Everything about the tour ran like clockwork. From the moment Aloyse picked us up to our journey through the parks to the drop offs at our lodgings. It was all smooth from start to finish.
Aloyse was an impeccable guide who used his 16 years of experience to give us unforgettable memories, from lions eating an elephant to a leopard up a tree with a kill to fighting hippos, baby elephants feeding, a den of baby lion cubs and even managing to get us a fairly good view of the great wildebeest crossing of the Mara river despite being surrounded by 100 other trucks. It was honestly like Aloyse had arranged for the animals to come out for us.
It’s a tough job being a guide. Nature doesn’t work on a schedule and the Serengeti park is clearly admitting far too many trucks at once which impacts your experience there. It’s a bit of a free for all and you can see the behavior of some tour companies impacts the animals regular behavior.
But Aloyse made the whole thing look easy. He was kind, thoughtful, fun to be around and most importantly to us he was respectful of the animals, giving them their space (it seems that a lot of other companies don’t do this and just drive up to the animals) but still ensured we had unbelievable moments with them.
If we ever come to do another safari trip, which I hope we will, I’d definitely make sure he was my guide.

Incredible safari experience, accommodation could be better
Highlights:
1. The safari experience: Exceeded expectations. Every day for seven days was action-packed and an amazing adventure by itself. Watching the animals in their natural habitat is unforgettable experience.
2. Safari guide and driver Francis: Perfect timing, flawless execution, top guy.
3. Food: I enjoyed the food more than I would admit. The food throughout the tour hit the right notes for me.
Lowlights:
1. Me and my partner were checked in to an overbooked camp and had to endure one night in a single bedroom without electricity and hot shower. In my opinion, the arrangement could be done better between the tour operator and the accommodation.

After the initial booking, all we needed to do was pack and show up; everything was taken care of for us from point A to point Zed.
Our local tour guide, Emmy, was an expert in hospitality and was on top of every aspect, handling our trip with compassion, humor, patience and history (of himself as well as Rwanda). He is an ambassador for his country, company and profession.
Trekking to visit the mountain gorillas was arduous and tricky, but worth every slippery step. I was so humbled in their presence. Emmy assisted in arranging exactly what we were looking for, again, exceeding expectations.

Our 2 day safari experience was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The entire booking process was so easy and smooth, with every detail handled efficiently and professionally. Everything was fully tailored to meet our needs and every request we made was met without any issues at all. From the moment we first enquired, it was clear that we were in good hands. Communication was excellent throughout – Avitus was always available on WhatsApp to answer all of our questions and provide updates, no matter the time of day. His quick responses, friendly approach and thorough explanations made the whole process completely stress free and straightforward. We felt fully supported at every stage, and by the time the trip arrived we were confident that everything had been arranged perfectly.
The safari itself exceeded all expectations. We had Shabanially as our guide and he was absolutely brilliant. So friendly, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. He was always attentive, making sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. His passion for wildlife truly showed – he constantly kept an eye out for animals, made sure we got the best views by perfectly positioning the vehicle and even took amazing photos of us to capture the experience.
Shabanially ensured we arrived safely at our lodge and was always prompt in picking us up each morning. He went above and beyond in every way and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide.
We honestly can’t express how seamless, enjoyable and memorable our safari was. We would highly recommend this experience to anyone – it was truly a trip of a lifetime!

Really a wonderful Safari
We did a safari with Mavone in august and it was really great! The guide Shadrack was very smart and told us a lot of interesting things about all the animals. He was also always on time and very polite! We saw a lot of animals and also a beautiful Leopard and two lions!

The Greatest safari tour
We went on two fantastic safaris with Shadrack. The first was at sunset, where we got our first glimpse of the savannah. The second left at dawn and we spent the entire day hunting for the most beautiful animals. Shadrack was an excellent guide! Punctual, helpful, a great driver, and a keen observer. He always gave us the best vantage points for beautiful photos. He knows his stuff well and told us lots of interesting facts about everything we saw (his English is perfect). I highly recommend him for his skill!

Exceptional safari with passionate guides and percect service
We are a group of four people from Italy — two couples.
From the very beginning, the service was outstanding. Upon arrival and departure, we received thoughtful gifts, which we truly appreciated.
Thanks to our driver Malaki deep knowledge of the land and animal behavior, we were able to spot nearly all the wildlife — even rhinos! Malaki always knew the right spots and showed great intuition throughout the drives. He was also always punctual, respectful, and very professional, contributing hugely to the success of the trip.
Our guide, Abdul, who speaks Italian very well, was incredibly well-informed about the savannah’s fauna. His deep passion for this job was clear in every explanation and interaction. His enthusiasm made every moment more engaging and educational.
We shared breakfast, lunch and dinner with both of them every day, making the experience even more personal and enjoyable.
The safari we arranged before arrival included a variety of accommodations, giving us the chance to experience both luxury lodges and more authentic tented camps — a perfect balance of comfort and adventure.
A special mention goes to Stephen the head of the agency, who contacted us every evening via WhatsApp to check in and make sure everything was going well and that we were happy with the day.
