Excellent transport service from Kruger National Park to Johannesburg! The driver was professional, punctual, and very friendly throughout the journey. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the long drive pleasant and relaxing.
The pickup was right on time and the route was efficient. I felt safe and well taken care of during the entire trip. The driver was knowledgeable about the area and even shared some interesting information about the landscapes we passed through.
I would definitely recommend this transport service to anyone needing reliable transportation between Kruger and Johannesburg. Great value for money and outstanding customer service. Thank you for making our travel experience smooth and enjoyable!

He was thorough and professional, providing a wonderful experience!
My 5 day safari was simply amazing! Our guide, Sylvester, was incredibly knowledgeable about the birds, animals and plants and was also a lot of fun. He managed my needs perfectly. The whole trip was so well-organized, and we felt completely safe at all times. We were lucky enough to see a wide variety of animals, including a rhino in the distance, and the entire experience was one of the best of our lives. We highly recommend this safari!

Amazing
Our guide was amazing. She provided a long of history woven with personal stories and context. We packed a lot in a full day, and I walked away knowing a lot more about this place and its people.

Nomende was very enthusiastic and lively!
We were picked up at our hotel at the designated time. The van was comfortable but does require a big step up. We had AC. We were able to view many historically important places. Our time at the Aparteid Museum was very rushed, however since it was the last stop. Very interesting to see the Soweto area.

Disorganised organisation
We booked a luxury shared safari tour. The organisation jointed us with fellow travellers with different needs (they were staying at camping sides). It caused misunderstandings, significant delays, hundreds phone calls and WhatsApp messages and very unpleasant situations, resulting in daily arguments and buck-passing between Allan, the driver/guide, and the organisation. The driver/guide (I find it difficult to define it as such)was a bully-boy and very unprofessional. For example, he pretended we had to leave our lodge at 5 am in the morning (without having breakfast etc) not to begin the game drive but just to pick-up the other members, who were staying at far-away camping sites. This happened three days out of four. It was we who had to be flexible although we had paid for a luxury safari. We had to argue to have our rights respected. We lost a lot of time waiting for other needs.
Although we had stressed our need for ad dairy-free diet (my daughter is severely allergic), no one had been informed about it. Every day we had to call the agency to be sure.
My review concerns only the organisation "Mercy Africa Serengeti Adventures" and Allan, the driver/guide: National parks and Nature are fantastic. Two lodges out of three were excellent and the staff very professional.

Kilimanjaro Summit 7 Days
What a trip organised by a company that is on top of their admin both back office and on the mountain. Whole trip went really smoothly.
The team looking after us were so so helpful but also really friendly and genuine with lots smiles all round.
Lead guide Muntari spoke excellent English, was very informative and was generally good company for us during the 7 days on the mountain.
