Excellent service provided! Completely taken care of, from A to Z
We were collected from out accommodation in Riverside by our driver Erick, who was already waiting for us, greeting us with a great smile and enthusiasm. We are a family of 4 (2 teenagers) and booked a private safari.
We drove to the main entrance of the national park which went smooth and effortless. A spotter joined us at that point too. When the rooftop came off, the adventure started! And what a start! First animals we spotted were a lion and lioness pair! We continued the game drive for nearly 3 hours and spotted many mammals and birds. Erick had a great eye for details and was very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna. He also arranged for our lunch and took us to a picnic spot in the park; it was scary and exciting at once. I jokingly said to my boys that a leopard could jump us at any moment!
We continued the game drive and spotted another lion pair (our luck!) and a group of hippopotamus in a pond as well. At the end we were tired and exhausted from all the excitement, but our guide made sure we were comfortable all the way. 10 out of 10 would recommend to others. We saw more in 1 day than most see in 3 days!

Amazing experience
Sandpiper safaris was terrific. Making our reservation with them was easy and efficient. Any questions, concerns and changes I requested were addressed thoroughly and quickly. All the people we worked with from the reservation agents, guide/driver and staff at all of the accommodations were welcoming, knowledgeable and pleasant. We were very happy with our safari route and all the camps/lodges we stayed at were comfortable, clean, safe and in beautiful surroundings. The diversity of habitats we experienced, and the numbers and variety of animals we saw was amazing. Overall, an excellent trip and adventure.
I would highly recommend sandpiper safaris and hope to return for another safari with them.
The Tanzanian people are proud, friendly and gracious. A real pleasure to work with.

Mardi arranged an absolutely excellent Namibia trip for 4 of us. It was within the specified budget, bespoke, included all the things we wanted and more at her very wise suggestion.

Amazing safari experience! Thomas is the best guide!
We had an absolutely incredible safari experience in Tanzania, and a huge part of that was thanks to Thomas. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organised and completely stress-free.
Thomas went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of at all times. Every meal was arranged seamlessly, and we never had to worry about a single detail during the trip. His professionalism, local knowledge, and warm personality made the entire experience even more special.
What truly stood out was how much he cared, even beyond the safari itself. When we got stuck in Arusha on our way home, Thomas didn’t hesitate to help us. He went out of his way to arrange a driver so we could get home safely — something we really appreciated after such a long journey.
If you're considering a safari in Tanzania, I cannot recommend Thomas enough. He is reliable, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to making your trip unforgettable.

Excellent
We did a safari in Tanzania with Gosheni and it was an incredible experience. Our assigned driver was Bariki, and honestly we couldn’t have asked for a better guide.
From the very beginning he was excellent. You can really tell he knows a lot about the parks, the animals, and the whole environment. He was always attentive, made sure we could see as many animals as possible, and explained everything to us with so much patience.
Besides being very professional, he is also extremely kind, respectful, calm, and very friendly. He drives very well, knows the area perfectly, and you can tell he truly loves what he does. Thanks to him, the safari was even more special.
We highly recommend Gosheni and, if you can, ask for Bariki because he truly makes the whole experience even better.

Proper Tanzania trip with Jeremy.
Jeremy really is the standout here. His spotting skills are on another level—he managed to find a lion tucked away near some zebras that we totally would’ve missed (posted the shot here). It didn’t feel like a rushed tourist tour; he actually took the time to let us watch the wildlife properly.
The setup with Civet Adventures was exactly what we needed. Our tent had this great wooden deck where my kids just spent their downtime relaxing and taking in the view between drives. It felt rugged but was still very comfortable for a family.
The highlight for us was definitely the evenings. Sitting by the campfire with a drink, watching the sun go down over the plains... it’s those quiet moments that made the trip. If you want a straightforward, well-managed safari that doesn’t feel scripted, this team is a solid choice.

Amazing safari, good company
We had an amazing 2 day safari trip to Ngorongoro and Tarengire. Our guide was very punctual, nice and had lots to say about the animal. The car was very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay in the hotel. Evaline really helped finding the best stay for the best prices and it was amazing. This is my second time with Mountain Warriors and I would highly recommend.

Amazing safari experience!
We had such an amazing time on our safari. We did a 4-day safari in Lake Nakuru and Maasai Mara and it was perfect. We had to shift our travel dates last minute and the company was very accommodating. Our driver Duncan was the best!! He showed us so many different animals and taught us a lot about the surrounding communities. It was a lovely trip and we would recommend Duncan and Beyond the Plains to anyone looking to book a safari!
