Fantastic Safari - The Best!
5/5

Our one week trip to Kruger, N.P., South Africa was the best! The entire trip was perfectly arranged by South African Dream Tours, very smooth and no issues whatsoever. We added an extra day and made a few other minor additions and everything was just great. The lodge arranged for us near the Johannesburg Airport was great! The Blue Mango was conveniently located near the airport, but you would never know there's an international airport 15 minutes away. The food was great and the room was very comfortable and clean. We rally liked the owner Steve, what a nice genuine guy.
The next day we were dropped off in the morning at an airport bus stop and the shuttle (Ashton's) was there to pick us up right on time. The shuttle ride to our lodge was comfortable and very scenic. No issues going or coming back on Ashton's, very professional service.
We stayed at the Masodini Lodge for a week. This place was located within the Balule Game Reserve, which is a part of the Greater Kruger N.P. area. This was an absolutely perfect location for game drives in Balule and Kruger. We appreciate South African Dream Tours communicating the lodging options with us, because this worked out perfect for what we wanted. In fact, it exceeded our expectations. OK, this place was awesome! The staff was great, the food (breakfast and dinner included) was gourmet and very tasty, the lodge bar was great for viewing the watering hole, rooms clean, comfy, and nicely decorated. This was a small very intimate lodge where you felt a personal touch in everything they did. The game drives organized from the lodge were amazing! we saw the big five, the ugly five and so much more. Sightseeing, god's window, the potholes, three roundels in the local area was just amazing. Boat tour of Blyde's Canyon was great and the guide was very knowledgeable. BUT again...the lodge was just picture perfect and game drives so incredible memorable. Thank you South African Dream Tours for your advice and all the work you did to put this together. We'll certainly use you again and recommend you to our friends.

The staff knowledge and care for your well being was amazing. Really excellent trip. Saw the big 5, close up to so many animals The skill of the driver to get us close and find them was second to none. The food the chief made was brilliant. Had a great time and would recommend to anyone.

Outstanding Safari
5/5

We (a group of 26) just returned from a 9 days safari to the north part of Tanzania (Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro, Ndutu, Serengeti and Arusha NP). The trip was supported by the Easy Travel company, their slogan is “Your Tanzanian Friend”, and it really felt like that, the trip was organized in a professional way, the jeeps were new and well equipped, and the most important, the drivers/ringers were the best of the best, all very friendly knowledgeable and very easy to get along with.
Our driver Herman John Kiviama was outstanding guide, really a special one, he has vast knowledge of wildlife and Tanzania, and he “speaks” all animals’ languages. Thanks to his ability to spot an animal from kilometers we had lack to see many lions, leopards and Chita’s.
I strongly recommend using the services of Easy Travel and if you do that ask for Herman as your driver and guide- he is the best of best !

The best agent we've ever dealt with!
5/5

We absolutely loved every minute of our honeymoon. One of our best holidays! All thanks to Walter from Safari Online. His recommendations were fabulous and every single accommodation we stayed at were spectacular! Xugana was uniquely beautiful. Riding a boat through the Okavango Delta was breathtaking and definitely a highlight for me. Tongabezi was very relaxing and we loved everything about the property including the idea behind the school. We took a day trip to Livingstone Island and we got to swim in the Angel's pool which was exhilarating! Definitely not what we expected when they said there's a pool on the island! That was also a highlight for us.

But as Walter suggested, Savanna lodge would be the best ending to the honeymoon and it sure was. The room was luxurious, the food was exquisite and we loved Natasha, Neil, Kevin (our ranger) and the rest of the Savanna family. They were so warm and welcoming. Every night was different for dinner and the best part of all was the safari. We got to see the big 5 and the rides were outrageous, bush bashing at it's best! Savanna was definitely a highlight for us.

