Simply the best
I had an unforgettable safari with Kay Adventure Tours in October 2024. The highlight was staying at Salt Lick Safari Lodge, where the views and wildlife made it a once-in-a-lifetime experience. A big thank you to Mourine, who was so helpful, reliable, and professional throughout – she truly made the trip seamless and memorable. I highly recommend Kay Adventure Tours to anyone planning a safari!

Personalized Private Safari in Uganda & Kenya with All in Africa Safaris
We booked an 11-day private safari in Uganda and Kenya with All in Africa Safaris, and it was the trip of a lifetime. From chimpanzee trekking in Kibale, to gorilla trekking in Bwindi, to a hot air balloon safari in the Masai Mara during the Great Migration, every detail was perfectly arranged. Nicholas and his team customized a fly-in safari itinerary that gave us more time in the parks and less time driving, with excellent guides, comfortable lodges, and unforgettable cultural experiences. If you’re looking for the best tailor-made safari company in Uganda and Kenya, we highly recommend All in Africa Safaris.
My wife and I just returned from an 11-day private safari in Uganda and Kenya with All in Africa Safaris, and it was truly the safari of a lifetime. Nicholas, the owner, built a customized safari itinerary around our wishes. This wasn’t a cookie-cutter group trip — it was a tailor-made safari that gave us maximum time with wildlife and cultural experiences.
We chose fly-in safaris in Uganda instead of long road transfers, which saved hours of driving and let us enjoy more time in the parks. Every detail was handled flawlessly, from the flights to the lodges to the game drives.
Uganda Safari Highlights
* Chimpanzee trekking in Kibale Forest National Park – we were surrounded by chimps within minutes of arriving.
* Queen Elizabeth National Park safari – lions, elephants, hippos, crocs, and a fun boat ride on the Kazinga Channel.
* Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park – standing just feet away from a 16-member gorilla family was an unforgettable experience.
* Visiting the Batwa tribe and even being welcomed at a local wedding added an incredible cultural dimension.
Kenya Safari Highlights
* Masai Mara safari – we witnessed the Great Migration, cheetahs, lions, and rhinos. Our hot air balloon safari over the Masai Mara at sunrise for our 30th anniversary was magical.
* Lake Nakuru safari – we saw white rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffes, and flamingos.
* A cultural visit to Kibera in Nairobi gave us a deeper appreciation for Kenya’s communities beyond the wildlife.
Lodges
We especially loved Turaco Treetops (Kibale), Rushaga Gorilla Camp (Bwindi), and The Rain Eco Lodge in Entebbe. The Sopa Lodges in Kenya were fine but busier and more crowded.
Final Thoughts
If you’re looking for the best safari company in Uganda and Kenya, choose All in Africa Safaris. From gorilla trekking in Bwindi to a hot air balloon safari in the Masai Mara, every part of this trip exceeded our expectations. The guides were outstanding, the lodges were comfortable, and the cultural experiences made it a truly personalized safari adventure.
We came home with memories that will last a lifetime — and got far more value than we ever imagined.

Trip of a lifetime- absolutely Brilliant!
We did a custom mid-luxury package with Brilliant Safaris and had a truly incredible time. We did 5 nights on safari on mainland Tanzania, followed by 5 nights in a luxury beach resort in Nungwi, Zanzibar.
On our safari we spent a day in Taranagire National Park, two and a half days in Serengeti and a day in the Ngorongoro crater. We saw so many animals up close, including two prides of lions, a hippo territory fight, a newborn baby giraffe, and so many others including the big 5. All of the accommodation was fantastic with a highlight being the two nights spent in Into the Wild camp with a group of buffalo congregating outside our tent. We had been nervous about food but it was all amazing, with plenty of choice for every meal.
We had booked a private tour so we had our driver and jeep to ourselves and had lots of space with really high quality food and snacks the whole way through.
Our driver George was incredible. His knowledge of the animals and the parks was remarkable. He taught us a lot about Tanzanian cultures (including our new favourite song Jambo Bwana).
He was so flexible and accommodating, always really patient with us being slightly late and finding a way for us to get the best experience possible at all times, knowing when to wait and when to move onto the next exciting adventure. He had such a lovely manner about him, a true gentleman.
We really enjoyed Zanzibar, and could have spent longer there!
Our hotel was great, with wonderful staff, lots of lovely activities like volleyball, a village walk, and leaf weaving with the ground staff.
The food was excellent, lots of choice, and amazing fresh fruits used in drinks at the bar.
We did two tours from the hotel- to a spice farm at which we learned so much, and a dolphin and snorkelling boat trip which was amazing.
Julieth from Brilliant Safaris was incredible from start to finish. She accommodated a number of changes to our itinerary, took care of internal flights, car transfers, Luggage storage- the works!
She had lots of information about vaccines, visas, what to pack et cetera which was so helpful.
Overall we had a Brilliant Safari 😉 Would absolutely book with this company again!

