If you are looking to book a safari look no further than Serengeti clarity. From beginning to end the service has been amazing starting with Frank and his team's superb customer service. His team are also exceptional and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived as we spent the 12 day luxury safari as our honeymoon so a very special time.
Abdul has been our tour guide during our safari trip and can’t say enough great things about him. His knowledge of the animals and local life is outstanding, his driving was safe and cautious and he did not rest until we managed to see everything we wanted to during our trip. After realising how other guides and companies worked we quickly realised we had found a complete gem in Abdul. He is friendly, considerate, kind and always up for a laugh too. His guide skills are also superb, he is like a human GPS and knows his way around all the parks (which is no easy task as all paths look the same), he also went down some hidden paths which were completely private and allowed us to view certain animals in peace without other cars around. All in all a fantastic trip and could not recommend Abdul enough, if you want your time to be unforgettable make sure to have him as your guide.

A Truly Outstanding Safari Experience, Thanks to Joy, Francis, and Jackson!
One week ago I booked a weekend intensive safari with ETA Adventures, and I am absolutely blown away by the incredible service from start to finish. From the initial planning with Joy to the amazing on-the-ground team, every step of the journey was perfect.
My trip was booked at the last minute due to my work schedule. I was sending sporadic messages to Joy with thousands of ideas but no proper itinerary. Joy was an absolute star—so patient and understanding. She took the time to figure out what was possible, amended the costing and itinerary countless times, and even called me out of hours to help. Thanks to her persistence, I finally found time in my schedule, and she booked me into the specific lodge I wanted for a weekend in the Masai Mara, complete with a hot air balloon ride and all transportation. She truly made the impossible possible.
My experience on the ground was just as exceptional. My guide, Francis, and driver, Jackson, met me on Saturday morning. We had agreed on a 3 a.m. pick-up, but they were already there waiting for me at 2:20 a.m., making me feel instantly at ease and well looked after. Their professionalism and care were remarkable. They had a blanket ready in case I was cold, would stop for coffee whenever I wanted, and were constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable. Nothing was impossible for them.
The safari drives were incredible. Francis, a local Maasai, was the best guide I could have asked for. He shared amazing stories about the animals and the area and became a good friend. Jackson was an expert driver, skillfully taking us off the beaten track to ensure I always had the best and closest views of the animals, all while prioritising safety. Francis handled every detail, from arranging my packed lunch with the hotel to coordinating the hot air balloon. Francis was even contactable the night before and throughout the weekend, even after hours, for any questions I had. They were available for as long as I needed them and for the entire journey back to Nairobi. Joy was also ensuring at all times that everything was going according to the plan and that I was content with my trip and well looked after by Francis and Jackson.
I can't recommend ETA Adventures enough!! Their team is truly outstanding, and I know I will be back. I cannot wait to plan my next trip and bring my family.

Wonderful Safari in Tanzania
Incredible trip: 4 days in Zanzibar followed by 7 days of safari! Memorable and wonderful memories. Excellent organization: driver, hotel, animals, all were there! Our drivers Dismas and Innocent were incredibly kind, knowledgeable about the fauna and flora, organized and resourceful in case of a flat tire! Very well organized trip, next time we will organize to see the great migration of the Serengeti. Francis and Jesca very attentive at the office and in Arusha! A wonderful trip to a wonderful country with extraordinary people! Many thanks!

Let me start by stating that my wife and I have traveled to many places including Africa, this being our second trip to the Continent. And yes, we have been on safari before. Yet nothing we have experienced prepared us for the excellent service of Lion Safari. They took care of everything, permits, pick up drop off, we had nothing to think about except seeing animals. They did all of this with NO hidden fees, everything was up front and exactly as they presented it to us. Our guide, Emile has vast knowledge of the animals at Akagera park. He also provided information on local culture, agriculture, bee keeping etc. On previous safari(in another country) the guide was also quite knowledgeable, however he let us know how much education he had and gave us such n elevated explanation of everything that it was somewhat intimating. Emile answered all of our questions in an unassuming manner, really felt like I was talking to my best friend. He would stop often to give us a briefing as to what the plan was, where we were going and why. Emile created a fun comfortable environment, we truly enjoyed his company. Emile understood when and where the animals would move, furthermore he made alliances with the other tour operators so that if we wanted to see a particular animal he would network with them, to find out where the animals where that we wanted to see. Yes we saw the “Big Five”. Later we booked with Lion Safaris to see the golden monkeys, needless to say it was just as amazing.
We are only giving five stars because they will not let us have any more.
