We just returned from an unforgettable 4-day safari with Serengeti Smile, and we can’t say enough positive things—especially about our amazing guide, Libay. Our group of three couples explored Ngorongoro Crater, the Serengeti, and a Maasai village, and every moment was thoughtfully planned and perfectly executed. From the very beginning, Libay was prompt, courteous, and incredibly professional. He was efficient, safe, and patient, but also had excellent time management, ensuring we saw and experienced as Miya’s possible without ever feeling rushed. He was personable, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the wildlife and the region. He answered every question with enthusiasm and depth. Thanks to Libay, we saw every one of the Big Five, including a cheetah, rhino, elephants, buffaloes, and multiple lions—he truly made sure we missed nothing. Perfect
We had the most amazing 4-day private safari in Northern Tanzania with Kiliclim Africa Safaris! Everything was perfectly organized. From the domestic flight to the lodges and meals, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing.
Our guide Logan was absolutely fantastic. Very experienced, friendly, and passionate about wildlife. He really went the extra mile to make sure we saw as many beautiful animals and landscapes as possible. Thanks to him, we experienced unforgettable moments in the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Tarangire National Park. Each park so stunning and completely different from the other.
The lodges that Kiliclim arranged were amazing, with great food and beautiful views. Even the communication with the office through WhatsApp was flawless. We always got a quick and helpful response to all our questions.
We truly had four incredible days and can highly recommend Kiliclim Africa Safaris to anyone who wants a perfectly organized and unforgettable safari experience in Tanzania!

Our holiday of a lifetime ruined by the lies and deceit of Africa Marvel.
The twelve day Safari of Kenya and Tanzania was marred with delays, a feeling of being held “hostage” at each junction of the trip until accommodation and game parks were paid; sometimes by Marvel after much pressure being applied, and from us (for a second time!) to ensure that we did experience some of what was promised to us in our itinerary.
Our family group and friends, totalling 11 people, had paid in full and in good faith that the services would be provided as booked.
It was evident that Marvel was stringing us along financially and emotionally, promising us a
refund of the services not rendered, totalling USD30,000.
Not one cent of that huge amount of money, that our group could ill afford, has been paid back. We are still waiting!
Cutting short the safari as once again the accommodation and park fees were not paid for, we returned to Nairobi early.
Even more bad news as the Rwanda 4 Day Tour to experience the Gorillas and the Golden Monkeys for the 6 of us an absolute once in a lifetime “bucket list “ paid to Marvel was NEVER booked at all. When pressed further about this tour he admitted the day before that he had done nothing. We were devastated! It was clearly fraud!
The emotional and financial stress, the uncertainty and betrayal is the key element I have taken from dealing with this company.
We thought we did our due diligence in going with this company, but that proved to be an absolute nightmare on so many levels.
Be so aware!

Amazing safari experience
I had an amazing safari experience with Borbo Safaris. From the very beginning, Rebeca and Emanuel welcomed me like part of their family I really felt safe and comfortable!
Emanuel was honest and clear about what to expect during the safari, which I really appreciated. Communication was open and straightforward, making everything easy and clear.
During the safari, I saw all of the Big Five and many other incredible animals, surrounded by stunning landscapes. I joined a group safari and spent the days with a lovely group of people. As a solo traveler, it was a great way to meet others.
The guide was fantastic, always listening to our interests and making sure we saw as much as possible. He worked hard to give everyone the best experience.
In short, it was an unforgettable adventure. I highly recommend Borbo Safaris to anyone who wants a genuine, caring, and amazing safari experience.

Best safari I could ever imagine
It was a great success safari trip. Thanks to Minneh, our tour consultant for everything and giving us best rate and a best guide for our trip.
Eric Mundia, our tour guide is a marvelous guide and friend. We could see all big fives, Cheetahs, Hippos, crocodiles, many herbivores, many bird species, hunting by lioness and hyenas, many other adventurous scenes in 4 days safari trip, all from very very close distance. All because of Eric's experience, contacts with other guides and patience. We would love to give 11 out of 10 to Eric. He is surely an asset to Jocky tours company.

They took care of everything from start to finish
I got the contact information of the tour company through a Korean friend’s recommendation. They responded very quickly on WhatsApp, at the fast pace that Korean people usually appreciate, and gave me a generous discount as a “friend’s referral.” They also issued my flight ticket very quickly before the trip. A few hours before my flight, they informed me right away that the departure time had been moved earlier, which allowed me to arrive at the airport on time and catch my flight. Throughout the trip, they kept checking in on me—asking how things were going after every destination and at the end of each day. They followed up every morning and evening, and even on the last day, when my flight schedule changed again, they immediately informed the driver so that I could reach the airport on time. Even after the entire trip was over, they continued to ask how everything went. From the very first contact, through payment, flight arrangements, and the tour itself, until I returned after finishing the trip, they carefully followed up on every step and detail. Thanks to their meticulous care, I was able to travel without any major issues and successfully complete my childhood bucket list dream—going on a Serengeti safari
