Excellent Tour and well organized
Communications with Esther Mbuva from Toto Tembo were clear all the time. We paid using credit card and the comission is expensive, but it is safe to do it through Toto Tembo. Our driver and guide in Amboseli was always very kind. The Serena lodge in Amboseli is fine but looks old and needs a renovation.

Our Dream Honeymoon with Oldbeast Vacations
Our honeymoon with Oldbeast Vacations was nothing short of magical an experience we’ll cherish forever. From the very first message, Mwanne made everything feel effortless with thoughtful and personalized planning. Every little detail was perfectly taken care of, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy the adventure of a lifetime.
When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mwanne, whose kindness instantly made us feel at home. The briefing about the days ahead was both helpful and reassuring it was clear from that moment that we were in the best hands.
And then came Frank, our incredible guide. Words can hardly describe how amazing he was so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about wildlife. He always knew exactly where to take us for the best views, and thanks to him, we saw the Big Five, countless other animals, and even witnessed the Great Migration at the Mara River a scene so powerful it brought tears to our eyes. If you’re planning a safari, ask for Frank. He truly made our honeymoon unforgettable.
Every lodge we stayed in was beautiful and welcoming, each with its own charm and breathtaking surroundings. The food was delicious everywhere we went, and every meal felt like part of the adventure. One of the most touching moments was our visit to a Maasai village, where we were honored to learn about their rich traditions and warm way of life.
This journey exceeded every dream we had. It wasn’t just a safari it was an experience that touched our hearts. We would wholeheartedly recommend Oldbeast Vacations to anyone searching for a truly unforgettable, soul-stirring adventure in Tanzania.

Professional
Meru Slopes is a professional, reliable, and responsible company. Whether it was an airport drop-off at 3 a.m. or arranging a car to pick us up from Moshi to Arusha on short notice, everything was handled promptly. The overall safari experience was great — we saw all the animals we hoped to see. My main contact was Jerome, a young but very decent guy, and I also met the company’s owner, who is a really nice person. All in all, this is a trustworthy company. Highly recommended!

Trip of a Lifetime
Compass Odyssey went above and beyond to create a unique itinerary for me and my husband on our honeymoon. We did a lot of research on different companies and felt that Darren and Kate offered a very special experience at a very fair price. We had never been to Africa before and were nervous about what to expect, but Compass Odyssey made the entire experience stress-free, relaxing, and fun. From knowledgeable guides, amazing accommodations, and incredible food, it's clear how much they care about creating a wonderful trip. We particularly loved our time at the different lodges, where we got to see big game up close, meet other travelers, and learn about local culture. Darren and Kate only book travelers at lodges they've stayed at personally and it shows. We would absolutely recommend Compass Odyssey to anyone looking for a once in a lifetime trip.

A 60th Birthday Safari to Remember with Oldbeast Vacations
Oldbeast Vacations truly listened to every wish I had and crafted a 60th birthday celebration that felt completely tailor-made for me. From the very beginning, I felt incredibly fortunate to be guided by Attione, whose deep knowledge of the region made our trip seamless and unforgettable. Throughout the journey, Oldbeast Vacations was always just a call or email away, ready to ensure everything went perfectly.
Our adventure began at Camp Khwai, a charming rustic tented camp that instantly felt like a home away from home. We were greeted with warmth and genuine smiles from Rebbecca and her incredible team. The staff went above and beyond to make my 60th birthday extraordinary, imagine celebrating in the bush with a beautiful birthday cake under the stars. Our tent was nothing short of magical, with a cozy living room, a private swimming pool, and an outdoor shower and bath that made every moment feel indulgent and special.
Our guide, Rolnei, was a fountain of knowledge and an exceptional tracker. Every safari drive with him was a lesson in wonder, we saw almost everything on our wildlife wish list. But it wasn’t just the animals that captured our hearts, it was the vast, breathtaking African skies. One evening, as the sun dipped below the horizon, a storm erupted in the distance, turning the sky into a mesmerizing light show. The memory of that electric, untamed beauty will stay with me forever.
Food at Camp Khwai was another delight. The chef’s skill and creativity were remarkable, crafting delicious meals that honored Botswanan flavors while accommodating our diverse dietary needs, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, and more. Every bite felt like a celebration in itself.
The second leg of our journey was just as flawless. All transfers were seamless, and we were warmly received at the border before being whisked to our stunning hotel in Victoria Falls. The Palm River Hotel felt like a five-star oasis, with immaculate grounds where warthogs, monkeys, and impalas roamed freely. Attione had arranged a sunset dinner cruise on the Zambezi, floating among the shimmering waters while spotting hippos, followed by an unforgettable Boma experience under a canopy of stars.
The next day, we explored the majestic Victoria Falls and enjoyed a breathtaking lunch at the Lookout Restaurant, where the views were as spectacular as the food. Every moment of this trip was filled with joy, awe, and celebration.
This wasn’t just a holiday, it was an experience that touched my heart deeply, a 60th birthday I will treasure forever. I cannot recommend Oldbeast Vacations highly enough and would trust them without hesitation for any future adventures.

