The tour was very well managed by the operators. Everything was on time and they take care of all the arrangements. Our tour guide (John) was very patient and understanding. He ensured that everyone was comfortable and having enough time during the game drives to see the wildlife, click some pictures. He tried his best to accommodate the requests from the guest. I would 100% recommend this tour.

Experienced and professional operator with a friendly nature.
Francis was very welcoming and quickly adjusted our itinerary to accommodate our very delayed flight. His knowledge and professionalism were exceptional. He was always happy to stop for photos and knew the best locations for wildlife viewing.
Our highlights included the incredible chimpanzee tracking in Kyambura Gorge and seeing the mountain gorillas in Bwindi, a long time bucket list dream that did not disappoint - an amazing experience! The accommodations were comfortable, practical and well located.
With all meals, park entrances, and permits included, the 7-day tour offered excellent value for money and outstanding service. We would recommend Francis and Nature Connect Safaris.

Amazing
We are beyond happy to have chosen Safari Wild Explorers for our trip. Everything was smooth and stress-free right from the very beginning. I had the pleasure of planning our safari with Johann, who was incredibly attentive to every single detail and carefully crafted a tailor-made itinerary that was simply perfect for us.

He created an excellent connection with the entire family, was attentive to everything, and went above and beyond so that we could experience the safari to its fullest.

Besides being an excellent driver and professional guide, he is also a talented photographer.

A Wonderful Experience
I had an excellent experience on the 4-Day Shared Safari Tour. The communication was timely and direct before and during the tour and all of my queries were answered timely and to my satisfaction. During the tour, everything was well planned and organized and everything was provided as per the initially declared details. The tour guide was extremely helpful and had a good experience and knowledge about all the areas covered. The food provided during the tour was delicious and one of the highlights. Firefinch Safaris organized our dream holiday!
We contacted Firefinch Safaris only a few weeks before we intended to travel to Namibia. In only a short amount of times they organized a fantastic trip for us.
