Amazing
We had an incredible 10-day tour with Best Memory Safaris, exploring some of Kenya’s most stunning destinations including Masai Mara, Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, and more. From the very beginning, communication with Isaac was smooth and professional. He was extremely helpful during the planning phase and even came personally to pick us up from our hotel in Nairobi, which was a great touch.
Our driver and guide for the entire trip was Charles, and we couldn’t have asked for a better companion on the road. Charles is not only a highly experienced driver, but also incredibly knowledgeable about wildlife and nature. He always made us feel safe, comfortable, and welcome, and his warm and friendly personality made the entire experience even more special. Charles went above and beyond every single day to ensure we had an unforgettable adventure.
We highly recommend booking your safari with Best Memory Safaris, and if you have the chance, request Charles as your driver because you’ll be in excellent hands!

Jocky Tours and Safaris, administration staff MAUREEN and driver STEVE are 5 Stars!
My review and resultant rating is based on a (7D/6N) budget tour with Jocky Tours & Safaris covering Masai Mara-Nakuru-Navaisha-Ambolesi.
I have also used my 2013 & 2020 experience at quite a few safaris in Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Tanzania and Kenya (twice), and once in Southern Ethiopia to compare with the present one.
I have split up my review as follows:
1. Planning Stage.
Prior to and after making my selection with Jocky I had a few communications with MAUREEN (Jocky Administration) to clear up a few matters. Each time I not only received satisfactory answers but also very promptly.
The whole process I have to say was a breeze. I never had reason to doubt the honesty of the company.
2. Tour Cost.
The tour was good value for money and to my surprise all Jocky requested was just US$100 deposit to secure my tour, the balance payable on the morning of the tour which commenced on exactly the day I specified. (I planned the safari tour more than 2 months in advance).
3. Accommodation & Food.
The accommodation more than met my expectations and the food was reasonable considering the conditions. Bottled drinking water was available all the time.
4. The Expedition.
We were provided with a road worthy Toyota LandCruiser (4W drive) which seated up to 7. It was clean and functional.
STEVE our driver spoke excellent English and kept us informed of all the arrangements - accommodations, food, and most importantly drove us diligently in search of game. We were given ample time to view all the available sights. I have to applaud his effort over and above his normal driver obligations.
Best of all over the 7 days he was always cheerful. And despite being relatively young his driving was extremely safe and mature.
(He also helped me in his spare time to secure a bus ticket from Nairobi to Arusha for which I am tremendously grateful).
If ever I ever return for future safaris, for peace of mind, I would use Jocky Tours and Safaris again and would request STEVE to be my driver.

The Destination Consultants were communicative, trustworthy, and exceptional.
Having planned this trip a year in advance after a friend had previously used this company, we never expected such an extraordinary, life-changing journey would unfold. We are so grateful for Niko and Susan who tailored our itinerary according to our interests and budget. From our Nairobi departure with Tour Guide Lee into Masai Mara, crossing the border to Tanzania with Guide Agustin onto Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater, to Amboseli National Park with Guide David our safari exceeded our expectations. The safari guides were knowledgeable, hospitable, accommodating, professional with a passion for wildlife and seeking our epic adventure. With safety as paramount we saw "The Big Five" and more. Though we did not view "The Great Migration" we did get a glimpse of a spectacular migration show by zebras and wildebeest at Amboseli within its territory.
Our accommodations surpassed our expectations, too! At Enkakenya Mara Camp the warm welcome and service from Daniel, assisted by Kenneth and Patrick, and even meeting Rafael, chef-in-training, on one of our safari drives spoiled us from the start. They definitely set the bar high!!! Kirimu Camp with the personalized service of Steve, assisted by Peter and Nixon also stayed true to their name, offering hospitality excellence. Likewise, Marera Valley Lodge and Serena Hotel gave us a touch of home hotel experience, setting the tone for our return. Overall, from our "karibu" interactions to our extensive education about history, culture, and wildlife to exquisite accommodations this company made our travel dream a reality!

Off2Africa Travel was highly professional, very accommodating and, at all times, responsive.
Everything about the experience was excellent ... beginning with the ease of communication and the assistance with planning our itinerary. We dealt with Chloe, who was at all times responsive and helpful. Although we probably initiated the process later than we should have, Chloe managed to secure most of the accommodations and all of the guides we requested for the time frame we needed. The safari lodges were stylish. The jeeps were very comfortable. The guides were highly intelligent, knowledgeable and eager to share their expertise with us and to answer our many questions ... not only about the flora and fauna but also about life in Zimbabwe, the political situation, etc. I was accompanied on the safari by two of my college aged grandsons and none of us had ever been on a safari before. I chose this type of vacation because I thought it would be something the boys would like ... but to my surprise, I think I was more excited than they were to see the magnificent animals in their natural settings.

