Unforgettable adventure in East Africa
We did the 8 Days Wonders of Kenya and Tanzania tour in June. This was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life and I would highly recommend Spirit of Kenya when booking a safari adventure. Victor designed our trip and went above and beyond to make sure every single detail was perfect. He couldn't have done more for us and answered every email promptly, ensuring we were 100% pleased with our itinerary and even guided us through our visa process and any travel queries we had. He is so knowledgeable and helped us with every aspect of the trip. From the moment we arrived in Kenya, we were looked after by our wonderful guides - Kennedy in Kenya and Habibu in Tanzania. Both drivers/guides were superb. They were excellent drivers - very important in the often difficult driving conditions in the bush! They were extremely knowledgeable and ensured that we got the best sightings. They were also warm and friendly and we really enjoyed their company.
Regarding accommodation, we went with the 'Standard' offerings, which were perfect - think glamping! A particular mention to Olengoti Camp in the Masai Mara - this was our favourite!
All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend Spirit of Kenya to anyone planning a safari in East Africa. Superb experience from start to finish. Already planning our next adventure with them!
Asante Sana :)

Unforgettable Safari and Generous Hospitality
My wife and I are very appreciative of Savannah Explorers for the great safari they organized for us. The accommodations were stunning and the service was flawless. In particular, we want to thank our guide,
Ibra! He was always in a good mood and a fund of knowledge about Tanzania, the wildlife, the history, and the geography of the places we visited. He was constantly looking after us, and his attentiveness made our safari experience that much better.

Amazing Gorilla and Golden Monkey Trek
Peak Cruise Safaris was great to work with in planning our gorilla and golden monkey treks. Jennifer was very responsive from the beginning inquiries and throughout the booking and planning process. Our guide, Godfrey, was exceptional, and I highly recommend his services. We did the gorilla trek in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in Uganda and then returned to Volcanoes National Park in Rwanda for the Golden Monkey trek. The golden monkeys were nice to see, but after the gorilla trek they felt a little less impressive.

I strongly recommed them
The safari exceeded our expectations. Both Issa and our guide took care of us the whole time. We only had a few minor issues that Issa helped us to resolve.
I would suggest some better maintenance on the vehicle, and maybe more explanations about the places we visited.
If we returned to Tanzania, I would not hesitate to hice them again

Amazing Adventure with Mandela of Safari Soles
Our tour with Safari Soles was an amazing adventure. Spending six full days on safari with our guide, Mandela, was a dream. We got more than our fill of animals migrating, stalking, hanging out, eating, etc. We didn’t just see the wildlife, many times we were there when something interesting was happening … a lion eating with anxious hyenas probing and circling for their turn was one of our favorites. Mandela would stop the jeep whenever he/we spotted our favorite animals, no matter how small (like mongoose) or how crazy-looking (like wildebeests). The list of animals and beautiful birds that we were among is too long to mention, but we saw everything we wanted to and learned about many creatures we hadn’t counted on seeing, but were living naturally right in front of us.
Mandela was our expert. He knew the right places to find the animals and birds we wanted to see, and so often we got to see them very close. We immediately felt his expertise with great background information to understand what we were seeing and interesting facts about the wildlife and the area. Not only did we feel at ease, but we felt like family. I think Mandela was enjoying the rhythms and spectacle of nature as much as we were, and we felt it. He navigated and drove superbly. Every morning when we started, the jeep would be immaculately clean and would be provided with drinks, cushions, and binoculars for us.
Safari Soles chose the most beautiful and homey lodgings, and we enjoyed them all. The buffet dinners and breakfasts were expansive at each place, and we loved tasting the different, wonderful African cuisines. We had several lunches at designated picnic areas in the park, and Mandela would pull out the tablecloth, silverware and plates for our delicious meals together.
The Serengeti itself along with Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park were truly breathtaking, and I thank Mandela and Safari Soles for offering us such an extraordinary adventure with an equally extraordinary guide!

What a trip, beyond any expectations
Cuan was recommended by a colleague of mine. From the first point of contact, he was very responsive and attentive to our needs and budget. He absolutely nailed it by creating a purpose built itinerary for our family of 4 with 10 days in Namibia with a private guide/car and 4 days in a private game reserve in South Africa. The camps/lodges chosen by Cuan were in amazing locations with limited number of guests, meaning we avoided the crowds of tourists despite being in peak season!
In Namibia, every day had so many highlights from the Namib desert to Swakopmund, Damaraland, Etosha and Okonjima. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an awesome adventure between desert, safari and cultural experience. Way beyond our expectations. Our guide/driver Gottfried “Chicco” Ekandjo was absolutely awesome and a perfect match for our family. After spending 10 days with Chicco, it was very sad to say goodbye at the airport.
We finished the trip by spending 3 nights at the Bateleur Safari Camp in the Timbivati. Again, an amazing camp. We went for 6 game drives and could not have finished the trip in a better way. So many lasting memories.
Thank you Cuan for collating the perfect trip for us - it was a 10/10 from everyone and nothing to fault. We would 100% recommend Cuan/African Ubuntu Safaris to anyone wanting to travel to Africa. We will definitely reach out again when we decide on our next African adventure!

BEST VACATION ever
We had the absolute trip of a lifetime with Brillant Safaris! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, thoughtful, and stress-free. Our travel advisors, Julieth and Lightness, were incredible—so clear, responsive, and patient with all of our questions. They helped us plan the perfect itinerary and made every adjustment we requested with care and ease. We were an adult party of 3- 2 adults in our early 40s and our 21 year old daughter. All of the details were perfect for us all.
Each lodge we stayed at was beautiful, but Gran Meliá Arusha stood out as our favorite—an amazing way to kick off and end the trip. And our guide, Bony, made the entire experience unforgettable. He was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best time. Thanks to him, we got up close with every animal we hoped to see, including breathtaking moments in the Serengeti and a meaningful visit to a Masai tribe. The driving was exceptional; we never felt unsafe and we had so much fun!
One of the most memorable parts was on our final day—Bony helped us buy rice and beans, and we stopped by a local school on the way to the airport to donate food and connect with the students. It was a beautiful and humbling experience that added so much meaning to the trip.
What truly blew us away is that Bony has even checked in on us and our family since we returned home—just to make sure we’re doing well. That kind of care is so rare and speaks volumes about the heart behind this company. Additionally, my mom was admitted to the hospital in the US while were were on our safari and Bony was so kind, offering us to connect to his wifi to ensure that my phone worked. He has checked on her multiple times, which means so much to me.
We wouldn’t change a thing. If you’ve never been on safari before—this is the way to do it. Brillant Safaris goes above and beyond and you should definitely request Bony a your guide. Truly a must-see adventure!
