience - Thanks to all the Goldfinch team
I booked a one-day safari with Goldfinch Adventures before our trip to Zanzibar, based on the promise of excellent service from start to finish—and they absolutely delivered.
We chose the one-day safari as some members of our group had already experienced a longer tour in the past, so this was the preferred option. That said, if I were to do it again, I would definitely consider a two- or three-day safari instead. There were seven of us in total.
Our journey began with a hotel pickup in Zanzibar, headed to the airport for a flight to Arusha. When we arrived, we were informed of a short delay with the incoming flight from Dar es Salaam—not a big issue. I contacted Kelvin at Goldfinch, and he reassured us that everything would be taken care of. Unfortunately, a little while later, we were told the flight was cancelled.
Kelvin went above and beyond to ensure we didn’t lose the experience. To avoid another early start and a long day, he arranged a later flight and even covered an overnight stay in Arusha—completely free of charge. Not only that, but he personally picked us up from the hotel and gave us a tour of Arusha, which far exceeded our expectations. We were incredibly grateful for this level of care. Truly excellent service.
The next morning, we were collected from our hotel by our safari guide, Sam, and set off for Tarangire National Park. Sam was outstanding—extremely knowledgeable not only about the animals and the park, but also about Tanzanian culture, history, and everyday life. He was a pleasure to talk to, engaging with both adults and kids the entire day without ever losing our interest.
During the safari, we saw zebras, giraffes, elephants, lions, warthogs, antelopes, vultures, and countless smaller birds I couldn’t name. We got very close to many of the animals and captured some amazing photos. One of the highlights was witnessing four female lions preparing and launching an attack on a huge herd of zebra. Although the zebras escaped, it was fascinating to watch the strategy and effort involved.
I’d recommend bringing a good DSLR and a couple of lenses if possible, like we did. That said, my daughter used her iPhone 16, and the photo quality was fantastic thanks to its excellent built-in camera.
If your budget allows, I’d highly recommend opting for the two- or three-day safari, which offers a more relaxed pace and the chance to visit the Ngorongoro Crater, where you’ll likely see even more wildlife. I’ll definitely be back to experience that.
Overall, I cannot recommend Goldfinch Adventures enough. The service and communication were top-notch from beginning to end. Kelvin was an outstanding host who couldn’t do enough for us, and Sam was an exceptional guide. Huge thanks to both of them!
