We booked 5 nights 6 days trip with super eagles and has been amazing. Chansen was helpful with preparing the itinerary as per requests and budget. Martin, our drive/guide was very friendly and he helped us spot multiple animals in the wild. With the peak baby season, we got to see multiple cubs and babies.

We saw so much!
We have had an amazing time on safari with Lenchada and Wilson Mutua as our driver/guide! He knew exactly where to take us for the best game and we even manage to see a pack of lionesses hunting as well as a leopard in a tree (very rare). Wilson was very knowledgeable about the are and the animals and very accommodating to our needs. The Lenchada camp served lovely food and the beds are extremely comfy. We would highly recommend.

My wife had been looking for a safari that was within our budget as some tend to be very expensive. She found Super Eagles and sent for information. We were contacted by Chansen. Since day one he asked what we were interested in and our budget. He worked with us and set up a 5 night 6 day itinerary that was well within our means. He kept in contact throughout the whole process from beginning to the point where we began our safari, at which point he left us to Martin who was our driver. Martin was great. He took us to see the animals we wanted to and he was able to use his knowledge of the parks to get us the best views. He is friendly and I had a great time joking with him. I recommend this company wholeheartedly for those trying to jump into an amazing adventure.

Exceptional Service and Friendly, Responsive Guide
Our experience with The Shuttle Hospitality was exceptional. The experience was beyond our expectations! My wife & I have traveled extensively over the last 13 years but had yet to be to Africa and were unsure of how to spend this time. My wife worked with Bob from TSH to plan our trip to meet our desires, level of accommodations and length of stay. He did a great job planning this trip, and was very responsive answering questions and providing details as the trip date approached. We felt ready to travel when we left. TSH met us at the Entebbe airport upon our (late night) arrival and helped us complete the Visa process, get us to the hotel and coordinate details for the next day.
Our guide Francis was exceptional as well. Super personable, knowledgeable and seemed to know the other guides, hotel staff and people in general everywhere we went. We came to value this as he communicated with others and managed to find all of the animals we wanted to see. We also wanted to learn about the people of Uganda and culture, and Francis was a wealth of knowledge and gave us the community engagement we were looking for. We loved talking with the people.
TSH covered every detail associated with our trip, including booking an unplanned day room in Entebbe to help with our late departure (12:05am) at the end of our trip. They really made every effort to insure we were taken care of along the way. We have not experienced this level of attention from a tour company in the past. The end result was an outstanding trip full of great memories and pictures. I highly recommend this company!

We absolutely loved our safari experience. We saw all the animals we were hoping to see — including the Big Five — and visited every destination exactly as scheduled. Everything ran smoothly and on time.

Driver/Guide: 10/10 – BOOK RICHARD!
Richard was outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating. He kept the vehicle clean and comfortable every day, answered all of our questions, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we appreciated both the wildlife and the landscapes.
At one point, he even predicted animal behavior — which allowed us to witness lionesses chasing and hunting a buffalo and its calf. An unforgettable experience. I would absolutely request Richard again.

We stayed at Masailand Coffee Lodge and Farm of Dreams Lodge.
Both lodges were very nice, though the internet connection was quite poor at both locations.
Farm of Dreams felt more like a resort and offered more activities, while Masailand Coffee Lodge was quieter and more relaxing.
It was slightly disappointing to learn after payment that the originally quoted lodge was unavailable, although the team did a good job finding alternatives. It would be helpful to clearly inform clients before payment that lodge availability is not guaranteed.

The safari lunch boxes were fine, but they could be improved by adding fresh salads or more variety. I’m sure if I had made special requests, they would have accommodated them.

We stayed at Misako Luxury Tented Camp, which truly offers the best of both worlds — nature and comfort.
We were in the middle of the savanna, surrounded by wildlife, while still enjoying resort-level comfort: private bathroom and shower, hot water with great pressure, buffet meals, internet (weak signal), and a bar.
The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They made a bonfire for us at night and ensured our safety from nearby wildlife.
The only inconvenience was that the bar accepted cash only, and we were not informed beforehand.

The only animal we saw from a distance was the rhino. Every other animal was just feet away from us.
I highly recommend visiting during calving season — it’s absolutely adorable seeing all the baby animals.

Professionalism
The company was wonderful; whenever we had a question, they resolved it immediately. The safari itself was amazing. We were with Edwin, who spoke English and Spanish perfectly.
