Well-prepared
We had a short trip, but it was fully packed we saw the Tarangire and Ngorongoro National Park. We saw a lot of wild life. It was really beautiful! Our safari guide was super prepared, he answered all of our questions and told us everything we needed to know about the parks, the wildlife etc.

An incredible adventure that far exceeded all expectations.
Our family of four (kids 11 and 9) opted for a nine-day tour of Botswana/Zimbabwe, starting in Maun and ending at Victoria falls, including four unforgettable nights camping. From the outset, communication with Anna was prompt, informative, and reassuring, giving us the confidence to travel as a young family to such a remote and wild location.
The camping, although a little daunting, was immersive and truly memorable. We’ll never forget falling asleep and waking during the night to the sounds of the wild.
Our crew were outstanding. Name was a master at preparing delicious meals over the campfire. DT and Buka always had the camp perfectly set up for our arrival, complete with a warm fire waiting. But a special mention must go to our guide, Chief. His deep respect, knowledge, and love for the wildlife were evident in everything he did. He constantly went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible.
The mokoro ride was surreal – at one point we had to hop out and navigate around a stubborn elephant feeding in the middle of the river! The boat cruises on the Delta, Chobe, Zambezi rivers were equally stunning. And finishing at the mighty Victoria Falls was the perfect finale.
Over the course of our tour, we saw over forty different animal species. Highlights included leopards (including a cub), lions, hyenas nursing their pups, painted dogs with eight pups, warthogs, hippos, crocs, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and of course, the ever-majestic elephants.

High Levels of Integrity and great communication
Gorilla trekking is the highlight of any trip to Uganda but requires significant preparatory working especially in securing the right permits on the right day.
Edison excelled at this letting us know about availability and cost and talking us through the application process. The permits are payable in advance in full and it take confidence to send the funds to someone you have never met but Edison's reputation and integrity made this a smooth process. On the morning of the trek, Amanya picked us up from out =r lodge and organised the admin and which group we'd be trekking. Be aware they don't come on the trek with you as it's limited to 8 people per group

Every portion of this trip was seamless. From the pick up at the airport to the airport drop-off there were no hiccups and excellent service and value. Each safari guide was knowledgeable and their unique personality made for an different experience each day. The lodging was all first class, with excellent food, superior service and tremendous hospitality. We were part of a church mission trip and all aspects of our trip were superb.

Exceptional Personalized concierge service.
It was truly white glove service!!! Our driver Obie is very nice and professional. We had challenges with our flights and arrived at JRO at 5am after traveling almost 48 hours. He welcomed us with a big goofy smile and was happy we arrived safely. Throughout our stay he remained committed and always on-time for our daily trips, showing us the great sites and majestic animals on the Serengeti. There was no language barrier and the Lodges/Fancy Tents were clean, warm and inviting. I plan to revisit and will use Benson Tours in the future.

Great….Awesome…
Obie, Obie Obie :) and Zab went out of their way to make the group happy. They were both knowledgeable about the Tanzanian culture and they knew exactly where some of the animals hang out.

Beyond thoughtful and attentive -- would book again and again!
We just got back from the honeymoon of our dreams!! Of course Tanzania is beautiful and the wildlife is awe inspiring, but it was truly the staff that made this trip top notch. Elius helped us from the start with booking and planning the perfect package. He kept in touch and answered our questions at all hours (I know this man is working crazy hours helping people across the world!!) all while being so thoughtful, thorough, and polite. Jessica greeted us in Arusha, bringing us gifts from Sassabi to make our trip even better. And our driver in Arusha, Frank, was very knowledgeable about the city and easy to talk to and joke with.
Then we were off to the Serengeti! Elius set us up with a flight there so that we could pack more safari time into our short trip — highly recommend that!!
Our wonderful driver Khalid picked us up from the airport in Seronera and was with us for the remainder of the trip. Khalid was kind and funny, the perfect guide for us. At times his difficulties with English made it hard to ask questions, but we all took it in stride and made the best of it. Khalid was a good driver and made sure we saw all the animals we were looking for. He always stopped at the best spots and gave us plenty of time to take pictures. The truck was comfortable, there were some potato chips and water on board, and lunches were always delicious.
Sassabi ensured that we were well informed of our itinerary so there were no unwanted surprises. They set us up in beautiful lodges and fantastic excursions. Some standouts for us were Acacia Serengeti Bliss tented Lodge and Serengeti Balloon Safaris hot air balloon.
Overall, this was the trip of a lifetime. If you’re unsure if it’s worth it or not sure who to book with — THIS is your sign!!! Book the trip!! Make the memories!!! You will not regret it.

Wonderful safari
Great experince touring Serengeti and Ngorangora with Safari Soles. We saw an amazing range of wildlife in a few days, including the Mara river crossing of wilderbeasts, lion cubs, cheetah, cervile cats, elephants, a (distant) rhino, giraffes, and many antilopes. The scenery was beautiful, esp. the sunrise rides.

Amazing!
We did the 6 day tour with 3 parks: Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli. It was a lot of driving, but it was worth it. We got to see the Big 9, even lions mating, cheetahs hunting and eating. It was the most amazing safari I could have imagined. Joseph, our guide made sure we saw everything possible. It's is a once in a lifetime opportunity, and quality for your money was un believable. The lodging was also nice, with the hotel in the middle to provide a nice rest. I would 100% recommend it to everyone.
