Truly a fantastic experience!
5/5

We went on the 5 days trip to queen Elizabeth park + gorilla trekking in Bwindi. It was a great trip and we had the best guide, Tony, who went above and beyond to make the best trip for us! His since of navigations is out of this world and he always have a fun fact to add.

From the beginning we were a bit skeptical since we had heard that people had been scammed for their safari trips in Uganda's. We made sure to call the accommodations to see that there were reservations, seeing that the permit was accurate for the right date and also getting a receipt for our purchase. Jeiski met our expectations and Sandra, who works at the office in Kampala and provided the trip, even came to our hotel the day before for payments and a briefing of the entire trip. She was really nice and went out of our way if we had any wishes. She replied quickly to our messages. We were happy with the service and felt safe throughout the experience.

The accommodations we stayed at differed. We weren't a major fan of the enchama game lodge where we stayed our first two nights since the rooms had no aircon/fans and became very warm. The other two accommodations though were truly amazing. One up in the mountains with a fantastic view over Bwindi and the other at an island in lake bouyonyi.

All food was included. At evenings there were three course meal which was a set menu often with a soup for starters, a main dish and then fruit/dessert. The food varied in taste, but all and all very nice to have a nice cooked meal in the evening. Lunches were often backed sandwiches with a boiled egg from the hotel.

I would recommend going with jeiski tours and definitely doing the gorilla trekking in Bwindi! Ones in a life time experience! I felt safe and it was price worthy, remember that the permit to see the gorillas it self is 800$. Thank you for a memorable trip

Outstanding service and communication
5/5

I can't say enough positive things about Phine Safaris. Basing a decision to send a chunk of money to a tour operator in a foreign country can be a bit stress-inducing, but Phine (pronounced "fine") Safaris exceeded all our expectations. They facilitated our payment with a US Visa card in advance of our arrival, which gave us peace of mind regarding our plans and also payment protection. To give a specific example of the type of service they provided, we asked them to arrange a driver to pick us up at the Nairobi airport in the middle of the night when we first arrived. We were scheduled to arrive at something like 2 AM, but it took hours longer to retrieve our luggage and make it through the airport controls. Not only did they arrange for a driver who waited for us the whole time, but Hilde at Phine Safaris also sent me WhatsApp messages to ensure that we had met up with the driver. They did not just pass off the responsibility to the driver and forget about it, they continued to monitor our connections to ensure that there were no issues -- in the middle of the night no less. Whenever we booked with Phine Safaris, we knew that we would be well cared for with no mishaps. Finally, I want to mention that the prices Phine Safaris quoted us were very competitive, so we didn't sacrifice affordability to get great service with Phine Safaris. I can recommend this tour operator without reservations.

As a solo traveller, Nature Path Travels ensured my safety and comfort throughout my trip. City tour guide Carole showed me around the Nairobi city. My game drive guide, Soi and driver, Laui, were both knowledgeable, warm, and accommodating to all my needs. I had an awesome time and looking forward to have more adventures in Kenya.

Group hike with Kilisa Tours
I joined a group hike with Kilisa Tours as a solo traveler, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life. Everything about the service was wonderful - from the smooth organization and warm welcome to the professional guides, friendly porters, and excellent food on the mountain.
Even though I started alone, I never once felt like it. The team made me feel part of the group right away, and their constant support and smiles gave me confidence all the way to the summit.

Magnificent 12 day Safari experience in Kenya and Tanzania with Inspired Feet
5/5

As a family of 4 adults, we booked a 12-day Midrange private Safari Kenya and Tanzania, directly with Inspired Feet.

As from the very first contacts, we were supported in a very efficient way by Fiona, sharing lots of information with us and proving a high level of flexibility in pulling together the most optimal package for our needs.
Also throughout the Safari, we were constantly procatively supported by Fiona.

The Safari itself was very well organised and we were very lucky to have such skilled and customer oriented guides. Both Moses in Kenya as Omari and Rueben in Tanzania really know their job and were wonderful in making our stay the most stunning experience.

Thanks to our guides, Fiona, the game drives, full of surprises, and the luxury lodges where we stayed, Inspired Feet made this vacation an unforgettable experience.

Moreover, as you book directly with a local Tour operator, you get all the value for hour money in return.

Excellent, professional and welcoming
5/5

I booked a 3 Days Gorilla Trekking Safari with Otter African Safaris and I flew in from North Cyprus excited about the seeing the mountain gorillas face to face.

On the trekking day, I hiked through Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in the Rushaga sector, where the hike was challenging because of the terrain and dense vegetation of the forest but the experience was worth it as I enjoyed being close to the mountain gorillas for one hour which was a once in a lifetime experience for me.

Huge shoutouts to Clare and the team at Otter African Safaris for handling the permits, the lodges, the clean safari Land Cruiser I used and my dramatic gasps as I reacted to the beautiful environment i was in. They made everything smooth, safe, and seriously unforgettable. Our guide Davis who accompanied us on the safari made sure we enjoyed every bit of the safari as he shared with us a lot about the country Uganda especially it’s history and the culture.

If you’re thinking of a Gorilla trekking Safari in Uganda, do it, and if you want an unforgettable experience do it with Otter African Safaris.

One of the most trustworthy, transparent and friendly Safari agency in Kenya
5/5

Our wild safari in Kenya became the most amazing, exciting and unforgettable memory of our life, all thanks to Tukutane Kenya Safaris. Below is brief summary:
1. Excellent tour manager:
We were connected to Ms Eunice who helped to customise the trip for is two friends travelling to Kenya. We had given our requirements to skip Masai Mara as it was out of our budget due to the peak migration season. Eunice politely understood our requirement and on our suggestion very willingly arranged one day return tours from Nairobi to Amboseli on first day and Nairobi to Lake Nakuru on second. She had been a constant support for all our regular communications to clarify our queries regarding the dates, time of travel, local requirements etc. we were picked up at 5:00 am daily from our hotel in Nairobi and dropped back in the evening around 8:00 pm everyday.

2. Comfortable and customised tour:
Stringent budget made us choose Amboseli and Lake Nakuru instead of Masai Mara. However it turned out to be the best decisions we made as our Safari cost dropped down to 50%. Eunice also helped us with an option of a minivan instead of the Land Cruiser further saving money. The Minivan was very clean and comfortable and for just us two which turned it into a private vehicle for our entire trip. There was ample bottled water provided to us on the two days safari. The driver was polite to take any quick stops for coffee/snacks on our way to the parks (personal expense).

3. The most Amazing wildlife spotting upclose and without any rush:
With respect to spotting the wild life our Driver cum tour guide Mr Peter managed to help us witness almost all the animals we had on our list : big herd of elephants including babies, Giraffes, zebra, Wildebeest, group of Hippos outside the water body, white and black rhino, Cape buffalo, baboons, warthogs, gazelles, bucks, Cheetahs, flamingoes, pelicans, crowned cranes, ostriches. We could not spot any lions or leopards but that’s how wildlife is … very unpredictable.
But the most amazing experience was that we could witness a group of Hyenas eating a Cape buffalo kill …. Almost within an arms distance and for good 20 mins. All this happened due to the excellent, detailed park and animal knowledge of our driver Mr Peter ( He is 53 and his knowledge and eagerness to give us the best experience was unparalleled). If you choose Tukutane Safaris do request for Peter as your driver. Another best part about Peter was that he never expected or asked for any additional tips at the end of our safari ( though we did tip him on our own goodwill for his amazing service).

Overall we rate Tukutane Kenya Safaris a 5 star for the service, customisation, amazing game drives, polite driver and manager, budget friendly and for being trustworthy.
