Brian was always present when needed, when I fell sick he came with a doctor within 30 mins. After that he adapted our schedule, so I had one day to recover! We loved the tour and should we Return, will definately Book with him again! Big recommendation!!!

From the moment I contacted Pavillion safaris to the conclusion of my tour I knew this was an exceptional,professional, and passionate tour operator. My initial discussion with Peter was to devise an innovative tour since I have visited Kenya and Tanzania multiple times.. He suggested a unique , exciting itinerary with his exceptional knowledge of his beloved country Kenya. Our Guide Moses had the ability to go off road on this adventure and it allowed us to be just within reach of the incredible wildlife. He was as enthusiastic and have so many years of experience as a professional guide. I left my heart in Kenya as many others have and hope to return. I will only consider using Pavillion on my next adventure.

Absolutely the Best in the Business, this was our 2nd trip with Jackson, Ben + team!!
Being the 2nd trip with Topy (1st Dec 2024), this time was even better. While we saw abundant wildlife, several sightings of the “shy rhinos” was the the most exiting. This time we requested the same guide Ben (who seems to have additional set of eyes on the back of his head) who has an amazing knack for spotting animals in unusual places.
Our friends, a couple from the States had the misfortune of being airborne when the attacks on Iran began, resulting in their flight turning back to USA. Being absolutely determined to make it for the safari planned a year in advance, they immediately rebooked via alternative route to reach JRO a day late. Jackson went out of his way to ensure our friends joined us a day into our safari (we did Ngorongoro the first day) and also adjusted the programme to cover Ngorongoro on return from Serengeti.
Our friends and us (3 couples) were absolutely thrilled with the experience and sincerely thank Jackson, Ben, Andrew + team for a memorable safari.
Most likely go back to Topy for a “Migration Tour”.

fantastic experience
From the pick-up and flight to the safari itself, everything was perfectly organized. Our driver Chenga and our guide Jafari gave us a fantastic and memorable day, showing us the best spots and allowing us to experience unique wildlife encounters! We also enjoyed coffee and cake, as well as a delicious lunch! Thank you to Chenga and Jafari!

Excellent Kenyan/Tanz Safari!
We just had a great 11 day Safari with Shanjoy Tours and Safaris in Kenya and Tanzania. Good people and very responsible.
They took excellent care of us and worked with us for some changes we made along the way and did a great job taking care of us and working with us and staying flexible. We felt safe, saw lots of animals, had some good adventures and met interesting people. I would highly recommend them and we hope to use them again. Special compliments to the various guides we worked with; Patrick, Diana, Oliver(?)David, Patrick, Samuel, and all were great.
I would HIGHLY recommend the Balloon trip over Masai Mara; That was fabulous and well worth it. See some pictures below.

It's a big memory in a short time
To be honest, we didn’t think our one-day safari could be so memorable. We went on a one-day game drive in Maasai Mara National Reserve, and that day was a great experience.
As we entered the grasslands in the cool morning breeze with the safari vehicle, I was really impressed by the vast wilderness and the presence of wildlife around us. Sometimes it was a different feeling to see lions, elephants or giraffes in their natural environment from a distance. The guide showed us each place with great patience and shared a lot of information about the wildlife. It may have been just one day, but the experience felt like part of a much bigger journey. It was a big memory in a short time.

Organized and helpful, prompt responses
Beyond the plains safaris organized a fantastic tour for us! Clear information, prompt communication made setup easy. The driver picked us up in Nairobi and was friendly and knowledgeable. We went to 2 parks, lake Nakuru and Masai Mara, both simply amazing. Lodging and food were wonderful and the animals sightings incredible! We saw everything you could imagine, lion families, giraffes, elephants, hyena, water buffalo, hippos. The Land Cruiser was great, you could stand up and look out easily. Altogether an amazing and memorable experience that we’ll treasure!

Our group of seven friends just completed our 4-Day Northern Tanzania Camping Safari with Herbivore African Expeditions. Honestly they were really well organized and properly planned our 4 days. Our journey started in Tarangire National Park, where we were welcomed by stunning landscapes filled with massive baobab trees and large herds of elephants. Watching elephants roam freely so close to us. Gasper Moses our head and very professional guide, he made our every game drive easy, safe and memorable. Serengeti National Park was absolutely breathtaking. Endless plains, stunning sunsets, and so much wildlife! We were lucky enough to see lions, cheetahs, giraffes and many kinds of animals. Our last destination Ngorongoro Crater was amazing we felt a natural wildlife sanctuary. I highly recommend Herbivore African Expeditions. 4 day really affordable & perfect for us, it was adventure, nature, and amazing memories.
