Exceeded all expectations!!!!
Where do I start?… communication from Munashe in the office organising our trip from the uk via email & WhatsApp. I must admit I was nervous as we didn’t use a uk based big company that were charging the earth! We are a ‘normal’ family of 2 adults and kids ages 18,16,13 & 11. I wrote to Fuhara asking for an adventure where we could do lots of activities but have a bit of luxury on the way. They hit the nail on the head!
We did an extreme amount of travelling covering a glimpse of Zambia, Zimbabwe and Botswana however, this was a once on a life time trip so we certainly didn’t want to miss out on a thing.
The trip was flawless from start to finish. We were met at the airport by our guide Delight who instantly put us at ease, was so informative relaxed & professional. He stayed with us for the whole trip without us barely even knowing he was there. We felt very safe and comfortable the whole time. He added us to his WhatsApp so if we had any questions day or night he was there to assist.
Even though we had a full itinerary every day was a surprise. Waterfalls, swimming, animals, road trips, actually seeing Africa, camping, canoeing, boating… you name it and they had it covered! Our hotels were not top class luxury (we were on a budget) however were all spotless white sheets, great food and fabulous friendly staff and my request for a swimming pool at each stop was covered!
We arrived at the very end of July for a 9 day trip. We have been home a week now and are still reliving it through our photos every day.

We just returned from an unforgettable 7-day trip covering Masai Mara – Lake Naivasha – Amboseli, organized by Chesi and guided throughout by Geff.
What we had in our minds since childhood about the Big Five — the same wildlife we grew up watching on Nat Geo — came to life last week. We saw exactly what we had always imagined, and even more. Geff was absolutely amazing — not only a skilled and careful driver but also a knowledgeable guide who explained everything in detail, making every moment special.
One of the highlights was witnessing the great migration at the Mara River from an incredibly close distance after waiting patiently for hours — an experience that only a few are lucky to have. We were among those fortunate ones!
The itinerary Chesi prepared was perfect, and even though she wasn’t physically with us, she stayed connected every step of the way via phone and WhatsApp, always checking in to ensure we were comfortable and happy.
A truly special moment came on 5th August, my wife’s birthday. In the remote village of Masai Mara, Chesi, Geff, and the team surprised her with a beautiful cake, a bottle of wine, and a traditional singing and dancing celebration by the camp staff. It was heartwarming and unforgettable.
This was truly an amazing trip — one that we will cherish for a lifetime. I would highly recommend JUNGLEROAM Safari to anyone looking to explore Kenya. You will not only see a different world but also experience the warmth and care of people who love what they do.

Best experience within a budget
I was initially sceptical about the safari booking online as I didn't have direct reference (though some good reviews on the net). Completed 4 days Masai Mara+Nakuru safari. It exceeded my expectation. Definitely 5* for Maureen (sales) who responded to all my queries and a double 5* to John our tour guide cum driver who made our trip memorable. He ensured we saw the Big 5 and never missed single attempt to spend time for the right place in Mara. Thanks Jocky tours and would definitely recommend. I took a budget package. The Sankale camp was budget camp but will clean tent and toilet. Food was basic but budget was our choice. If you are with family, recomend to go with mid budget accomodation though there is nothing wrong in the budget.

Great experience
We just returned from an unforgettable safari, and we can't thank our incredible team enough for making it such a perfect experience.
Our guide, Mtinangi, was simply outstanding. He expertly navigated the vast landscape, always bringing us safely to the most spectacular animal sightings. His deep knowledge of the bush was evident every single day, and he explained everything—from animal behavior to the local ecosystem—with passion and great detail. More than that, he took great care of us, making sure we were comfortable and looked after throughout our journey.
We must also praise our cook, Yusuf. Every meal was a highlight of our day. He consistently prepared a wide variety of delicious and generous dishes, always surprising us with something special. He was also incredibly accommodating and happy to cater to our specific requests. The food was consistently top-notch.
Together, Mtinangi and Yusuf are an amazing team. Their expertise, care, and dedication made our safari truly exceptional, and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Adventure and customer care!
I just completed a wonderful experience with Lulu Safaris. I did a 4 day trip starting from Kigali to Volcanos National Park to see Golden Monkeys, then to Bwindi in Uganda to trek Gorillas and then the last night and morning at Lake Bunyonyi. Most of my trip was with tour guide Smith who is gregarious and caring. He makes very clear that he is there to make my trip the best it can be and a once in a lifetime experience. He is an outstanding driver (on both the left and right sides of the road!) and can share both lots of facts and stories about the two countries and their wildlife and his own journey. My time with him was most excellent. I also was able to spend a short time at the beginning of my trip with tour guide Eden who is so kind and gentle and incredibly considerate to make sure he provided excellent service. Wonderful
All transportations, including hotel pick-up and flight to Selous were perfect. All were nice and helpful. The Safari was incredibly emotional, with close sightings of all savana animas, including lions and hyenas! The guide was excellent in finding the best spots. Expect a lot of dust and bumpy roads, but these are part of the Safari experience. Also, be patient for the flight back, as 1-2 hours delays happen. Five stars.

Great experience that covers lots of highlights.
I went with Gatsio to Murchison National Park. I appreciated how they were able to cover 4 big experiences: Ziwa rhinos, hike to the falls, morning game drive, and the boat on the nile, so I didn't feel like I missed out on anything even during a short trip. Our guide Peter was lovely and very knowledgeable. The safari car was spacious and the roof could open to see animals. Our guide made sure we hit as many of the Big 5 as possible.