Everything was perfect!! We had the best time. The mix of water and land safaris worked out well. We fell in love with Africa and we're already talking about our next trip. If you're looking for a travel agent to book your African adventure, we highly recommend Walter. His professionalism, top quality customer service and first hand experience in the accommodation and locations he recommends will ensure you have the best experience and memories to last a lifetime! Don't look anywhere else, book with Walter from Safari Online!

Incredible!!!
5/5

Our experience with Andy started long before we got on a plane to come to SA. As we had slightly awkward flight times and a son under 4, we found we were having difficulty arranging a safari round Kruger National Park which was the main reason for us coming. Andy was the only person who went out of his way to ensure we got the safari we were looking for and he absolutely delivered 100%!!!

His knowledge of the animals, the park and the surrounding areas is second to none and he has an uncanny ability to find the most elusive animals before anyone else could.

Over and above this, there were 2 things that made this trip very special. Firstly, Andy has a great ability to create unforgettable moments for you whether it was doing edge of the world photos at the Three Rondavels or watching the sunset in Kruger on top of a massive rock. Secondly, and the most important bit, was how Andy interacted with our son. His patience and the attention he was willing to pay him was just fantastic. Our son absolutely adored him and even now, 4 weeks after we did the safari, he is still asking when he can see "Andy Candy" again.

We just can't recommend Bubezi Safari's highly enough, it was an incredible experience.

Hands down, one of the most memorable trips in my life!
5/5

I decided to take my parents to South Africa during a long holiday (and for mom's birthday) but I got only about 2 weeks before the flight to actually plan the whole trip. I was reading a lot of reviews and found a couple tour operators that sound reliable. I was skeptical at first that African Welcome Safaris only got positive reviews but I thought why not. I told Kathi my very brief plans and told her places we would like to visit. Kathi was very responsive and informative. She sent me a quotation within the next day. We discussed and revised the itinerary almost everyday until probably two days before the flight. I really appreciate her being very patient with our requests. We knew almost nothing about South Africa and my parents were concerned and paranoid about many issues but Kathi was very comforting and she assured we will be having an amazing time (and she was right!). We spent the first day in Jo'burg, 2 days in Kruger National Park, and 4 days in Cape Town. We did a private tour for the whole trip and our tour guides were knowledgable and funny which made the trip so fun. We were able to do things at our own pace and that's very important as my parents are quite old. My parents asked me at one point if we could stay longer and perhaps change the flight but unfortunately, we couldn't.

During our time there, Kathi was still keeping in touch with us. Whenever we had a question, she would answer as soon as she could. She kept us informed about everything eg. airlines strikes so we had to do online check-in before going to the airport etc. This trip really was soooo amazing! I cannot wait to go back - especially safari! We stayed at Inyati in Sabi Sand Game Reserve and it was really lovely. The staff was friendly and so helpful. Our ranger was Omega and our tracker was Rodger. We got to see the Big5 plus a Cheetah within 24 hours!!!!! They also pick the best spots to do a small picnic. We were by the river across from 3 giraffes. It was so surreal. Our last night was even better - they stopped the open 4-wheel drive in the middle of the river. We could see the Milky Way above us and there were lots of fireflies flying around. I can't even explain my feelings at that moment.

We cannot thank Kathi and African Welcome Safaris enough for putting together this super awesome trip.
Seriously, you won't regret choosing African Welcome Safaris.
We will definitely go back again and will add Botswana in our plan.

Advice: Check with your safari lodge about their morning game drive time. We missed our last morning game drive because we had to leave for the airport before the game drive usually ends. Also try to check with the hotels about breakfast when you have to leave earlier than their normal breakfast time. Some will prepare you a take-away breakfast box so you can have it in the car or at the airport.

About: Go Safari
The best day out imaginable.
5/5

I booked a one day Safari literally a couple of days in advance. Our driver arrived promptly at our hotel in Johannesburg and was really informative on our journey to the park. Fabulous lunch then several hours safari. We actually saw the big five thanks to the knowledge of the guide who new where the game were to be found. I cannot recommend more highly this day trip and great value too.
