The Safari of Our Dreams
5/5

Wow where do we even begin? Our experience with Lions Paw Tours and Safari was nothing short of magical, and it was made absolutely unforgettable by our phenomenal guide, Gilbert.

From the very start, Gilbert’s energy, knowledge, and passion for the wild made us feel like we were in the best hands imaginable. He didn't just drive us he brought the savannah to life! Thanks to his unmatched skills, we had front row views of ALL the Big Five, the lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo up close and personal, in their natural glory. Every sighting felt like a dream come true.

Gilbert didn’t just show us animals, he told us their stories, read the land like a book, and gave us memories we’ll carry for a lifetime. If you're looking for a safari that’s beyond amazing, Lions Paw Tours and Safari is the one. And if you get Gilbert as your guide consider yourself incredibly lucky.

We came for wildlife… we left with wonder.

Harrison Muronga Deserves 10+ Stars
5/5

Our trip to Africa was breathtaking. However, one of the most soul-changing aspects of the trip was time spent with guide, Harrison Muronga. With him. we traveled outside the tourist areas of Victoria Falls to visit homestead villages. On a stop that we suggested, we met 2 young people who talked with us and showed us into their huts that were used for sleeping. When we arrived, we saw that they were trying to rebuild a badly storm-damaged outside cooking area. We asked Harrison about the cost of such an endeavor. He estimated that the adobe bricks would cost $50, and the thatching for the roof would cost $40. The parents of these young people were no longer living, and to complete this project would be a tremendous expense for them. With another couple, we offered to provide the money needed. Harrison very seriously explained to the young man that the money had to be spent for the repairs, and that he would return in 2 weeks to see that it had been done. About 2 weeks after our return to the US, we received an email with pictures of the newly completed and refurbished outside kitchen.

Harrison did not have to take on this responsibility, but that is who he is. We have remained in contact with Harrison over the years. Through him, we have gotten to know more about the wonderful people in this area. We cannot say enough about Harrison's character. He cares deeply about the people of his country. He is a strong supporter of education and furthering his fellow citizens and country. Harrison listens carefully, respects others, and can be completely trusted. If the world had more "Harrisons" it would be a far better place!

It's a number 1 park to visit when you are not in the mood for a long drive or tiring travel to further destinations. You will see all the animals so close it is beyond belief.

The experience of a lifetime. Lucas runs a top notch business. He is an incredible tracker and a passionate guide, who goes above and beyond to find the big game in the right setting, looking for great angles and light for pics. Also, his team is went above and beyond to please. We did the 11 day Northern Botswana trip and the memories will stay with me forever.

About: Sasatrip
Very responsive tour operator
5/5

We have traveled on Sasatrip organized trips twice. On both occasions the operator was extremely helpful in planning the trip and then meticulous in its execution. Everything on the itineraries was just as represented to us. Pick ups and drop offs were timely and the guides and drivers were knowledgeable and pleasant. We would be happy to travel again with Sasatrip and heartily recommend them.

Your best travel partner for a trip to Southern Africa
5/5

THANK YOU and WOW!!! Those words hardly do justice to the trip of a lifetime that was so thoughtfully and seamlessly arranged by Anya at Pembury Tours.

From the very start, Anya was an absolute gem - attentive, communicative, and deeply knowledgeable. She took the time to truly understand what my brother and I were looking for, curated incredible options that suited our interests & budget, and always offered thoughtful insights into the ever-changing dynamics of each region. While I typically make most of my travel plans independently, I was so glad of the decision to work with a regional travel agency. There are so many options in Africa, it can become overwhelming. Anya REALLY listened our needs, which made the whole process so much easier. Her knowledge and expertise ultimately helped us feel relaxed, confident and cared for every step of the way.

What truly set Anya apart was she her attention to detail. She went above and beyond in managing logistics and surprising us with meaningful touches at our accommodations and with the tour providers. These weren’t just nice extras, they made the experience personal and unforgettable.

The itinerary she crafted to Cape Town, Sabi Sand, Victoria Falls, and then Botswana was perfect in both pace and progression. The recommendation of staying a minimum of three nights in each location (due to our time constraints) with the sleep out at Camp Okavango was absolutely spot-on.

Every lodge we stayed at exceeded our expectations - beautiful settings, warm hospitality, incredible food and of course the animals! The choice of private reserves made a big difference - while at Inyati seeing the “Magnificent 7” unencumbered was a true highlight.

If you’re considering a trip to Southern Africa, I cannot recommend Pembury Tours and especially Anya highly enough.

Seeing the Big 5!
5/5

First and foremost we want to express sincere gratitude to Dickson, the owner of Brighte Maasai Adventures for a great trip!

Dickson ensured our safety, had clear communication, and ensured our requirements were met. The trip included everything mentioned in the itinerary. The Land Cruiser was clean, had outlets, and water. The hotel stays and food were good. We did the 4 day budget-friendly safari and he made sure we saw all the animals we wanted to see.

Dickson educated us about the animals, got us as close as possible to the animals, and made sure we spend as much as time as we wanted! I recommend Brighte Maasai Adventures.
