They helped us organize an unforgettable honeymoon vacation: 6 day Kilimanjaro climb followed by a 7 day safari covering Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and Serengeti (central and north). We selected them after contacting more than 10 other local companies via phone and email. Tanzania Joy Tours definitely stood out as the best one in terms of communication (prompt, very helpful and informative responses) and willingness to accommodate our specific wishes (as opposed to pushing their own options). Being competitive in terms of the cost was also a big factor.
Our 6 day Machame route climb was successful thanks to the great team they put together. Everyone was professional and supportive, making the grueling climb as pleasant as it can be. Big thanks to the chief guide Martin and assistant guide Ben for their excellent work, help, and encouragement when it was most needed!
The safari experience exceeded all our expectations! After spending a few days on the mountain we wanted to go with a medium to luxury accommodation options for the safari and Emmanuel helped to choose and book most excellent properties in Tarangire, Karatu, Central, and Northern Serengeti. But most importantly, we were lucky to have Dennis as our guide. Dennis has a degree in wildlife management and his deep level of knowledge coupled with patience and a great sense of humor made him a fantastic guide.
From start to finish, we had a great time in Tanzania and would wholeheartedly recommend Tanzania Joy Tours to anyone considering going there.

Kili trek
I did the Kili trek with Tanzania Joy Tours and had a great time. The guides are constantly checking everyone's ok, well-fed, drinking water and monitoring for altitude sickness. The food was high quality for a 7 day camping trip, the equipment, tents etc were all in good condition. The guides, cook and porters were friendly and easy to speak to. Was well run from start to finish, and they have a good reputation for treating their porters well.

Choosing a safari company on the Northern Tanzanian circuit is not an easy task, as there are MANY companies!
From the beginning I could tell that Tanzania Joy Tours is a company with a difference ... and Emmanuel attentive and prompt email responses which put one at ease regardless of your type of query.
The good experience continued upon arrival in Arusha and meeting Emmanuel and other Tanzania Joy Tour staff.
I was travelling solo through Tanzania and wanted to join a group of travellers to do the 5 day safari with – Tanzania Joy Tour helped with linking me up with a group.
And as for the safari itself ... its hard to go wrong with destinations like the Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater - but Tanzania Joy Tour certainly made the trip a whole lot better through a fantastic guide (Fred) and the food which was well prepared by chef Omar

Definitely go for a second time!
Right from the moment you land at Nairobi to the end of the trip I was very well looked after by David Safari and his team. I saw almost all the animals and the food and stay at camp was very nice. The trop was well organised and comfortable. I definitely want to do it a second time.

Fantastic fantastic and fantastic are three words that describe this agency. Our planning process was very very smooth as the agent had excellent knowledge of the region. Our travel agent was always available in the process. Upon arrival we were greeted by well read guides and experienced drivers. They were extremely courteous and informative and went out of the way to make our trip memorable. Each and every transfer was on time and perfect. Hotels recommended were fantastic one of a kind.

it was well planned..
Our trip to Tanzania was planned and booked through this Africa Budget safari tour operator. After lots of discussion and planning we spent 6 days in safari, and 5 days in Zanzibar island. Mr.Ally did a great job helping plan everything. Food, Driver and vehicle was superb.
Overall, it was a great vacation.

I booked the 10 days safari including the zanzibar island. Great Trip - Can't Wait To Go Again!
Enjoyed a wonderful 8-day Kenyan Safari with three friends in March 2015 which was booked by Jacinta Amina at Breezy Tours & Travel. First night was in Nairobi followed by two nights at Elephant Bedroom Camp, a luxury tented camp in northern Kenya that was absolutely my favorite and I could have stayed there the whole time! Next a night in Proini Rhino Camp, the most primitive of the camps, with an exciting bushwalk accompanied by the Maasai Warriors and a game drive in an open side vehicle with a stop for “sundowners” at sunset. Then on to Sarova Lion Hill Lodge at Lake Nakuru for two nights to see the flocks of flamingos and enjoy the nightly local entertainment. Our last camp was Sarova Mara Game Camp in Maasai Mara ~ wow! Lions, leopards, cheetah, elephants, giraffe, zebra, buffalo, wildebeest…you name it they had it! Our drive Peter Wainaina was exceptional and helped us get to all the right spots for the very best photos.
