Competent, reliable and serious
This was our first safari experience and it was amazing. We chose a ten days safari and we visited Tarangire Park, Serengeti National park, Ngorongoro crater, lake Eyasi and Materuni waterfals at Kilimanjaro. Our driver was Simon and he made sure that we were able to see all the big five thanks to his advise of starting the day very early, as it is the best time to see the animals being very active. In the morning Simon would brief us on the days activities and during the game drive he described the habits of the animals and their characteristics. The long hours spent in the jeep were worth it since we saw all the animals. The car was very confotable, there were cold drinks, plugs to charge our devices and binoculars. The highlights of our safari experience were seeing a cheetah with 4 cubs hunting a gazelle, a leopard on a tree with his prey and the very rare rhino. Happiness was our contact point and she was super available and very fast to reply to all our request.

Very professional
We spent 7 days on safari and it was absolutely incredible! Everything was organized at the highest level right from the beginning. Our driver Wilson was a true professional and clearly passionate about his job. He always knew the perfect spot to stop so that we could see the animals up close. The best part is that on the second day we managed to see the entire Big Five 😍 Amazing experience, tons of great photos, super positive atmosphere and top-notch service. We definitely recommend this!

This was honestly one of the best experiences of my life. We were on safari for 7 days and everything was arranged perfectly – from transfers and accommodation to the daily plan. Our driver Wilson was unbelievable – it felt like he had his own animal GPS and always stopped in exactly the right places so we could watch lions, rhinos and other wildlife from the best possible angle. And the most exciting thing – on the second day we saw the whole Big Five, it was just WOW! Totally satisfied, everything was super amazing – highly recommend it 🫶

Great nature experience with Chris!
This was our first time visiting Safari, and we cannot choose better. Our driver and guide in one person Chris got our completely trust from the very beginning. We believed him after those years of doing this job in every decision he made. With Chris you can be sure you will see all animals who are possible to see under the circumstances. He was very proffesional and kind. The only thing we would mention as negative is the lack of drinking water per person. One liter per day when you are whole day in Safari is not enough. But of course you can buy your own water in camp.

Perfect and professional support
We just wrapped up our 5-day safari, and honestly, everything was amazing. Ana and her daughters planned it all with such care, professionalism, and a super high level of service — right from the moment we landed at the airport until the moment we left. Every single lodge and tented camp lived up to (and even went beyond) our high expectations.
The nights we spent in a tent in the Serengeti were something else — a totally immersive, once-in-a-lifetime experience.
And we can’t forget our guide — he was incredible! Super knowledgeable, answered every single question we had and always added extra info about the animals, the ecosystem, and the local tribes.
We had a small issue with the payment at the beginning, but they trusted us and let us start the trip anyway while we sorted it out on the go — that really says a lot about the kind of people they are.
They welcomed us and truly made us feel like part of Mama Ana’s family. We 100% recommend this amazing agency to anyone thinking of going on safari!

Absolutely Fantastic Provider, 10/10 Highly recommended
We got collected from our hotel, and dropped off at Domestic flight, got at Selou Park at 7am and left the park at 5pm. The driver of the jeep was very helpful throughout
Great Park and got to see several animals.
This included, elephant, lion, giraffe, hippopotamus, donkey, wild dogs, chimpanzee, zebras and other several animals.
