The accommodations were equally impressive. We enjoyed excellent stays at Ol Tukai Lodge, Sawela Lodge, Sarovar Lodge, and Ashnil Mara Lodge — each offering comfort, great service, and stunning locations that perfectly complemented the safari experience.

A Wonderful Experience & Very Accommodating
Joysharon was most helpful in arranging the specific highlights we wanted to see in the limited time we had available (do to the last minute cancelation of our primary reason for being on Kenya). I was excited about our itinerary and very happy I had found such an accommodating tour agency. Our driver was also fantastic throughout the 5 days we were together and even join us for dinner and took us to the airport on our last night in the country.

We had an incredible anniversary trip thanks to Hamisi and his team. The safari through Lake Manyara, the Serengeti, and the Olduvai Gorge exceeded our expectations.
Our guide Festus was amazing, kind, knowledgeable, and fully dedicated to making our experience unforgettable. The prices were fair, and every moment was worth it. The entire trip was perfectly planned, allowing us to fully appreciate Tanzania’s beauty and culture.

A magical and unforgettable experience in Kenya’s most diverse landscapes.
My mother and I went on a 2 week safari trip, visiting Samburu, Nakuru, Naivasha, Maasai Mara, Amboseli and Tsavo West and East as well. We wanted to see all the wildlife and we were not disappointed. This, however, would not have been possible without our amazing guide, Kush. He endurance and knowledge are astonishing. We covered roughly 3800 kilometers over this time span and everywhere we went he could tell us something about the place and animals. He proposed early game drives and knew the best places to see the rarest animals. We saw a great variety of different species ranging from lions, elephants and wilder beasts all the way to caracals, servals and rhinos. We absolutely wanted to get the best possible photos of leopards, and Kush managed to find 8 over the two weeks, even though the rainy conditions were challenging and made it difficult to access more remote areas. He also pulled all the strings needed in order for us to meet the late elephant Craig. Beside all of the animals, the lodges were also surprisingly good considering the budget safari we had booked. All in all, I would always gladly recommend jungle roam safari to anyone wanting to do a safari in East Africa!

Highly professional, service-minded, and good at finding wild life
Shipungo provided a mobile camping safari through 4 parks in Botswana (Moremi, Khwai, Savuti and Chobe) that was unforgettable, well-organised, and filled with experiences of being present in the stunning wilderness and close to magical wild life. The guide/driver Kem was highly experienced, service-minded, and incredibly good at finding magnificent animals, including leopards, cheetahs, and lions. The crew was very friendly and efficient, the food was great, and the tent and beds were comfortable considering it was a mobile camping safari. The safari gave good value for the money. I highly recommend Shipungo!

Great Safari, Hadija (coordinator) is amazing
I did the 4 day safari with this company and was very happy with how everything went from beginning to end. I got detailed quotes within 24 hours after sending the request, and Hadija connected with me on WhatsApp promptly as well. She helped me coordinate my arrival, gave great suggestions, and overall was caring, wonderful, and very detail oriented. She even managed to adjust my start date after my flight got delayed, picked me up from the JRO in the middle of the night and arranged lodging in Arusha so I can rest up. Also, since I got an extra day in Arusha, Hadija provided different options for things to do in the area and was there to show me around. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and taken care of.
The safari itself was done with their partner—Serengeti African Tours. I met up with other travelers from my group at a lodge around lake Manyara and from there headed to Serengeti. Our driver Adrian was great—we saw the big five and so much more! Our chef was also great—we had veggies, rice/starch, and protein consistently for lunch and dinner as well as fruit for dessert. Breakfast consisted of toast, pancakes, omelette, sausage, and fruit. He also asked about dietary restrictions and accommodated for those for a few people in our group. The car was in good condition and had a charging station.
Please note that camping in Serengeti has pretty outdated facilities compared to Ngorongoro, so if you’re not staying at a lodge, plan accordingly (bring power banks, toilet paper, etc).