Satisfactory transfer service
Miscommunication between booking agency and transfer service which resulted in the driver arriving half an hour early. Outward bound driver was attentive but took a scenic route and drove too quickly for the conditions. Only one comfort stop, instead of the two mentioned in the itinerary. Home bound driver was overly friendly and enthusiastic, and although a competent driver, had to be asked to refrain from using and looking at his mobile phone while driving. Service ran half an hour late.

Unforgettable
We completed a 4 night 5 day tour. It was truly an amazing experience. Each day continue to impress us. Mike is very kind and professional who made sure we treated well. He cares about his guests Jonson was an outstanding guide. By the end he felt more like a friend. We felt blessed to have him as our guide He is knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He made our experience. It is a smaller company but the fine details were what made this trip special. We selected a mid range safari and the accommodations did not disappoint us. This is worth every penny spent. Highly recommend Extreme Wilderness you will not be disappointed I would give higher than 5 Stars if I could

Perfect organisation of this wonderful Safari
We made a multiday Safari and had everyday new highlights. Our driver and guide knew everything about the animals, the best places and was very friendly and competent . The accommodations were really good, we loved the tented camping (glamping ) especially. You are in the middle of the natur, very comfortable with delicious food. The crew was extremely friendly in all the accommodations. We warmly recommend this safari with This organisation.

Dream experience
Probably the best trip that I had. Very well organised, Richard was a fantastic guide with a lot of experience and knowledge, giving a lot of details and finding amazing spots. All employees were super nice, I am super happy with the journey, I totally recommend. Just one recommendation, I would skip Lake Naivasha, but strongly recommend Masai Mara, Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and Diani Beach. If I would plan again I would choose to go to Samburu up north, or cross to Serengeti.

Luxury safari specialists seamlessly crafting unforgettable wildlife adventures & honeymoon magic
We booked our safari honeymoon through Tapestry of Africa in July, and from start to finish the experience was flawless.
Even though we only reached out about 8 weeks before our trip, Matt and Hilda worked tirelessly with us to design the perfect itinerary across Kenya and Tanzania, making sure we could see and do everything on our wishlist.
From the moment we landed in Kenya from London, we were warmly greeted by three members of the Tapestry of Africa team. We didn’t expect them to be there, as our safari didn’t start until the next day, but they had all turned up just to welcome us and drop us to our airport hotel. They were friendly, inviting, and expressed how grateful they were that we had chosen Tapestry.
The safari itself was beyond anything we could have imagined. We saw 4 of the Big 5 (leopards lived up to their reputation as elusive!), along with countless other species. Some of the most memorable moments were witnessing the Great Migration from multiple angles and seeing a lion pounce on a wildebeest. The accommodations were incredible throughout, with Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort standing out as our favourite - waking up to animals roaming around the lodge was magical. A personal highlight was getting up close with giraffes and zebras, which felt like a dream. At each accommodation, we were greeted so kindly by staff congratulating us on our honeymoon, which made the experience even more special.
The hot air balloon ride was truly once in a lifetime, and the team even arranged the day we did it to give us the best possible chance of seeing the Great Migration. Their goal was clearly to give us the most complete and unforgettable experience, making the entire 8.5 days feel truly special. They surprised us with honeymoon touches along the way - beautifully decorated rooms, extra merchandise, snacks, cakes delivered at meals (complete with a sing-song!) - thoughtful details that meant the world to us.
Our drivers were exceptionally knowledgeable, going above and beyond to make sure we spotted as much wildlife as possible and that we were comfortable throughout. Food at every stop was excellent, and the staff at lodges were warm and accommodating - even preparing packed lunches for our long days out. Everything ran like clockwork: people were ready to greet us at every lodge, and timing was always seamless.
At the end of our safari, Tapestry also arranged our flight from Tanzania to Zanzibar, which worked perfectly.
We are so grateful to the whole team, especially Matt and Hilda, for staying in touch from the very first quote through to the end of our trip. Thanks to them, our honeymoon was unforgettable - a true once in a lifetime adventure.
We honestly could not recommend Tapestry of Africa more highly.

Unforgettable Experience
Cristina,
THANK YOU for all the details you arranged for us to enjoy our unforgettable safaris in the parks of Kenya and Tanzania. Everything you did is worthy of admiration.
The vehicle, the amenities, the hotels, and the meals were incredible. Our guides, in Kenya and Tanzania, made the difference.
Without a doubt, Africa is now among the best experiences we have had.
Thank you again, it couldn't be better.
