Amazing service from start to finish
From the first contact onwards, we felt that we were in good hands. Telly was extremely professional and tailored our program exactly as we wanted it to be. All questions were answered thoroughly and within a few hours, adjustments to the program were done with the greatest kindness. We think that telly went more than the extra mile to create a wonderful experience for us.
The tour itself was a 6 day Kilimandscharo hike for 2. We had the best guide possible (Babaluu), who motivated us in moments of despair and entertained us on the long hikes. Without him, we wouldn't have made it. Also the team, porters and cooks, made sure the hike was as convenient as possible. It was hard and strenuous, but with the team and organisation, we always felt safe. Telly even asked us during the tour how we were doing and wished us the best of luck for the summit. These little things showed us, that the company really cared for its customers.
By the way, the value for money was outstanding. We are looking forward to the safari and the zanzibar trip we booked with Telly.

I couldn't be happier with the experience we received from Simian Safaris and I would recommend using them. Simian were able to offer us exactly the dates I required with exactly the right kind of tour of Kenya. The organised all the travel, including the taxis, which went very smoothly - we were picked up exactly as planned. They recommended an excellent hotel in Nairobi and arranged for our luggage to be brought there after the safari and they safely stored it during. They even went back to the hotel for us to collect something we had forgotten.
Simian offered helpful tips on what to bring and wear etc. The tour van (LandCruiser) was great, as was the guide/driver.
