I wanted to go on a safari in Rwanda. I contacted Lion Safaris. Emile, the manager and also guide, immediately answered all my questions and requests with a lot of patience. I chose the 8-day Safari option, but the agency offers many other options. The organization and timing where perfect, whether for accommodation, transport, visite, or trekking. I had the honor of being guided by Emile, perfectly french-speaking, always concerned about my well-being and I spend an intense week, rich in knowledge about Rwanda. In a word.... Amazing !!!

I had an amazing safari with a knowledgeable guide (Rhino) and great group of people. I loved every bit of it. Rhino worked so hard to make us happy and pleased. I highly recommend them.

It was an amazing experience!
Papa Johns was an exceptional guide throughout our journey across Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha and Amboseli . Thanks to him we witnessed incredible sightings including Big Five moments, hunts and even rare mating scenes. His sharp instincts, patience and deep knowledge of the terrain truly made the safari’s unforgettable.

Our driver was Rudzani and he was absolute amazing. He picked us up from the arrival hall at Or tambo airport and was a gentlemen. Very helpful and friendly. He is a safe driver and very lovely to talk to. Knowledgable about the area and it was a pleasure to have my family in a very comfortable vehicle aswell. Thank you so much Rudzani.

Everything was great
We were 10days ago on 5 days safari tour with my family.(2little boys 5y and 7y)
We love animals and our youngest boy most favorite animal is elephant so it was a dream that we see animals in the wildlife.
We excepted and thinked something about the safaris,but in real life is much better than what we thinking about it.
Patricia was very friendly,helpful and informative. She maked the quote and organisated everything. She was always vers kindly and answered quickly.
She made the safari tour so how we would like to.
Peter (our tourguide) was very kindly,patient and informative,he helped for us. In game drives we saw a lot of animals and Peter always try and also finded the best spots that we could see the animals nearly and perfectly. The kids said that “Peter is nr.1. and the best driver.” The traveling was long beetween the national parks, but also go everything well.
We saw in the 3 National parks (Masai Mara,Lake Naishava, Amboseli) wildebeets,gazells,topis,zebras,giraffes,cheetah,lions (when they are hunting warthogs)lot of elephants,hippos,leopard,monkeys,buffalos,flamingos and lot of birds.
All accomodations were beautiful and clean in beautiful places and the services were also good.
Everything goes smoothly.
It was a very good journey us for lifetime.

Everything perfect
We went on a three-day safari in the
Lake Manjara, Ngorongoro, and Tarangire parks with the excellent guide Mirambo.
He was very patient with all our requests and proved to be very knowledgeable and competent. Perhaps he could improve his communication skills a little to avoid unnecessary stops when we requested something in the heat of the moment.
Overall, everything went very well.
