A Once-in-a-Lifetime Safari Experience
5/5

Our safari with Serengeti Savanna Adventures was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Our guide, Mr. Levis was wonderful: attentive and incredibly knowledgeable. We saw an amazing variety of animals, almost everything you could hope for: from witnessing a lion capturing a zebra to a jaguar feasting on a wild boar in a tree, every moment was thrilling. One of my dreams also came true: seeing a cheetah in its natural habitat.

On our way back to our camp site, we encountered a peaceful herd of elephants, calmly walking and grazing, entirely by ourselves. We had a similarly incredible experience with a zebra herd as well.

The organization of the trip was impeccable. Serengeti Savanna Adventures provided thorough, punctual, and regular updates, making the whole experience smooth and worry-free. I would highly recommend them.

Our accommodation at Friends Camp was fantastic. Falling asleep to the sounds of wildlife right outside our tent was unforgettable.

The trip was amazing, and thanks to Lucy from Mara Triangle for organising it in this way.

I have to say Jeff, our guide, is the best. He accommodated all our needs and timings.

All the accommodations provided were exceptional. Overall I will highly recommend Mara Triangle and Jeff as a guide to my friends.

Thanks for an unforgettable trip.

An Unforgettable African Adventure!
5/5

I had an absolutely incredible time on this African tour! The wildlife sightings were spectacular. We were thrilled to see four of the "Big Five" – the lion, elephant, rhino, and buffalo. While the elusive leopard didn't make an appearance, the sheer number of other animals we saw was breathtaking.
What surprised me was how moved I was by the grand scale of nature itself. The stunning landscapes are just as impressive as the animals.
On a practical note, the tour was perfectly managed. I felt completely at ease knowing that there were well-timed breaks for a delicious lunch, clean restrooms, and even a chance to browse for souvenirs. It was a comfortable and worry-free experience from start to finish. I can't recommend this tour enough!

Knowledgeable and Helpful!
5/5

Shadrach is a very knowledgeable guide and knows so much about the animals and Kruger park! He’s been doing this for over a decade and it shows! He helped answer questions about the animals, and even answered questions about the languages, and overall culture of South Africa! Was in great hands and totally recommend. :)

Amazing services ! HAKUNA MATATA
5/5

An absolutely unforgettable experience! From the first day at the Arusha waterfall and the visit to the cozy coffee shop, we felt immersed in the warm atmosphere of Tanzania. The two days in the Serengeti were like a dream come true—lions, elephants, giraffes… all in their natural habitat, just a few meters away! The Ngorongoro Crater, with its breathtaking views and incredible wildlife, was the cherry on top. Huge thanks to the whole team for their professionalism and great spirit!

Great start to our safari, disappointing final day
3/5

My wife and I organized a 6-day safari from Nairobi to Mombasa with Aanika Karibu Safaris in July. 5 out of the 6 days were great, no complaints at all. We were able to see a lot of wildlife each day (no rhinos or leopards, but that’s fine).
Unfortunately there was a breakdown in communication regarding the final day. Initially, the company was supposed to organize train tickets for us from Voi to Mombasa, but this didn’t happen, and we weren’t told why. A different driver was then assigned to us to take us to Mombasa, but this was a complete disaster. Firstly, he was not a confident driver, and he drove at snail’s pace, meaning we arrived into the city hours later than what we were told. When we got to the outskirts of Mombasa, he didn’t know where he was going, and we had to try and navigate him through the chaotic streets with the use of Google Maps, which was very stressful. To make matters worse, we were stopped by police. The driver told us it was because he saw us foreigners in the car, and wanted some money. However, I don’t think this was true because the police asked for his driver’s license and eventually took him away somewhere. The police never asked us directly for money. After about 10 minutes, the driver returned and we were able to finally arrive at our destination. It was a really frustrating and stressful end to our safari.
Aanika Karibu should have communicated with us as to why they weren’t able to obtain the train tickets, and they should have been more responsible for our wellbeing on the final day.
Aanika Karibu, if you’re reading this, please work on your communication skills and make sure your customers get to their final destination safely. You are still responsible for them up until the final day.
