Trip of a lifetime.
We had an amazing experience!! We did the 8 day Tanzania tour. We spent time at Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorogoro Crater and Lake Eyasi. We had Sammy (Samwel) as our guide. He was the best!!! Funny, kind, informative and helpful in every way. We felt like family. We asked to change our last day at the last minute and he drove us around Arusha and we got to see where he grew up and MT Kilimanjaro in the distance. He was great at spotting animals and we saw the big 5!!! We still yell “Buuuuusshhh Chickens” to this day. Only thing I’d change is skip Lake Eyasi and spend another day in the crater.

Very authentic and heartfelt experience.
We had a great tour! 3 days, 2 nights - first night in Tsavo East, then in Tsavo West. Highly recommend doing both. We saw dozens of Elephants, packs of Lions including cubs, Giraffes, Buffalos, 10+ kind of Antilopes, 50+ different bird species, Warthogs, Leopards, Baboons, and almost all other animals that inhabit the park. Accommodation was functional rather than luxury, for us totally fine, most importantly:amazing views over the parks and the animals came very close to the lodges. Big buffets with plenty of food options. Our driver Hassan was really amazing and heartfull. The whole journey and the organization by Steve was a very authentic and deeply touching experience! Highly recommended.

Amazing guide made the tour extra special
We knew the falls would be amazing but Casper our guide made it over the top special. Not too many people can entertain 2 grown adults and an infant but he did it with ease while being super informative. Absolute treat having him

Top Notch Customer Service
We had wanted to do a safari for over 25 years. In June of 2025, the timing was right, and we started planning in May. After searching the internet for options, we came across Kojuu Safaris and I am so glad worked with them for this bucket list adventure. We met with Judith online and she helped us customize the perfect trip. The entire trip was amazing, from arrival at the airport to the day we departed. We were met by representatives at each leg of our journey (Arusha, Safari, Zanzibar).
Our safari guide, Humphrey, was top notch, and so knowledgeable about the animals and plants and history. Judith stayed in tough throughout our journey and arranged special extras that made my husband’s 60th birthday truly memorable. We are from Canada and were hesitant to wire a large sum of money to pay for this trip. Silver, Kojuu’s accountant was very helpful in keeping us updated on when the payment was received. You can book in confidence with Kojuu Safaris and know that you will have a memorable trip with superb customer service.
We chose to stay 2 nights in Arusha to acclimate to the time zone and visited a giraffe sanctuary the day after our arrival; it was a really cool experience to be that close the animals. We stayed in upgraded accommodations and our safari was a private, 6-day trip with just me and my husband. We did a balloon safari and even though I am not fond of heights, I would do it again in a heartbeat, the operation in Tanzania in truly top notch and very safety conscious. The balloon pilots are from all over the world. The bush breakfast was better than many high-end restaurants, and the loo with a view was unexpectedly very clean with hot water and towels available to wash up.
In Zanzibar we did a walking tour to Stonetown, visited a spice farm, and took a boat to prison island. We stayed two days in Stonetown and then two days just relaxing in the Paje region on the east side of the island before returning to Canada.

A professional and reliable tour operator offering immersive, adventurous and unforgettable trips
We had an absolutely amazing trip. Everything was perfectly organized, and we managed to experience so much in just 10 days. The team was incredible, always professional, kind, and attentive, and the visits were truly fascinating.
We immersed ourselves in the local culture, climbed mountains, slept under the stars, enjoyed traditional and authentic restaurants, and walked through the famous Mercato. We felt safe at all times, and every one of our needs and expectations was met.
Even the travel days were enjoyable, thanks to excellent drivers and comfortable, modern vehicles. We discovered a beautiful country with breathtaking landscapes. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will remember forever!

A beautiful experience
The organizzation has been perfect since beginning. We arranged everything from Italy thanks to excellent communication with Ruth by WhatsApp, which allowed us to know exactly what the tour would be like. We had all the transfert and flights, our private car for two days with our fantastic driver and guide Mbwana. We have to thanks him so much cause he allowed us to see many animals, especially many many lions in Ngorongoro. We are happy for his sympathy and availability as well as his excellent English that allowed us to communicate without problems. Picnic lunches have been organized perfectly and lastly our lodge was really beautiful.
WONDERFUL UGANDA EXPERIENCE
My tour operator, Bob Nankunda, dud a WONDERFUL job organizing my Uganda Safari and was well take care if by loan guide, Joan. Murchison alls was fabulous, the game drive and boat trips perfect. Ny only disappointment was that I arrived the day after tow national election, the internet had been turned off since 4 days before I arrived of a Friday and not expected to be turned back on until the following Monday,. Luckily when I woke up Sunday morning the internet was up and running. Understand Shuttle Hospitality had no control over this, Because of the political upheaval in Kmpala, my visit to the Ghetto Kids compound, (kids that appeared on America's Got Talent was canceled and a big disappointment, but this had nothing to do with Shuttle Hospitality wonderful work. Just means I will have to rerurn to Uganda again under their supervision. Thanks for everything. The Rhinoceros Sanctuary visit on the way to Murchison Falls was outstanding. xoxoxox

Supportive and excellent hospitality
We were able to contact the operator few months prior the actual tour dates with quick responses which gave us sense of security even before arriving to Tanzania. Due to flight delay, we ended up having to shorten our tour, but operator responded with flexibility providing us an excellent 2 day tour.