Amazing tour and experience!
We had a great time in our honeymoon trip. Got to see so many amazing animals, even so many lion cubs! I think we saw 18 lions in one day which was a highlight as there was a big pride with little ones we got to see. We were very lucky on our trip but we also had an amazing driver, Gadiel who I highly recommend. Tanzania Roadside Expeditions is an excellent company that is reliable, provides great communication and listens to the customer to help customize the experience if you’d like to or can make great recommendations whenever needed. 10/10 recommend.

Great 3 day gorilla and golden monkey trekking
We did 3 day tour for gorilla trekking in Bwindi and golden monkey trekking in Volcano national park. It was an awesome trip. Jennifer organized the trip and she was super responsive and answered all my questions right away. Victor was our driver guide and he was super nice and told us all about the wildlife and culture. I’m glad we chose peak cruise safaris.

Beautiful Safari
We had an amazing 3-day safari experience at Nyerere National Park! The highlight was definitely the boat safari on the Rufiji River, where we got to see countless hippos and crocodiles up close in their natural environment – truly breathtaking.
The full-day game drive was equally incredible. We were lucky enough to spot everything we had hoped for: elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, lions, warthogs, antelopes, and of course, more crocodiles. It was like living a dream, surrounded by the beauty of African wildlife.
On the last day, we enjoyed a fun and unique walking safari in the bush with a Bushman, which gave us a completely different perspective of the park and its ecosystem.
Our accommodation was clean, comfortable, and very functional – we couldn’t have asked for better. The food was delicious, fresh, and authentic. We were always provided with packed lunches during the safaris, and even for the transfer back to the airport, which was a thoughtful touch.
Overall, this was an unforgettable experience! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exciting safari adventure that combines incredible wildlife encounters with great value for money.
Very little knowledge
Coffee and lunch experience were nice.
A thing to do with Addis and history was not informative, I was reading what was written in the museum. I understand it was Sunday but there are few things to see in Addis which are outdoors. I think very much depends on the tour guide you get.
I hope they will improve the service going forward.

Couldn’t recommend more
I couldn’t recommend this company more. I did a 4 day safari and I had 2 different guides which were both so knowledgeable. Mountain warriors really helped me specially on my last night in Kilimanjaro when my flight had to be readjusted. They let me stay at their office in a room with a bathroom to sleep a few hours and the chef cooked some food. I had the best experience possible in seeing all the animals this that I’ve just mentioned as well. Rosemary thank you so much for everything. I wish I could give you another tip. Asante sana!!

I loved Tanzania. It is a beautiful country!
The north of Tanzania is absolutely stunning. The scenery was truly spectacular—vast landscapes and breathtaking views at every turn. We were amazed by the incredibly diverse wildlife we encountered.
Our safari tour was exceptional in every way. The guide were knowledgeable and attentive, and the entire experience was thoughtfully organized. We felt safe, informed, and constantly in awe of our surroundings. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure in nature.
We also ate very well throughout the trip—the food was delicious, fresh, and plentiful. The weather was perfect for a safari: warm during the day with cooler, comfortable nights.
Overall, this was an incredible journey that exceeded all expectations.
