The tour was well organized, all team members were friendly and we enjoyed the time a lot.
We reserved the trip in advance paying 20% of all costs via M-PESA and then payed the remaining costs in cash two days before the safari.
The plan we were given in advance was respected during the whole trip. The food was very good, also lunch during the safari, and the lodge was very nice- with a pool and a hot shower!
Our guide told us many things about the animals we saw and also the Masai tribe.
We would book the company again and recommend it to our friends. Asante sana! đ

The tour was exceptionally well organized.
I booked this tour with my wife in August 2025, and we were satisfied.
The organizers were always available and flexible for us. We had a flight problem on the first day of arrival in Arusha, but they still waited for us in the evening.
The safari itself was magnificent and well led by our guide Daniel, who saw everything before everyone else, which was very useful so we didn't miss any of the action. Buga's dishes were also delicious.
On the last night of our arrival, we were offered a night in a hotel because our return flight was scheduled for the next day. Many thanks to Almachius and Meru Slopes for this wonderful experience.

Unforgettable safari with Patrick and Dennis â exceptional service and highly recommend Zuri Africa.
We had the great pleasure of spending two days with Patrick and Dennis on our safari tour to Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater. From beginning to end, they provided us with exceptional service both during and outside the safari.
We were especially impressed by our guide, Mr. Patrick, whose deep knowledge and respect for wildlife made the experience truly memorable. Thanks to him, we were able to see a wide variety of animals, and he always took the time to answer our questions and let us fully enjoy each moment.
The local meals provided during the safari were delicious, the hotel arrangements were excellent, and every detail was thoughtfully organized for our comfort and well-being.

Our safari with Amazing Memories Safaris was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we landed in Nairobi, we were impressed by the teamâs professionalism and organization.
We were warmly met at our hotel by Brian, who ensured every detail of our trip was in place and introduced us to John, our guide for the Masai Mara. Johnâs deep knowledge of wildlife and the region, along with his friendly and courteous manner, made our 3-night, 4-day safari truly memorable.
Our accommodation at Mara Ngenche was exceptional â comfortable, scenic, and perfectly suited for the safari experience. A highlight of the trip was the complimentary sundowner, which gave us an unforgettable evening in the heart of the Mara.
Thanks to the excellent planning and personal touches from Amazing Memories, our safari was stress-free, enjoyable, and far beyond our expectations. We would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone visiting Nairobi or looking to plan an unforgettable safari adventure in Kenya.

Incredible!
The whole tour was seamless from the booking through to the end of the safari. They are very accommodating and make sure you are well fed and taken care of! They really care to give you the best experience finding as many animals as possible on the game drives. Great value for the money. Our guide was also very knowledgeable and outgoing making the trip even more enjoyable.

The trip that was planned for us was amazing. What happened leading up to the trip was awful...
I have such mixed feelings writing this review, because the experience when we got there was a 10/10, but the execution/communication leading up to/during/after the trip was a 2/10. Although the beginning of the trip was an absolute disaster and we lost thousands of dollars, I am glad we went and trying to focus on the good. But, I do want to warn others.
Also, Kitawa agreed to pay us at least $500 for the visas we paid to expedite. They asked for our bank information and we have yet to see any money.... They DID upgrade some of our hotels, rooms, and added a free excursion for us (they said it was a cost of just over 3k). But that required a fight and lots of pushing from us.
Pros: The hotels picked for us were stunning. Hard to pick a favorite because they all had their individual charm. The staff at each hotel was so pleasant, warm, and kind. The staff/tour companies selected for our excursions were so nice and did an excellent job. And the tour guides provided to us were so fabulous. I highly recommend Cuthbert if you are in TZ. He was so funny, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for us.
Cons:
After we booked our trip there was little to no communication. I found this to be a little odd as I have used other tour companies and they check in quite a bit leading up to the trip regarding how to prepare, sending FAQ, asking if you have questions, etc. Days before the trip we were like, âhellooooo. Anyone home? We are leaving in a few daysâŚ. What happens when we land!?â They also had no website all of the sudden, so I had a giant pit in my stomach that something was wrong.
I did research on my own on what type of shots and Visas were needed prior to travel (because I saw that visas are required for both countries online). We then confirmed with Kitawa as well to ensure we were getting and doing the right things. Because I know Visas can change from year to year. We were told that the only visas we need, we would get when we land in Africa. Fast forward to when we arrive at the airport and were denied boarding our flight because we were missing our VISA that is required for travel. We ended up paying $500 to expedite the visas at the airport to try to still make our flight. They were not approved in time so we missed our flights and lost $15,000 (mostly booked on points. Thank goodness!) on our airfare. Once our Visas got approved at midnight, we were able to book the last seats on a new flight that cost us an additional $7,000. When we communicated this disaster to the agent, he was in shock that we needed a Visa and was still telling us they are not required in advance for Kenya, and he doesnât know why we couldnât get on our flight.
Now, I am fully aware that some of this was on us. And I have learned a major lesson. I should have NEVER taken his word that a visa wasnât required. I should have followed what I read and confirmed with the embassy and the airline (and will do this moving forward). I just have never had a tour company give me such incorrect information and then double down on it. If you are paying a company over $20,000 to plan a luxury trip for you, then you would THINK that they would be doing their own research and setting their customers up for success and not failure.

Amazing experience
Tour was really great. They handle everything for you. You just have to show up. They picked us up from our hotel close to the airport and got us back right on time for our return flight. Trip was really great. Our guide Saturo was really great. He made sure we saw all the animals and culture.

2.The tour plan is quiet reasonableďź it guarantees almost everyday we can have great activitiesďźwe love the masai mara game driveďźbiking in hell gateďź and Amboseili the most.
3.We listed preferred accomodations and sent to Jungle Roam. They provide a good priceďź and booked for us in adavnceďź one of the accommodations is fully bookedďź then they changed a better one with same price. We choosed all sopa hotelsďź after a tiring saferiďź they provided the great service and food. Kibo is the one Jungle Roam suggestedďźwhich provides wonderful sunset view and the best food. Very suggest themďź
