Great safari experience with everything you could wish
We booked a 5 day tour with …, and our guide was Dickson. We have visited Amboseli, Naivasha and Nakuru lakes and Masai Mara, and the tour exceeded all expectations! We have been to all the famous scenery of Kenya and seen all animals of the African Big 5 (and many more others).
Dickson was very responsible and always attentive to our needs during the rides. Every trip was smooth and easy and we were always on time.
Dickson also told us a lot about the animals we saw and was happy to answer any questions we had. Definitely would recommend booking tours with him to anyone!

AMAZING
Everything about this tour was perfect. From booking, to the most perfect tour guide (Derrick), to the lodging and excursions. We stayed in the most beautiful, picturesque lodges, with the most attentive and polite staff. Our tour guide knew the best places in the areas we visited for items we had forgotten to pack or realized we needed. He knew everything about the animals on the safari and ones we passed along the way. He was accommodating and a FANTASTIC host. Communication was great before we paid for the trip and at every step along the way. Even when we asked to change our booking during the trip. I HIGHLY recommend this tour company, and make sure to ask for Derrick as your guide!

Mount Kilimanjaro – an unforgettable adventure thanks to Pumba Reisen!
Our trip to Tanzania, or more precisely, all the planning in
the run-up to our Kilimanjaro climb, couldn't have been better or
easier. We were traveling with a small group of five friends, and Willi put together a personalized,
tailor-made itinerary for us. He catered to our every need – from finding a date (and rescheduling
on our part), to transportation to and from Kilimanjaro Airport, to a beautiful hotel in Arusha, to a
joint wellness day at the hot springs in Moshi, which rounded off our unforgettable trip.
However, the focus was
understandably on the seven days on the mountain, which exceeded our expectations. The “Lemosho Route” was varied and ideal for our fitness level. The camps are all in fantastic locations and some offer views of the summit or imposing rock faces such as the “Barancowall,” but also a magnificent panorama at night of the lights of the city of Moshi. The
entire 26-member crew around our guides Willi, Emanuel, and Irene, as well as the man for all occasions, “Amani,” the porters, cooks, and security guards did a perfect job. Thanks to their tireless efforts and inspiring motivation during the summit attempt, we all finally
reached Uhuru Peak on February 1.
A dream came true.

The best experience, we can get!
We had the best guide – boss Khalifa! He took us to secret spots in the parks where we were alone and had plenty of time to really watch and enjoy the animals. It honestly felt like he knows every single animal in the park. He can predict their every move and shares so much interesting information along the way.
He’s also an amazing driver – I felt completely safe with him the whole time. You can really see that he loves what he does.
I’m sure the other guides from Axis are great too, but we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Perfect day
Africa Merit Safaris organised a perfect day for my wife’s birthday. We were hesitating to the last minister but Oswald was still able to organise everything without any hitches. We decided to go for a walking safari in Arusha National Park. Driver waited patiently because we were a bit late. We arrived to the rangers centre in Arusha NP and driver helped us to find the ranger who took us for a walk. Despite we were told that we could be paired with other people (due to way park operates) we had a private tour. Ranger was very well informed and was happy to change route and take into account our requests. We have seen plenty animals including giraffes, warthogs and buffaloes. We got very close to the giraffe, much closer they would allow a car on a car safari! It was incredible experience. Arusha NP in the foothills of Mt Meru is a truly magical place. Later after 3 hrs walking our driver waited with boxes lunch that was delicious and well presented in cardboard lunch boxes. Oswald was incredible, very responsive and took into account all our requests. He has extensive knowledge about safari business and all parks. Price was very reasonable and came $70 cheaper (per person) than nearest competitor. We also learned that all the profit Oswald makes goes towards a local nursery and pre-school for disadvantaged children. We can thoroughly recommend Africa Merit Safaris

Outstanding hospitality and an incredible safari experience.
It was a truly unforgettable experience that completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome at the lodge and went above and beyond to ensure every safari excursion was as enjoyable as possible.
Charlie, our guide, was absolutely outstanding, a true 10/10. His knowledge was impressive, and he made sure we enjoyed every single day to the fullest, including the Panorama Route.
The food at the lodge was also excellent and added even more to the overall experience.

Responsive, dependable and good quality
We're very glad we chose Safari to Gorilla Tours and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. After researching Safari Bookings to compare companies and itineraries we chose S2G because we liked the itinerary options, price point, and they have great reviews. Aron made it very easy to arrange and happily accommodated a change to fit our schedule. Our trip had 2 gorilla treks, one in Rwanda and one in Uganda, a safari in Queen Elizabeth National Park, the Kazinga River Channel safari and the Mabamba Swamp to see the Shoebill stork, with mid-range accommodations (most were beautiful with stunning settings and views). They can provide high-end accommodation if preferred. Our 8 day tour began in Kigali, Rwanda and ended at the Entebbe airport in Uganda. Aron was incredibly responsive throughout the process and responded to my questions with good guidance and kindness. Our driver guide Obed was wonderful. He was warm, friendly, very knowledgeable, a former National Park Ranger, and made sure we had a very enjoyable and easy experience all along the way. We would gladly book with Aron and Safari to Gorilla Tours again. A couple of points that might be helpful to know is 1) to take more money for miscellaneous tips than you think you need. There are many helpful people along the way that you will want to tip and it makes a big difference in their lives, 2) our schedule was ambitious but if we had more time it would have been lovely to stay longer at some of the places and soak in the experience. Resourceful and Charismatic
Amazing, AMAZING tour! We almost went with another tour company at first, and am so happy we didn’t! The other cost almost exactly the same, and had less experiences!
Wild Uganda was wonderful all around, and the people were all just lovely to work with! We enjoyed all the hotels we stayed at, and all the activities we had and how our drive time was broken up as well. The highlight of the tour was our guide Derrick, he made everything happen and everything possible! One of our bags never made it, and Derrick was so nice to stop off and help us negotiate clothing prices with local vendors! He also had someone go to the airport and check for the bag multiple times. I had purchased some souvenirs from the trip, couldn’t find another bubble wrap, and somehow Derrick found someone with bubble wrap who delivered it to me all the way from Kampala! Derrick went above and beyond and this tour would have honestly been nothing without him! Everyone in my group felt very bonded to Derrick and we talked about how much we missed him as soon as we all parted ways. I would absolutely tour with wild Uganda again, and especially Derrick!
