Wayfairer provides excellent service and value for money
Dealing with the folk at Wayfairer was a very enjoyable and experience. This was my first safari and, although I had done some research, I found that their expert advice was invaluable. Ettienne put together an excellent itinerary and Prada as concierge stayed in close touch to make sure that everything worked. I was particularly pleased with the way that they made sure that the parts of our trip to Africa that I organised dovetailed seamlessly with the safari and trip to Victoria Falls that they organised. They also used an excellent ground crew in Botswana and Zimbabwe who made sure that everything went to plan especially at airports and at the border. It was all good - the people, the service, value for money - and I would recommend them. I should also add that I checked out 4 or 5 other travel agencies before choosing Wayfairer.
