Since first contact until last day of my our I has a good attention and supoort.
The unique "problem" was the pickup at O.R. Tambo Airport that delayed a little more that expectative and we stayed wating without know whats happening. After the van arrived all the things stayed ok.

It was amazing! We saw every animal imaginable, and our tour guide Izaya was incredibly helpful! If we had any question he knew exactly how to answer then! We did a 1 week safari trip and it was incredible would definitely recommend

Our experience with Travel Africa Safari Agency was incredibly successful! Despite political tensions and internet outages the company was able to connect with us and provide daily check-in and schedule updates to both our families back home and us! Our tour operator Godfrey and transfer driver Ali were both extremely professional and caring while we were in their car, and kept us feeling safe during uncertain times! They expertly navigated the roads to provide the best safari experience! Godfrey was incredibly knowledgeable of the animals in the national parks and had an answer for any question that came his way! He made to sure to find a variety of animals and get close for an exceptional viewing experience! We chose a budget safari and all accommodations and meals supplied were to our satisfaction! Everyone working at the lodges were very kind and professional! I would recommend this tour agency to anyone looking to book a safari in Tanzania!

MoAfrika tour was an amazing and unforgettable experience.
We had a fantastic time during our MoAfrika tour. The guides and drivers were very knowledgeable and professional. We were able to see four out of the big 5 and also got the chance to pet a beautiful cheetah named Dumas. The scenic panorama tour was beautiful. Overall an amazing and unforgettable experience.

Our safari in Tanzania was an amazing experience. Almachius promptly responded to my questions and adapted the mid-range, private safari according to our requests. Our accommodations were well-located, comfortable and each one included a private bathroom. Our guide, Nuru, was knowledgeable and had eagle eyes. We saw more animals than we had even hoped to see. We appreciated the pick up from the airport and tour of Arusha, as well as the drop off the evening before our flight. We felt safe and well-cared for.

Reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy
We have had a fantastic time on our 5 days safari and everything has exceeded our expectations! Our safari guide, Eli, was extremely knowledgeable and did everything to make sure we have the best experience and we see all the animals we wanted.
Mary, our coordinator, was also super helpful, replied very quickly and amended the schedule to our needs. We also did a waterfall and hot springs excursion before our safari and the team at Kilimanjaro, was able to organize that beautifully as well.

First class and totally professional going above and beyond expectations
Our second safari. This time a 1 night fly in/out from Zanzibar to Tarangire and Ngorongoro. Sereland Safaris from initial contact showed themselves to be fantastic and professional. Mike answered all questions we had quickly and the entire trip was seamless and perfectly organised. Mr Rama our guide couldn’t have been any better - knowledgeable, funny and looked after us as if we were family. We are already planning a longer return and will be using Sereland again.
