We had a great experience with Hooves!
As we planned the trip, Dickson was very supportive and quick to respond to our inquiries. He also went out of his way to meet us at the start and end of the safari.
Abel, our guide, was kind and reliable. He was a great driver and knew the roads well. We were confident we were in good hands throughout the trip.
The guesthouses that Hooves booked for us were lovely - the staff were very welcoming and the views were unbeatable. We particularly loved the Chimpanzee Forest Guest House.
All in all, we had an amazing trip. Uganda is a beautiful and welcoming country, and gorilla trekking was an experience we’ll never forget. We hope to return and take another trip with Hooves some day!

Experience couldn’t be better in our first Safari
We’ve done first and last game drive with Moloko and we’ve been SUPER lucky. We had the chance to see many animals… of course not all the big five, but we’re definitely trying again soon. Moloko’s passionate, positive and very educational. Thank you very much!!!!

An amazing, unforgettable experience. We saw lions, elephants, rhinos, giraffes — all incredibly close, in their natural habitat. The guides were professional and respectful of the animals. Breathtaking views, peaceful sunsets, and a real connection with nature. Highly recommended!

Unforgettable 10-Day family safari & Zanzibar beach experience
From the moment we landed to the very last sunset in Zanzibar, this 10-day journey was nothing short of magical. Traveling as a family is always special but this experience went above and beyond anything we could have imagined.
From the moment we began planning, Haika was incredibly responsive, attentive to every detail and made sure our itinerary was perfectly tailored to suit our family’s needs. Each destination offered something unique, from the massive elephant herds in Tarangire to the stunning wildlife concentration in Ngorongoro and the endless plains and big cat sightings in the Serengeti. The lodges and camps were well-chosen, offering comfort without compromising the immersive feel of being in the wild. And after the adventure, unwinding on Zanzibar’s white-sand beaches was the perfect ending. Everything ran smoothly and we felt safe, cared for and amazed at every step. The wonders seen through the eyes of the Great Migration
Seeing the great migration to Ndutu from the front was one of the best moments of my life. When thousands of wildebeest and zebras were running together, the sound and the dust - it was a wonderful experience. Aglow Safaris planned our entire journey with so much care that there were no hassles anywhere. The guide has always taken us to the right place, at the right time, when the most stunning views are possible. The elephant groups of Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire have made this experience more fulfilling. This journey will remain etched in my heart.

Everything I had hoped for!
We had an amazing time on our safari that we booked with Makini! From start to finish there was great contact with Makini, they answered all our questions and gave a lot of information. The day before the safari started, an employee from Makini came to our hotel for a short briefing. We felt very prepared and informed. The safari itself was truly amazing. Our driver, Abu, really knew the parks and took us to the best places for animal sightings. He also knew so much information about the animals. The campsites were well arranged. We had a private chef who made our breakfast, lunch and dinners throughout the safari. Alltogether an amazing experience, strongly recommend!