Kenya Tanzania Travel
This trip was based on a friend's itinerary and chose Meijo Safaris. Sales representative Marcelina responded very promptly and actively resolved various issues, but there was one thing that was not very good. The night before departure, she was informed that a new guide had been replaced (any subsequent dissatisfaction was caused by the new guide). Kenya's guide Henry Gichura Very good, professional, enthusiastic, and proactive. After the replacement in Tanzania, the guide Pete was very unprofessional, not communicative, and not proactive (reasons: 1. He only opens the roof when we need to prompt him to do so; 2. He doesn't pull the handbrake every time he stops; 3. He doesn't even know where the restroom is on the way from the Tanzanian border to the northern part of Serengeti; 4. He didn't even tell us when he changed our hot meal to a cold meal. We asked him why our meal wasn't hot, but he said he didn't know. I asked the salesperson later, and the salesperson said it was the guide who changed it. They were worried that it would be inconvenient for us to eat hot meals when we saw the horses crossing the river, but the guide never told us about it; 5. Every day, the guide said it would start at 8 o'clock. Our friends also encountered the same problem, so we requested to move up the time. Of course, we also said to leave early and return to the hotel early, The guide disagreed, but only agreed after reporting to the sales team. However, they returned to the hotel very early; 6. Safaris often makes long phone calls during the process, which I feel is very unsafe. )Based on the above situation, if the evaluation is 5 points, I can only give 3 points, of which 2 points are given to Henry Gichura, the Kenyan guide, and 1 point is given to Marcelina, the salesperson.

Well organised, amazing safari guide called Jame!
We took the 5 night 6 day safari from Maun to Kasane via Khwai, Savuti and Chobe NPs. We were a group of 4. We spent 2 nights in a tent in Khwai and 2 in Savuti. Then the last night in Water Lily Lodge, Kasane.
The tents were large and the private toilet, a blessing! Plus the shower. The camp staff, Dix and Barcelona, were very attentive and efficient, addressing all our needs and more, even with a 'turn down' service.
Machine, our chef, was amazing, taking into account the limitations of cooking in the bush over a fire! The food was varied and plentiful.
The campsites were to ourselves and magical, Khwai was next to a river and Savuti in the bush.
Our guide, Jame (pronounced Jammie) was the absolute best! He is called Leopard Man for good reason and he did not disappoint. We saw everything we could've hoped for and more. Everyday we were blessed with more amazing sightings of magnificent animals and wildlife scenes. From the leopards in Khwai to the lions of Savuti.
Jame's knowledge of the entire area is really impressive and he reads animal movement well, getting us into position for the animal to appear. He is extremely patient too, at times allowing us to be the only jeep in that area, waiting for the sighting.
David, who I communicated with to organise our last minute trip, was very responsive and helpful.
All in all, a magical trip with many memories made and a fabulous way to travel from Maun to Kasane.
Thank you the Travel Creation Botswana team!

Amazing 3 day safari in Tsavo East!
We had an amazing 3-day Safari in Tsavo East arranged by Lucy from Mufasa Tours and Travels.
Lucy was extremely patient - answering all my 800 questions in the booking process – and after! She was helpful and kind, and she managed to arrange the perfect Safari for our little family!
We brought our 2 children of 6 and 9 years, and everything went so well!
Our driver knew the plan and the lodge, so he had everything under control, meaning that we could focus entirely on just taking in the beautiful surroundings and the impressive animals we met.
Our driver, Mahmud, was very kind, easy to talk to, humorous and very knowledgeable! It was clear that he knew the park very well and knew where to look to spot the different animals. He really made a great effort, and we managed to see everything we hoped for!
Mahmud suggested that on our final morning, we took an extra game drive in the park before he would drop us off at the train station. So instead of just an ‘en route’ game drive to the train station, we spent 1,5 hours spotting animals for the last time. This is where we saw the Leopard up close. It was an incredible experience. Simply amazing!
The duration of 3 days (2 nights) was perfect for us, travelling with kids that age. It was long enough for us to get the real experience and spotting all the animals we hoped for, but not so long that the children lost interest and got impatient.
We were picked up at 06.30 in our Hotel in Diani Beach on the first day, went to the park and had our first game drive on our way to the lodge.
We had 2 nights at the Voi Safari Lodge and when the safari was over, we were dropped off at the train station in Voi from where we took the train to Nairobi.
Mahmud helped us get the tickets in the ticket office and made sure all was clear before he left.
It was very easy and safe to take the train from the Voi station to Nairobi, so I can recommend that as well.
I would certainly recommend booking through Mufasa Tours and Travels if you wish to go on Safari in Tsavo!
